Abstract

L'invention propose une installation de traitement d'un effluent industriel chargé en calcium et/ou magnésium en vue d'en éliminer tout ou partie du calcium et/ou magnesium, qui comprend : - une première zone (1) où arrive l'effluent à traiter, première zone où l'on maintient un pH préférentiellement compris entre 10 à 12, de façon à favoriser la précipitation du calcium ou magnésium sous forme de carbonate et faciliter ainsi son élimination ; - une seconde zone (2/3) comportant une cuve (2), zone où est effectuée une injection de CO2 gazeux, - des moyens permettant d'organiser la recirculation (5) d'une partie du milieu localisé dans la zone 1 vers la zone 2 puis de là son retour dans la zone 1 ; - une boucle secondaire (3) permettant de prélever du fluide de la cuve et de retourner le fluide dans la cuve, ainsi que des moyens permettant d'injecter du CO2 gazeux dans le fluide circulant dans la boucle ; - des moyens (6) permettant la séparation et l'évacuation des particules solides formées dans la zone 1.
