Abstract

L'invention concerne un moule (10) pour la fabrication d'une pièce structurelle de véhicule automobile, le moule (10) comprenant : - un premier demi-moule (20) et un deuxième demi-moule (22), lesdits demi-moules (20, 22) définissant une cavité de moulage (24) ; - au moins un organe de fermeture (26) du moule (10) disposé sur la périphérie de la cavité de moulage (24) et délimitant le périmètre de la pièce structurelle. Au moins un demi-moule (20, 22) comprend au moins un passage d'évacuation (40) de gaz raccordant la cavité de moulage (24) à l'extérieur du moule (10) et au moins un insert (42) disposé dans le passage d'évacuation (40) au niveau de la cavité de moulage (24), chaque insert (42) comportant une pluralité de perforations (60) traversant ledit insert (42) et débouchant d'une part dans la cavité de moulage (24) et d'autre part dans le passage d'évacuation (40).
