La présente invention concerne un dispositif de vissage/dévissage pneumatique comprenant un organe terminal destiné à coopérer avec un élément à visser/dévisser, et un corps logeant : - des moyens moteurs pneumatiques susceptibles d'entrainer en rotation ledit organe terminal ; - des moyens d'admission d'air dans lesdits moyens moteurs ; - de moyens de réglage de la section d'admission desdits moyens d'admission d'air dans lesdits moyens moteurs. Selon l'invention, lesdits moyens de réglage peuvent prendre au moins : un état dit fixe dans lequel ladite section d'admission est fixe ; un état dit de réglage dans lequel ladite section d'admission est réglable entre au moins deux valeurs.
