Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un circuit de contrôle (CC2) d'un transistor (T1) comprenant une résistance principale (RP) adaptée pour recevoir un signal de commande du transistor (T1). Le circuit de contrôle (CC2) comprend en outre une résistance additionnelle (RA), connectée entre la résistance principale (RP) et une borne de sortie (BS) du circuit de contrôle destinée à être connectée à une borne de commande (G) du transistor (T1), et un circuit auxiliaire (CA) connecté aux bornes de ladite résistance additionnelle (RA), ledit circuit auxiliaire (CA) comprenant un interrupteur (INT), connecté aux bornes de la résistance additionnelle (RA) et configuré pour commuter entre une position fermée dans laquelle il court-circuite la résistance additionnelle (RA) et une position ouverte dans laquelle la résistance additionnelle (RA) est connectée en série avec la résistance principale (RP).
