Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a removable lightweight construction capable of forming in the assembled state a tent also called a teepee.

It relates more particularly to a construction comprising a cover and a support structure of the cover, the support structure of the cover comprising a plurality of uprights extending in the assembled state of the construction at a convergent pace from the base towards the top of the construction with the lower ends of the uprights spaced from one another extending over the same imaginary circle to give said support structure a generally conical shape, and the cover comprising canvas panels capable of being attached to said support structure to delimit , in cooperation with the support structure, a habitable volume.

PRIOR ART

The teepee type constructions are known. However, so far, the cover has been made in one piece and attached to the support structure. This results in a large number of drawbacks and, in particular, a tedious assembly.

GOALS AND SUMMARY

An object of the invention is to provide a construction of the aforementioned type whose design allows easy assembly of the construction.

Another object of the invention is to propose a construction of the aforementioned type, the design of which allows easy maintenance, in particular in the event of damage to the cover. To this end, the subject of the invention is a removable light construction capable of forming in the assembled state a tent also called a teepee, this construction comprising a cover and a support structure for the cover, the support structure for the cover comprising a plurality uprights extending, in the assembled state of the construction, at a convergent pace from the base towards the top of the construction with the lower ends of the uprights separated from each other extending on the same imaginary circle to give said support structure has a generally conical shape, and the cover comprising canvas panels capable of being attached to said support structure to delimit, in cooperation with the support structure, a living space, characterized in that at least some of the canvas panels are triangular or trapezoidal panels insertable between two uprights, each of these pannels canvas water being couplable to each of the uprights of the pair of uprights between which it is capable of being inserted by a sliding link in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the upright.

According to one embodiment of the invention, at least some of the uprights are formed of one or more upright elements arranged in the extension of one another, each upright element comprising a base body and a grooved profile longitudinally, the grooves, two in number, being formed on the two opposite faces of the profile adjoining the connecting face of the profile to the base body.

According to one embodiment of the invention, at least some of the uprights are formed of at least two upright elements arranged in the extension of one another and connected by a connecting piece, and the longitudinal groove of said uprights is interrupted at the connecting piece. This results in the possibility of inserting a panel at the level of the connecting piece between the upright elements, which facilitates assembly and handling of the panel due to its reduced size.

According to one embodiment of the invention, in the assembled state of the construction, at least one of the pairs of uprights comprises, inserted between said uprights, two triangular or trapezoidal canvas panels arranged one above the other and coupled, one, to the upper part of the uprights, the other, to the lower part of the uprights to form an upper panel and a lower panel, the upper panel being provided at its lower edge with a flap suitable for covering the upper edge of the lower panel.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the construction comprises a cover for closing the hoop, this cover being able to be placed on the hoop in the coupled state of the hoop to the uprights and fixed to the hoop.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the construction comprises a trellis structure, called the lower structure, for connecting the lower ends of the uprights to each other, this lower trellis structure being able to form a support structure for floor elements.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the lower trellis structure comprises a plurality of shoes each positionable at the lower end of an upright, crosspieces connecting said shoes together to form in cooperation with the shoes a closed polygonal line passing by the lower ends of the uprights, diagonals each arranged along a radius of the imaginary circle on which the lower ends of the uprights are arranged, a plate capable of connecting the diagonals together, each diagonal extending between a shoe and said plate in the assembled state of the construction.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the construction comprises a floor, preferably removable, capable of dividing the living space delimited by the cooperation of the support structure and the canvas panels into an upper space and a lower space. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

As mentioned above, the invention relates to a removable lightweight construction forming, in the assembled state, a teepee, that is to say a tent with a general conical shape.

This construction 1 comprises a cover 2 and a structure 3 supporting the cover 2. This structure 3 support comprises a plurality of uprights 4, presented here in number 10, arranged in the erected state in the assembled state of the construction 1 These uprights 4 extend at a convergent pace from their lower ends 5 in the direction of their upper ends 6. The lower ends 5 of the uprights 4 extend at the base of the construction at intervals on the same imaginary circle. The upper ends 6 of the uprights are, in turn, connected to each other by a strapping 14.

This strapping 14 is closed by a cap 15 capable of being placed on the strapping 14 in the coupled state of the strapping 14 to the uprights 4 and fixed to the strapping 14. The lower ends 5 of the uprights 4 are, for their part, interconnected via a 16-lattice structure, called the lower 16-lattice structure. This lower trellis structure 16 is capable of forming a support structure for floor elements 17.

In the examples shown, this lower lattice structure 16 comprises shoes 18, the number of which is equal to the number of uprights 4, each shoe 18 being positionable at the lower end of a post 4. Each shoe 18 is in the form of a metal part formed by three convergent U-shaped rail sections, with a radiating arrangement around a fourth rail section, these three rail sections each forming a support part of an element of the lattice structure and the fourth rail section forming a support piece for the upright 4 with which the shoe 18 is associated.

In fact, in addition to the hooves 18, the lower lattice structure 16 comprises cross members 19 connecting the hooves 18 to form in cooperation with the hooves 18 a closed polygonal line passing through the lower ends 5 of the uprights 4. This lower lattice structure 16 comprises further diagonals 20 each arranged along a radius of the imaginary circle on which the lower ends 5 of the uprights 4 are arranged and a plate 21 capable of connecting the diagonals 20 to each other. Each diagonal 20 thus extends between a shoe 18 and the plate 21 in the assembled state of the construction 1. The diagonals 20 and the crosspieces 19 are produced using metal profiles.

In the examples shown, additional intermediate sleepers are shown to connect the diagonals together.

The central plate 21 supports a mast 25 whose role will be described below. Generally the attachment of the diagonals 20 and the crosspieces 19 to the shoes 18 and to the central plate 21 is effected by bolting or screwing a diagonal or a crosspiece to a section of U-shaped rail of the shoe after positioning the end. of the diagonal or of the crosspiece in said shoe.

The lower trellis 16, thus produced, is coated with floor elements 17 generally in the form of panels to form the lower floor.

Construction 1 also includes an intermediate floor 22 produced here removable. This floor 22 is capable of dividing the living space, delimited by the cooperation of the support structure 3 and the panels 71, 72 of canvas forming the cover of the construction and capable of being supported by the support structure 3, in an upper space and a lower space. This floor 22 comprises, similarly to the lower floor, floor elements 23 and a lattice structure 24 supporting the floor elements 23.

This lattice structure 24 is, in the assembled state of construction 1, fixed to the uprights 4 and resting on the central mast 25 described above and placed in the center of the imaginary circle passing through the lower ends 5 of the uprights 4. A stairs can be provided for access to floor 22.

In the examples shown, each upright 4 is formed of two upright elements 41 arranged in the extension of one another and connected by a connecting piece 29. This connecting piece 29 is a metallic piece similarly formed to the shoes 18 of the lower lattice structure by a plurality of U-shaped rails in radial arrangement around a rail forming the rail for receiving the upright elements. The U-shaped rails are connected to this rail for receiving the upright elements at the level of the zone for connecting the upright elements 41 to each other.

The lattice structure 24 thus comprises, at the level of each piece 29 connecting the elements 41 of the uprights together, crosspieces 26 connecting the connecting pieces 29 together to form, in cooperation with the connecting pieces 29, a closed polygonal line passing by the uprights 4. This lattice structure 24 further comprises diagonals 27 each arranged above and vertically above a radius of the imaginary circle on which the lower ends 5 of the uprights 4 are arranged, and a plate 28 capable of connecting the diagonals 27 between them. This plate 28 is able to be carried by the central mast 25. Each diagonal 27 extends between a connecting piece 29 and the plate 28 in the assembled state of the construction 1. One of the diagonals can be omitted to allow the mounting of the staircase or the access ladder to the floor .

The cover of construction 1 is, for its part, formed of panels 71, 72 of canvas attached to the support structure 3.

In the examples shown, most of the canvas panels 71, 72 are triangular or trapezoidal panels insertable between the uprights 4 of a pair of uprights. Each of these panels 71, 72 is couplable to each of the uprights 4 between which it is capable of being inserted by a sliding connection 8 in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the upright to allow coupling of the panel 71, 72 to the uprights 4 and an adjustment in position of the panel along the upright by simple sliding movement along said upright.

Each canvas panel is, for its sliding connection 8 to one of the uprights 4, fitted along its connecting edge to the uprights 4 with a rod 9. This rod 9 generally made of plastic is capable of being inserted in a longitudinal groove 10 of the upright 4. The same canvas panel may extend from one end to the other of the upright. However, preferably, and as shown in most of the figures, each upright is formed of two upright elements 41 arranged in the extension of one another and connected by a connecting piece 29.

The longitudinal groove of said uprights 4 is interrupted at the level of the connecting piece 29. This results in a possibility of closing the space between two uprights using two panels 71, 72 of canvas arranged one above the other and coupled, one, to the upper part of the uprights. , the other, at the bottom of the uprights, to form an upper panel and a lower panel. The upper panel is provided at its lower edge with a flap 13 adapted to overlap the upper edge of the lower panel. The grooves of the uprights can be made in different ways.

In the example shown, each upright element 41 comprises a base body 11 and a profile 12 longitudinally grooved. The grooves 10, which are two in number here, are formed on the two opposite faces of the profile 12 adjoining the connection face of the profile 12 to the base body, this profile here being a quadrangular profile.

Thus, the insertion of the lower panel in a groove of the uprights is effected by introduction of the panel rods in the groove of the lower upright element at the level of the connecting piece 29, while the insertion of the upper panel in a groove of the uprights is effected by introducing the rods of the panel into the groove of the upper upright element at the level of the strapping.

This mounting of the upper panel can be carried out from inside the support structure while being positioned on the floor 22 disposed between the top and the base of the construction.

Due to the design of the construction described above, the entire assembly of the construction can be carried out from the interior of the construction in complete safety.

The design of the cover in the form of panels allows interchangeability of the panels. When the panels are, for example, of different colors or generally with a different ornamentation, this results in many possibilities in terms of visual effects.

Claims (13)

1. Construction (1) according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that in the assembled state of the construction (1), at least one of the pairs of uprights (4) comprises, inserted between said uprights (4) , two panels (71, 72) of triangular or trapezoidal fabric arranged one above the other and coupled one (72), to the upper part of the uprights (4), the other (71), at the lower part of the uprights (4) to form an upper panel (72) and a lower panel (71), the upper panel (72) being provided at its lower edge with a flap (13) capable of coming to covering the upper edge of the lower panel (71). 6.
