The present invention relates to the field of exercise equipment, and relates in particular to a physical exercise kit comprising a body and a removable gantry assembly.

Gymnastic equipment-type exercise equipment that can be used by several people simultaneously is known, such as crossfit cages for a cross-training type of fitness method. However, these existing materials are not removable and require an installation usually permanently fixed so that they are not transportable.

The international application PCT W02014 / 013011 A1 discloses a drive kit comprising a body from which extend two removable uprights on which is fixed a drawbar. However, only one person at a time can use this training kit, so it does not allow many people to train simultaneously. In addition, the stability of this training kit once mounted is not optimal, which presents a risk of injury to the user.

The present invention aims to solve the disadvantages of the prior art, by proposing a physical exercise kit comprising a body and a removable gantry assembly, the body being configured to contain the dismounted gantry assembly, the gantry assembly comprising a plurality of tubes and a plurality of connectors for connecting the tubes together to form a gantry comprising at least four uprights and at least one upper horizontal frame supported by the at least four uprights, allowing several persons to simultaneously perform physical exercises on the assembled gantry assembly while ensuring optimum stability of the gantry assembly using the at least four uprights. In addition, the gantry assembly being removable and the body being configured to contain the dismounted gantry assembly, the exercise kit according to the present invention is easily transportable to a chosen location.

It follows from the invention a gantry unit integral with the body, forming a stable assembly for gymnastic exercises, including pulling on the upper horizontal frame by one or more people, this gantry assembly can be mounted or dismounted quickly on the spot exercise from said body, the box in which is stored the assembly gantry disassembled being easily transportable. The deployed gantry assembly does not need to be fixed to the ground, the latter being stabilized by its specific shape and its fastening to the body. The inclination of the second two uprights to the outside of the upper horizontal frame, as well as the connecting means between the feet of the two second uprights and the body, further improve the stability of the mounted gantry assembly. A plate 10 is disposed on the outer face of each long side side wall 13, in the center of the lower part of the corresponding long side side wall 13, said plate 10 being described in more detail in Figures 6a and 6b.

Referring to Figures 6a and 6b, it can be seen that there is shown the plate 10 of the box 2 of the exercise kit 1 according to the invention.

The plate 10 is fixed at the center of the lower part of the corresponding long side side wall 13 of the box 2 by means of four screws 19.

The plate 10 comprises two vertical and opposite grooves 20 for sliding inside thereof a coupling 21 configured to be connected to one of the tubes 8b of the connecting means 8 and to one of the tubes 11a of the cross bar 11.

The connector 21 comprises a plate 21a configured to be inserted between the two grooves 20 of the plate 10, the plate 10 further comprising a horizontal abutment 20a in the lower part between the two grooves 20 to lock the plate 21a of the connector 21 in position .

Two sleeves 21b extend from the plate 21a so as to allow the fixing means 8 and the transverse bar 11 to be fixed, the sleeve 21b of the connecting means 8 being horizontal and the sleeve 21b of the transverse bar 11 being inclined towards the top.

A tubular tip 21c is formed integrally with each sleeve 21b, each tubular tip 21c having a spring tip 21d on the side surface thereof.

Brackets 24 disposed between the two sleeves 23 and between each sleeve 23 and the tube 4a serve to solidify the connector 6b.

A tubular tip 25 is integrally formed in each sleeve 23, each tubular tip 25 including a spring tip 26 on the side surface thereof.

Each tube 6a of the upper horizontal frame 6 is a hollow tube configured to fit on the corresponding tubular nozzle 25 of the connector 6b, each end of the tube 6a comprising a hole 27 in which the corresponding spring tip 26 will protrude when the tube 6a will be inserted on the tubular nozzle 25, to thereby block the tube 6a in position.

1 - Exercise kit (1) comprising a box (2) and a removable gantry assembly (3), the box (2) being configured to contain the gantry assembly (3) disassembled, characterized in that the gantry assembly (3) comprises a plurality of tubes (4a, 5a, 6a, 8a, 8b) and a plurality of connectors (6b, 8c, 21) for connecting the tubes (4a, 5a, 6a, 8a, 8b) to each other to form a gantry comprising at least four uprights (4, 5) and at least one upper horizontal frame (6) carried by the at least four uprights (4, 5), the upper horizontal frame (6) being connected to the upper parts at least four uprights (4, 5) using connectors (6b), two first uprights (4) among the at least four uprights (4, 5) being configured to be integral with the box (2) and extend vertically from the box (2), two second uprights (5) among the at least four uprights (4, 5) being configured to move away from the box (2) and from the at least one upper horizontal frame (6), from their ends attached to the at least one upper horizontal frame (6) towards their feet (7), the gantry assembly (3) further comprising connecting means (8) between the feet (7) of the two second uprights (5) and the box (2). 2 - Exercise kit (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting means (8) between the feet (7) of the two second uprights (5) and the body (2) consists of several tubes (8a, 8b) interconnected in a T-shape, whose crossbar connects the feet (7) of the two second uprights (5) and whose barrel connects the cross of the T to the box (2). 3 - Physical exercise kit (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting means (8) between the feet (7) of the two second uprights (5) and the body (2) consists of several tubes connected together in a V-shape, the two sides of which respectively connect the feet (7) of the two second uprights (5) to the body (2). 4 - Exercise kit (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that the connecting means (8) between the feet (7) of the two second uprights (5) and the body (2) further comprises a third side connecting the feet (7) of the two second uprights (5). 5 - Exercise kit (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the gantry assembly (3) further comprises a transverse bar (11) configured to connect the body (2) and the at least one upper horizontal frame (6) by means of connectors (11b, 21). 6 - Exercise kit (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the lower parts of the first two uprights (4) are configured to be installed vertically in the body (2) at the level of complementary channels (12) formed in the box (2). 7 - Exercise kit (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the box (2) comprises at least one plate (10) disposed in the outer portion, said plate (10) being configured for fixing the connecting means (8) and, where appropriate, the transverse bar (11) to the body (2). 8 - Exercise kit (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the tubes (4a, 5a, 6a, 8a, 8b, 11a) of the same element of the gantry assembly (3) are configured to be interconnected by one or more of threading, interlocking, clipping and pin fixing. 9 - Exercise kit (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the body (2) is made of one of the metal, wood, plywood, melamine, composite fibers. 10 - Exercise kit (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the tubes (4a, 5a, 6a, 8a, 8b, 11a) of the gantry assembly (3) are made of one among steel, aluminum, titanium, or their alloys. 11 - exercise kit (1) according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it further comprises a weighting means disposed in the box (2). 12 - Exercise kit (1) according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the body (2) comprises a lid (16) configured to close its upper part. 13 - Exercise kit (1) according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the box (2) comprises two compartments inside thereof, each compartment being configured to receive a set gantry (3, 3 ') disassembled, the two sets gantry (3, 3') being configured to form two gantries when respectively mounted on either side of the body (2). 14 - exercise kit (1) according to claim 13, characterized in that perforations (4b) are formed on the first uprights (4) configured to carry cleats or consoles.
