Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'emballages dont le contenant est réalisé à partir d'une feuille en carton plane prédécoupée et prérainée, chaque contenant étant constitué en 3 dimensions avec fond et parois latérales par pliage, l'intérieur du volume du contenant étant ensuite revêtu d'un film plastifié par thermoformage. Le procédé comporte : - le chargement automatisé à une cadence prédéterminée des feuilles dans au moins une empreinte de moule de thermoformage ; - le thermoformage du film dans les contenants à une cadence synchronisée à la cadence de chargement. Les emballages de l'invention sont obtenus par des machines comportant à titre essentiel des étages de chargement et de thermoformage.
