Procédé d'assemblage d'un hayon (300) et d'un becquet (400) sur un véhicule automobile, à l'aide d'un même gabarit de positionnement (100), comprenant les étapes de : - mise en position du gabarit (100) dans une feuillure de caisse (200) supérieure et indexage de sa position; abaissement de charnières (250) ; - pose suivant la direction verticale (Z) du hayon (300) sur la caisse (200) ; - mise en position du hayon (300) suivant la direction transversale (Y) du véhicule ; - mise en position du hayon (300) sur le gabarit (100) suivant la direction longitudinale (X) ; - fixation du hayon (300) ; - pose suivant les directions verticale (Z) et longitudinale (X) du becquet (400) ; - mise en position du becquet (400) sur le gabarit (100) suivant la direction transversale (Y) ; - fixation du becquet (400) sur le hayon (300).
