Abstract

Assembly comprising a hook clasp and a bracelet, in which the clasp consists of two parts, an upper part forming an oscillating hook (1) and a lower part (3) hidden in the bracelet, these two parts forming a hook allowing the closure of the bracelet, said bracelet being fixed in the head of the hook (1) thanks to an oval-shaped cover, the hook (1) being able to pass from an open position where it is raised to facilitate the introduction of the bracelet to a closed position where the hook goes down and locks the installation of the bracelet by a 180-degree pivoting of the hook head (1).

Swivel clasp hook used especially as a wristwatch clasp, but also belt.

The present invention relates to a closure device for a watch strap.

Since the watch is worn on the wrist, there are only two clasp systems: 1- The first to pin, like a belt buckle. 2- The second says with folding clasp, as on a Rolex.

This device according to the invention proposes a third clasp possibility. it is a pivoting and locking hook that is simple, reliable, aesthetic and easy to handle.

It makes it easy to close your watch.

The device consists of two parts, the first is a right-angle bracket whose vertical part is incorporated in a perforated base.

The stem is pierced in its base to insert a 1.5mm ball catch more commonly called "capsa".

This ball is housed in a notch located in a rail installed in the rod fixed in the base.

The vertical part of the base has in its rod a rail with a 2mm unevenness, when the head pivots 180 degrees, the pawl is housed in the rail and its ball is housed in one end of the rail.

If it pivots to the left its size increases by 2mm, which facilitates the installation of the bracelet, and when it pivots on its right, the head folds down and thus blocks the bracelet, which secures the fastener and thus the bracelet.

In these figures we see that the clasp 1 according to the invention is constituted by a rod 2 and a head which form a hook 1, the hook rod will be fixed on the base 3 which will be hidden in the leather strap.

In Figure 2 we see that the clasp according to the invention is open, when it is open the head 1 and the rod 2 is raised by two millimeters, the rod 2 is fixed in the tube 3 itself welded to the base 4 , which allows the bracelet to settle more easily.

In Figure 3 we see the clasp in two parts, Figure 3 is a schematic side view of a clasp in the open position.

The upper part consists of the head 1 and a tube 2 where is installed the 1.5mm ball latch 3 and a small rod at its end serving as a nail 4.

The lower part consists of a base and a hollow stem 6 with a transverse rail 5 with a difference in height of 2mm and each end is dug so that the ball catch is stalled.

Once installed, the tube of the upper part 2 will be hidden in the hollow stem of the base 6.

Figure 4 shows the clasp according to the invention in the open position and 2 mm higher.

The ball of the latch 3 being housed in the upper part of the rail 5.

Figure 5 shows the clasp according to the invention in the closed position, the hook 1 has rotated 180 degrees and the ball 3 is housed in the lower part of the rail 5 hidden in the tube 6 of the base 7. The base 7 is hidden in the piece of leather 9, while the upper part of the bracelet 8 is blocked by the hook 1 in the closed position.

1) An assembly comprising a hook clasp and a bracelet, wherein the clasp consists of two parts, an upper part forming an oscillating hook (1) and a lower part (3) hidden in the bracelet, these two parts forming a hook allowing the closure of the bracelet, said bracelet being fixed in the head of the hook (1) with an oval-shaped cover, the hook (1) being adapted to move from an open position where it is raised to facilitate the establishment of the bracelet in a closed position where the hook goes down and locks the installation of the bracelet by a 180-degree pivoting of the hook head (1). 2) assembly according to the preceding claim characterized in that the clasp in the open position is raised 2mm relative to the lowered position where it is in the closed position.
