Dispositif pour fixer une cravate au plastron d'une chemise. L'objet de la présente invention est un dispositif pour fixer une cravate au plastron d'une chemise, caractérisé par une pince se fixant à la chemise seulement et par un étrier articulé à ladite pince et dans lequel est destinée à passer la cravate.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution de l'ob jet de l'invention.

Le dispositif représenté comprend une pince 1 en fil métallique replié en<B>U,</B> dont l'une des branches doubles l' est droite et maintenue par deux brides 2, tandis que l'au tre branche double 1" est ondulée. Chacune des brides 2 présente une joue 2' percée d'un trou dans lequel pivote l'extrémité recourbée d'un étrier ô, fait, par exemple, en fil métal lique.
Les -extrémités opposées des branches de l'étrier 3 sont reliées par une barrette 4 sur laquelle est montée rotativement une pièce 5 en<B>U</B> dont les branches ont leurs extrémités 5' repliées vers l'intérieur, for mant ainsi des griffes entre lesquelles se glisse le bord 6' en queue d'aronde d'une pla- çluette 6 portant un monogramme et formant pendentif. La fig. 5 montre une variante d'exécu tion; la pince est ici formée d'une branche métallique 7 doublement repliée.
L'étrier 8 est formé de deux chaînettes fixées à l'une de leurs extrémités à la pince 7 par des te nons engagés dans des. trous 9 ménagés aux deux extrémités de la pince, les autres extré mités des chaînettes étant reliées par un pen dentif 10. L'étrier 8 peut être formé par une seule chaînette continue à laquelle peut être accroché, par des moyens quelconques, un pen dentif.
La chaînette ou le chaînettes peu vent être en métal ou en matière flexible quelconque: elles peuvent aussi être rempla cées par un cordon flexible, par exemple un cordon de soie.
La fig. 4 montre comment s'applique le dispositif suivant l'invention. La pince 1 se fixe seulement au plastron de la. chemise et la cravate est passée dans l'étrier 8 qui tout en la maintenant appliquée contre la. chemise en l'empêchant de flotter, lui permet de monter et descendre suivant le mouvement du corps, ce qui n'est pas possible avec les fixe- cravates connus où la pince se fixe en même temps à la cravate et au plastron de la che mise.
Le pendentif peut être un objet décoratif quelconque, il peut présenter des initiales, un insigne de société, des armoiries, etc., être fait en. toute matière désirée, verroterie, mé tal, être serti de pierres fines, etc. Le point d'attache de l'étrier peut être placé en un endroit quelconque de la pince et celle-ci peut avoir une forme quelconque.

The device shown comprises a clamp 1 made of metal wire folded in a <B> U, </B>, one of the double branches of which is straight and held by two flanges 2, while the other double branch 1 "is. Each of the flanges 2 has a cheek 2 'pierced with a hole in which pivots the curved end of a stirrup ô, made, for example, of lique metal wire.

The stirrup 8 is formed of two chains fixed at one of their ends to the clamp 7 by te nons engaged in. holes 9 formed at both ends of the clamp, the other ends of the chains being connected by a toothed pen 10. The stirrup 8 can be formed by a single continuous chain to which can be attached, by any means, a toothed pen .
The chain or the chain can be made of metal or any flexible material: they can also be replaced by a flexible cord, for example a silk cord.
Fig. 4 shows how the device according to the invention is applied. The clamp 1 is only fixed to the plastron of the. shirt and tie is passed through the stirrup 8 which while maintaining it applied against the. shirt by preventing it from floating, allows it to go up and down according to the movement of the body, which is not possible with known tie clips where the clip is attached at the same time to the tie and to the breastplate of the che bet.
