Abstract

Le procédé de fabrication comporte une étape de réalisation d'une pluralité de rubans à base de fibres courtes comprenant entre 2% et 70% de fibres fusibles, une étape de passage de la pluralité de rubans, agencés côte à côte, dans un dispositif de peignage/étirage, afin d'obtenir un voile intermédiaire, une étape de chauffage du voile intermédiaire à une température supérieure ou égale à la température de fusion des fibres fusibles, afin d'obtenir un voile cohésif (1 0d) après refroidissement, et une étape d'assemblage d'au moins deux voiles cohésifs (1 0d) côte à côte, avec un chevauchement (38) l'un sur l'autre, puis de chauffage de l'assemblage pour assurer la cohésion des voiles cohésifs (1 0d) entre eux.
