Claims (11)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Capteur de cliquetis (C) comprenant :• un corps comportant :- un ensemble de détection (3) apte à mesurer des vibrations,- une embase métallique (1) présentant un anneau-support (6) sur lequel repose l'ensemble de détection (3), • une enveloppe périphérique (2) pour la protection de l'ensemble de détection, réalisée en un matériau thermoplastique déposé par surmoulage au moins en partie autour du corps, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (1) comporte une collerette inférieure (7) en dessous de l'anneau-support (6) et en ce que la collerette inférieure (7) est percée de trous d’accroche (8; 82).
- 2. Capteur de cliquetis (C) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les trous d’accroche (8; 82) sont répartis sur la collerette inférieure de façon périodique autour d'un axe central (Δ) de l'embase.
- 3. Capteur de cliquetis (C) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des trous d’accroche (8; 82) présente un axe de perçage sensiblement parallèle à un axe central (Δ) de l'embase.
- 4. Capteur de cliquetis (C) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des trous d’accroche (8) présente une paroi interne chanfreinée (81) à une extrémité inférieure.
- 5. Capteur de cliquetis (C) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la collerette inférieure (7) comporte un rebord périphérique (71) s'étendant vers le haut et délimitant avec une face périphérique de l'anneau-support (6) une gorge (72) dans laquelle débouchent les trous d’accroche (8; 82).
- 6. Capteur de cliquetis (C) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'anneau-support (6) comporte des créneaux circulaires (61) dans une face périphérique.
- 7. Capteur de cliquetis (C) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l’embase (1) présente un tronçon supérieur (5) qui comporte une pluralité de rainures circulaires et en ce que ces rainures circulaires (51a-51e) présentent une profondeur décroissante d’une rainure à la suivante du haut vers le bas.
- 8. Capteur de cliquetis (C) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (1) est un assemblage de deux pièces (13, 14), à savoir une pièce inférieure (14) comprenant la collerette inférieure (7) et l'anneau-support (6), et une pièce supérieure (13), les deux pièces étant maintenues assemblées par l'enveloppe5 périphérique (2).
- 9. Capteur de cliquetis (C) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce supérieure (13) présente un épaulement inférieur externe (15) prenant appui sur un épaulement supérieur interne (16) de la pièce inférieure (14).
- 10. Capteur de cliquetis (C) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en 10 ce que l'embase (1) comporte une collerette supérieure (52) qui s'étend radialement audessus de l'ensemble de détection (3).
- 11. Véhicule comprenant un capteur de cliquetis (C) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.2/4
