Abstract

The present invention relates to a antitheft support (100) for cycles, comprising a pair of gutters (GtA, GtR) for laterally wedging the two wheels (Ra, Rr) of a cycle (Cy). According to the invention, comprises a bracket (Pt) provided at its distal end with a fastening bar (Bf) of the seat post (Ts) of at least one cycle (Cy), said fixing bar being arranged perpendicularly relative to the two gutters (Gt), said fixing bar (Bf) being provided at each of its two ends with a hole (Tr) in which the seat post (Ts) of a cycle (Cy) can be threaded to then be introduced into the constituent frame of said cycle and in that a locking bolt (Vr) of the seat body is mounted on the fixing bar (Bf), the lock bolt (Vr) being movable between a position of the seat body and a blocking position of the seat body, the fixing bar (Bf) being provided with a locking means of the lock (Vr) in its locking position. A cycle can thus be clamped into the antitheft support, its two wheels remaining wedged in the two gutters and its stem of its saddle remaining retained in the fixing bar. By locking the lock in its locked position, the cycle can not be removed from its antitheft support. The saddle, the front wheel, the rear wheel of the cycle can not be removed from the cycle and therefore can not be stolen.

According to the invention, comprises a stem (Pt) provided at its distal end with a fixing bar (Bf) of the seat post (Ts) of at least one cycle (Cy), said fixing bar being arranged perpendicularly relative to the two gutters (Gt), said fixing bar (Bf) being provided at each of its two ends, with a hole (Tr) in which the seatpost (Ts) of a cycle (Cy) can be threaded to then be introduced into the frame of said cycle and in that a lock (Vr) blocking the saddle body is mounted on the fixing bar (Bf), the lock (Vr) blocking being movable between a position for disengaging the saddle body and a position for blocking the saddle body, the fixing bar (Bf) being provided with a means for blocking the latch (Vr) in its blocking position.

A cycle can thus be clamped in the anti-theft support, its two wheels remaining wedged in the two gutters and its saddle rod remaining retained in the fixing bar. By locking the lock in its locked position, the cycle cannot be removed from its anti-theft support. The saddle, the front wheel, the rear wheel of the cycle cannot be removed from the cycle and therefore cannot be stolen.

The present invention relates to an anti-theft support for cycles, such as bicycles, electric bikes.

It is known to use a support to fix a cycle such as a bicycle on the ground, in order to prevent it from being stolen. In application FR-A1 -2825967, a parking device for a bicycle is thus presented. 11 consists of a base provided with at least one horizontally extending groove and adapted to allow the insertion of a wheel part of a bicycle, and of an arm projecting with respect to said groove.

The arm is pivotally mounted, about a horizontal axis of rotation perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of said groove, between a raised position where the arm projects above the base, and a retracted position where the arm rests substantially horizontally, a support member at the end of the arm being adapted to rotate the arm in the presence of a bicycle wheel.

Although practical, this support is relatively expensive to manufacture and install. Furthermore, it does not prevent the theft of bicycle accessories (rear wheel and saddle in particular).

Also, knowing this state of the art, the applicant sought a more economical and effective solution to anti-steal a cycle.

To this end, an anti-theft support for cycles is proposed, comprising, a pair of gutters intended to wedge the two wheels of a cycle laterally; according to the invention, the anti-theft support comprises a bracket provided at its distal end with a bar for fixing the seat post of at least one cycle, said fixing bar being arranged perpendicularly to the two gutters, said bar attachment being provided at each of its two ends, with a hole in which the seat post of a cycle can be threaded in order to then be introduced into the constitutive frame of said cycle, and a locking bolt for the saddle body is mounted on the fixing bar, the blocking bolt being movable between a position for disengaging the saddle body and a blocking position for the saddle body, the fixing bar being provided with means for blocking the bolt in its blocking position.

A cycle can thus be clamped in the anti-theft support, its two wheels remaining wedged in the two gutters and the stem of its saddle remaining retained in the fixing bar. By locking the lock in its locked position, the cycle cannot be removed from its anti-theft support. The saddle, the front wheel, the rear wheel of the cycle cannot be removed from the cycle and therefore cannot be stolen.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the locking bolt comprises an axis of rotation coaxial with said fixing bar, a first branch fixed perpendicularly to said axis, the first branch being extended perpendicularly by a second branch parallel to said axis by being rotated towards the other end of said fixing bar.

The second branch prevents the saddle from rising back into the locked locking position.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the locking means of the lock comprises two latches, the first latch being integral with the rotary latch extending radially and can rotate with it, the second latch being integral with one end of the bar fixing extending radially and remaining fixed, the two latches overlapping in the locking position of said latch, the two latches being traversed respectively by two holes and in which a padlock handle can be threaded to block said latch in its blocking position.

By using padlocks with numbers, it is easy to communicate by SMS to a customer who has paid the rental of a cycle, the combination of the padlock.

In an alternative embodiment, the bolt blocking means comprises a latch integral with the rotary latch extending radially and can rotate with it, an electromagnet integral with the fixing bar, provided with a movable rod capable of taking place in the hole of said latch to lock the latch in its locking position.

In this variant, the unlocking of the lock can also be carried out remotely.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, each gutter comprises two arched arches, curved in the shape of a portion of a circle, arranged parallel to one another and which extend vertically in the position of use of said support.

Each gutter allows one of the two wheels to be wedged laterally in a cycle.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the two gutters are mounted on a ramp and the bracket is fixed to said ramp.

The anti-theft support can receive a cycle. It can be transported assembled.

According to an additional feature of the invention, two gutters are mounted on a first ramp and two other gutters are mounted on a second ramp, the bracket being fixed on the two ramps via a base.

The anti-theft support can receive two cycles. It can be transported assembled.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, a fork is erected on a corresponding ramp, to clamp the front part of the front wheel or the rear part of the rear wheel, the fork being movable between a locking position of said wheel and a release position of said wheel, a first branch extending perpendicular to the fork from its articulation to tilt the fork to its locking position of said wheel by pressing said wheel on said first branch to press it onto the ramp, a second branch extending obliquely on the other side of the second branch to serve as a stop in the release position of said fork.

This design of the gutters keeps the trapped wheels when trying to tear the cycle from its anti-theft support.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the electromagnet is connected to a control member capable of being activated by a payment terminal.

The customer can take possession of a cycle and use it after paying the rental of said cycle.

According to an additional characteristic of the invention, the anti-theft support is installed in a container equipped with the payment terminal.

The cycle or cycles are protected from the weather. The container can be easily moved and removed depending on the season, the choice of tourist routes.

The characteristics of the invention mentioned above, as well as others, will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an exemplary embodiment, said description being made in relation to the accompanying drawings, among which:

The anti-theft support for cycles 100 presented in FIG. 1 is intended to hold a cycle such as a bicycle, an electric bicycle, so that it cannot be stolen. 11 is intended for æ on a surface or on the ground.

The anti-theft support for cycles 100 consists of a bracket Pt fixed on a base Sc intended to be anchored on a surface or on the ground or also fixed on at least one ramp Rp for retaining the wheels of a cycle, as it appears in this Fig. 1.

In its version without ramp, the Pt jib can still be anchored directly in the ground, especially in concrete.

In this Fig. 1, the support 100 for transporting cycles, consists of a bracket Pt fixed on its base Sc, itself fixed on a pair of ramps Rpl and Rp2 for retaining the two wheels of each of two cycles. The two ramps Rp are arranged parallel to each other by being joined by means of connecting bars Bl.

The bracket Pt comprises a base Pd erected vertically on the base Sc, in the position of use of the support 100. The base shown in this FIG. 1, a cylindrical geometry. It is made of metal. The base Sc is formed in this FIG. 1, of a parallelepiped plate. It is made of metal. The lower end of the foot is fixed, for example by welding, to the base Sc. Reinforcement gussets are welded to the base of the foot Pd and to the base Sc to strengthen the connection between these two elements.

In this version of the anti-theft support for cycles 100 presented in this FIG. 1, the base Sc is fixed on two ramps Rp capable of carrying two bikes respectively. They are arranged parallel to each other. Each ramp Rp is made up of a longilinear metallic section of polygonal section and for example of square section. The base Sc is fixed by welding on the two ramps Rp.

Two gutters Gt for lateral wedging of the two wheels of a cycle are fixed to each ramp Rp, extending upwards. The one before GtA is intended to wedge the front wheel Ra of the cycle Cy, as it appears in FIG. 2, the other rear GtR is intended to wedge its rear wheel Rr. The two gutters Gt are fixed on either side of the stem Pt.

Each gutter Gt is in the form of two arched arches, curved in the shape of a portion of a circle, arranged parallel to one another and which extend vertically and parallel to the ramp Rp to which they are connected and between which the lower part of a wheel can be wedged laterally, the tire of the wheel resting on the upper face of said ramp. The two arches are respectively connected, by their two ends, by means of two rods which are welded on the upper face of a corresponding ramp Rp.

The presence of the ramp is not essential. Indeed, the two gutters can be fixed on a surface or on the ground and the bracket is also fixed on a surface or on the ground, without intermediate ramp.

In Fig. 1, and in the invention, the upper end of the foot Pd transversely carries a fixing bar Bf of the seat post of at least one cycle. It is arranged perpendicular to the two ramps Rp, in the service position of the support 100.

In FIG. 1, the fixing bar Bf is offset from the upper part of the foot Pd by means of at least one section. It is offset towards one end of the one or both ramps to prevent the pedals of the cycle from abutting on the foot Pd, as shown in FIG. 2.

The height of the foot Pd is adjustable making it possible to position the fixing bar Bf according to different heights so that the anti-theft support for cycles can receive bikes of child size, bikes for women, bikes for men. The foot Pd consists of two telescopic tubes Tl and T2, preferably of cylindrical section, fitted one inside the other and one of which, T2, can thus slide in the other Tl to adjust the height position of the fixing bar Bf. A locking means makes it possible to mutually block the two tubes T1 and T2. In this Fig. 1, the blocking means consists of a bolt passing through the two tubes T making it possible to block them mutually.

Several holes pass through the wall of a tube and of the tube Tl in this FIG. 1, to fix the bolt at a height chosen to fix the height of the fixing bar Bf.

In Fig. 1, the fixing bar Bf consists of a tube Tb which is fixed by one end or in the middle on said section depending on whether the anti-theft support comprises one or two ramps. The tube Tb is hollow internally.

Thus, by placing the two wheels of a bicycle in the two gutters Gt respectively, it becomes possible, after removing the saddle, to thread the seatpost into said hole and then to mount it as part of the cycle, clamp the cycle on the support 100, the two wheels of the cycle remaining wedged laterally by resting on a corresponding ramp Rp and the frame being clamped by the seat post held in the fixing bar Bf. The cycle remains properly clamped on its support. Care will be taken to position the handlebars of the cycles parallel to their front wheels to reduce their overall dimensions in width, thus making it possible to have, as closely as possible, two cycles on the two ramps Rp constituting the anti-theft support.

In the invention and to avoid the theft of a cycle thus clamped on its support, a rotary sleeve Mr blocking the saddle body is mounted in at least one end of said tube Tb. It consists of an axis rotatably mounted in the tube, being coaxial with the latter, but blocked in translation and whose free end facing outwards carries a lock Vr blocking the seat body. The latter has an L-shaped geometry with a first branch B1 fixed perpendicularly to said axis and which is extended perpendicularly by a second branch B2 parallel to said axis while being turned towards the other end of said tube.

In Figs. 3 and 4, the latch Vr is thus movable between a release position (FIG. 3) from the saddle body SI of a cycle Cy allowing the fitting and removal of the seatpost Ts from the frame of said cycle Cy through of the tube Tb and a locking position (Fig. 4) and in which the second branch B2 prevents the saddle SI from rising by contact with the saddle body to prevent, after it has been locked, its dismantling from the frame of the Cy cycle. The arrow F symbolizes in FIG. 3, this movement of rotation of the lock Vr towards its blocking position. Under these conditions, the bicycle can no longer be removed from the anti-theft support, when the lock Vr is locked in its locked position.

The fixing bar Bf is provided with a means for blocking the latch Vr in its blocking position. In Fig. 1, the locking means comprises two latches LI and L2. The first latch LI is integral with the rotary latch Vr by extending radially and can rotate with it. The second latch L2 is integral with one end of the tube Tb, extending radially. It always remains fixed. In the blocking position of the lock Vr, the two latches overlap. They are crossed respectively by two holes, in which a padlock handle and preferably a padlock with numbers can be threaded to block said lock in its blocking position.

To limit the excursion of the latch Vr, at least one stop limits the rotation of the latch LI between its two extreme positions. The stop is formed by a finger arranged parallel to the tube Tb and which extends so that the first latch LI can come to bear on said finger, at least in the locking position of the latch Vr.

In an alternative embodiment shown in FIG. 5, at least one of the two gutters Gt for laterally wedging the wheels R of the cycle Cy comprises, in addition to the two arches, a fork Fc erected on the ramp by being hingedly mounted on it to clamp the front part of the wheel front Ra or the rear part of the rear wheel Rr. The fork is movable between a wheel locking position and a wheel release position. A first branch extends perpendicular to the fork from its articulation to tilt the fork towards its locking position of said wheel by pressing said wheel on said first branch to press it onto the ramp. A second branch extends obliquely on the other side of the second branch to serve as a stop in the release position of said fork. Two forks Fc are shown in this Fig. 5. This design of the gutters keeps the wheels trapped when trying to tear the cycle from its anti-theft support.

Anti-theft supports î 00 of the invention are mounted, in locations suitable for rental for users. Bicycles are clamped and anti-theft in the anti-theft supports 100 using padlocks. After paying the rental of the cycle, and receiving the code or the key to the padlock, the user client then removes it, dismounts the seat post Ts from the frame of the bike, takes out the two wheels Ra and Rr from the bike Cy from both gutters GtA and GtR integral with the ramp Rp to release the bicycle from the support 100. It rises the seatpost in the frame of the bicycle and adjusts its height. The bicycle becomes free to use.

In a first alternative embodiment, the padlock of the means for blocking the lock Vr is replaced by an electromagnet secured to the fixing bar and the operation of which is controlled by an electronic system connected to an electronic payment terminal. Only the first latch (L1 in Fig. 1) is useful, the movable rod of the electromagnet being able to take place in the hole of the first latch (Ll in Fig. 2) to lock the latch in its position blocking. At the end of the payment, the rod of the electromagnet emerges from the latch Ll and the seatpost can be removed from the frame of the bicycle to allow its release from the anti-theft support.

To allow bikes to be made available in tourist locations, anti-theft supports for cycles of the invention are advantageously placed in a container placed temporarily, for example during the summer season, near bicycle paths.

Such a container Ct is presented in FIG. 6. It presents a prismatic geometry. It is mainly made of metal. Its internal dimensions are defined to receive anti-theft supports for cycles as well as adults of normal size. It generally has the dimensions of a maritime container.

In Fig. 7, anti-theft supports 100 are mounted in the container.

Anti-theft supports 100 for cycles, a payment terminal Tp, a cabinet Am are arranged in the enclosure of the container Ct.

The payment terminal Tp includes, in particular, a bank card reader, an input keyboard, a display screen.

The payment terminal is connected to organs for controlling the operation of the electromagnets for locking the bikes on their respective supports 100. Each control member is constituted, for example, by an electrical relay.

The Am cabinet contains lockers in which accessories useful for the use of bikes are stored, such as helmets, gloves, portable locks, etc. Each locker is provided with an electric lock capable of being opened by the Tp payment terminal.

A customer comes to rent a cycle, 11 pays for the service using his payment card. An electromagnet releases a cycle from its support 100 and a rack is opened making its contents accessible. The customer can leave with his bike.

The container may also contain other lockers in which a repair kit, keys, pumps, are kept available to customers.

Claims (10)

1) Anti-theft support (100) for cycles, comprising, a pair of gutters (GtA, GtR) intended to wedge the two wheels (Ra, Rr) of a cycle (Cy) laterally, characterized in that it comprises a bracket (Pt) provided at its distal end with a fixing bar (Bf) of the seat post (Ts) of at least one cycle (Cy), said fixing bar being disposed perpendicularly to the two gutters (Gt) , said fixing bar (Bf) being provided at each of its two ends with a hole (Tr) into which the seatpost (Ts) of a cycle (Cy) can be threaded and then be inserted into the frame constituting said cycle and in that a latch (Vr) blocking the saddle body is mounted on the fixing bar (Bf), the latch (Vr) blocking being movable between a release position of the saddle body and a blocking position of the saddle body, the fixing bar (Bf) being provided with a means of locking the latch (Vr) in its position blocking. 2) Anti-theft support (100) for cycles, according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking bolt (Vr) comprises an axis of rotation coaxial with said fixing bar (Bf), a first branch (Bl) fixed perpendicularly to said axis, the first branch (B1) being extended perpendicularly by a second branch (B2) parallel to said axis while being turned towards the other end of said fixing bar. 3) Anti-theft support (100) for cycles, according to claim 2, characterized in that the lock blocking means (Vr) comprises two latches (Ll and L2), the first latch (Ll) being integral with the rotary lock (Vr ) by extending radially and can rotate with it, the second latch (L2) being integral with one end of the fixing bar (Bf) by extending radially and remaining fixed, the two latches overlapping in the position for blocking said lock (Vr), the two latches being traversed respectively by two holes and in which a padlock handle can be threaded to block said lock in its blocking position. 4) Anti-theft support (100) for cycles, according to claim 2, characterized in that the locking means of the lock (Vr) comprises a latch (Ll) integral with the rotary lock (Vr) extending radially and can rotate with him, an electromagnet integral with the fixing bar (Bf), provided with a movable rod capable of taking place in the hole of said latch (Ll) to block the latch (Vr) in its blocking position. 5) Anti-theft support (100) for cycles, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that each gutter (Gt) comprises two arched arches, curved in the shape of a portion of a circle, arranged parallel to one another and which extend vertically in the position of use of said support. 6) Anti-theft support (100) for cycles, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the two gutters (Gt) are mounted on a ramp (Rp) and the bracket is fixed to said ramp. 7) Anti-theft support (100) for cycles, according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that two gutters (Gt) are mounted on a first ramp (Rpl) and two other gutters (Gt) are mounted on a second ramp (Rp2), the bracket being fixed on the two ramps via a base (Sc). 8) Anti-theft support (100) for cycles, according to any one of claims 6 or 7, characterized in that a fork (Fc) is erected on a corresponding ramp, to clamp the front part of the front wheel (Ra) or the rear part of the rear wheel (Rr), the fork being movable between a locking position of said wheel and a release position of said wheel, a first branch extending perpendicularly to the fork from its articulation to tilt the fork to its locking position of said wheel by pressing said wheel on said first branch to press it onto the ramp, a second branch extending obliquely on the other side of the second branch to serve as a stop in the position for clearing said fork. 9) Anti-theft support (100) for cycles, according to any one of claims 4 to 8, characterized in that the electromagnet is connected to a control member capable of being activated by a payment terminal (Tp) . 10) Anti-theft support (100) for cycles, according to claim 8, characterized in that it is installed in a container (Ct) equipped with the payment terminal (Tp), PL. 1/6 CO GtA
