Abstract
Selon ce procédé, les fumées à épurer (1) sont admises dans un laveur (100) par une cheminée verticale (200) qui débouche de manière sensiblement centrée dans le fond (101) du laveur. Les fumées circulent vers le haut à l'intérieur du laveur et, afin que le profil de vitesse de ces fumées y soit aussi plat que possible, elles rencontrent successivement : - un dispositif de protection (300), qui protège le débouché aval (201) de la cheminée contre l'introduction de liquide tout en maintenant la circulation des fumées, - un dispositif de pulvérisation (500), qui projette un premier liquide de lavage (3), sous forme de voiles de liquide, depuis sensiblement un axe géométrique central (Z100) du laveur vers la paroi périphérique (102) du laveur, puis - un dispositif de distribution (600), qui distribue un second liquide de lavage (4) sous forme d'une pluie tombant vers le bas dans un volume libre (V100) du laveur, ménagé entre le dispositif de pulvérisation et le dispositif de distribution.
