Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de détection (20) pour détecter des défauts de matériau d'un matériau sans fin à base de fibres (15) pendant la pose du matériau sans fin à base de fibres (15) sur un outillage destiné à la fabrication d'une pièce composite renforcée de fibres. Il est prévu au moins un détecteur (21) auquel peut être amené en continu le matériau sans fin à base de fibres (15) pendant la pose. Le détecteur (21) est conçu pour relever la largeur de fibres du matériau sans fin à base de fibres (15) qui lui est amené. Une unité de traitement de données (22) est configurée pour détecter un défaut de matériau du matériau sans fin à base de fibres (15) en fonction de la largeur de fibres relevée du matériau sans fin à base de fibres (15).
