L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un composé (I) ou d'un de ses sels, et les applications de ce procédé,, R1OOC-C(=X)-CHR2R3 (I) Où X est choisi parmi O ; N-R' où R' représente H ou un alkyle en C1-C6 ; et N-OR " où R" représente H, un en C1-C6 ou un alkylaryle; R1 représente H ou un groupe alkyle en C1-C6 ; R2 représente H, un alkyle en C1-C6, ou un alkylaryle ; et R3 représente CH2SR4 ou CH2SeR4avec R4 représente H ou un alkyle en C1-C6 à partir d'un composé (II), ou d'un de ses sels, R1OOC-C(=X)-CHR2R5 et R5 représente H ou COOR6 avec R6 représente H ou un alkyle en C1-C6, ledit procédé étant réalisé en présence d'un composé (III) CH2(Y)(Z) Où Y représente H ; OR7 avec R7 représente H, un alkyle en C1-C6 ou un acyle de formule CO-R4 ; SR4 ou SeR4 avec R4 répondant à la définition précédente ; ou NR8R9, avec R8 et R9, identiques ou différents, représentent, chacun ou ensemble, un alkyle en C1-C6, ou un alkylaryle ; Z, identique ou différent de Y, représente OR10 avec R10 représente H, un alkyle en C1-C6 CO-R4 ; un groupe N(COR4)(COR4), cyclique ou acyclique ; ou N R11 R12, avec R11 et R12, identiques ou différents, représentent, chacun ou ensemble, un alkyle en C1-C6, ou un alkylaryle ; Ou Y et Z représentent ensemble = O ; Ledit procédé impliquant un intermédiaire (IV) R1OOC-C(=X)-CHR2-CH2Z.
