Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : - disposition d'un écarteur (14) déformable plastiquement sur la peau inférieure (12 A) ; - déformation d'au moins une région de l'écarteur (14) pour former une cavité (37) de réception d'un insert (35) ; - introduction d'un insert (35) dans la cavité (37) ; - assemblage et mise en forme d'une peau inférieure (12A) et d'une peau supérieure (12B) sur l'écarteur (14) ; - avant l'étape de déformation de l'écarteur (14), imprégnation de l'écarteur (14) sur la région à déformer avec un matériau liquide (43) propre à se solidifier ; - après l'étape de déformation de l'écarteur (14), solidification du matériau liquide (43).
