Description
Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de réduction de rugosité de la surface d'une pièce, comprenant une dissolution anodique (18) de ladite surface dans un bain, les caractéristiques d'un courant électrique de la dissolution anodique étant configurées pour provoquer un dégagement gazeux à la surface de la pièce.
- 2. Procédé de réduction de rugosité selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la densité du courant électrique est au moins égale à 0,5 A/cm2.
- 3. Procédé de réduction de rugosité selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la tension du courant électrique est au moins égale à 5 V.
- 4. Procédé de réduction de rugosité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la température du bain est au moins égale à 40°C.
- 5. Procédé de réduction de rugosité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la dissolution anodique (18) est effectuée pendant une durée comprise entre environ 5 minutes et environ 45 minutes.
- 6. Procédé de réduction de rugosité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant, avant la dissolution anodique (18), un usinage chimique (28) de la surface de la pièce.
- 7. Procédé de réduction de rugosité selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'usinage chimique (28) est effectué pendant une durée comprise entre environ 2 minutes et environ 40 minutes.
- 8. Procédé de réduction de rugosité selon la revendication 6 ou 7, comprenant, avant l'usinage chimique (28), une dé-passivation (24) et/ou une activation (26) de ladite surface de la pièce.
- 9. Procédé de réduction de rugosité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, comprenant, avant la dissolution anodique (18), une étape de préparation (10,12,14,16) de ladite surface de la pièce.
- 10. Procédé de réduction de rugosité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel la pièce a été réalisée par fabrication additive.
