Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif s'emboitant sur les bornes et potelets anti stationnement, anti voiture-bélier, et permettant de maintenir à la vertical tout type de drapeau, drapeau publicitaire, mât, parasol, par fort vent. Le maintient à la vertical des drapeaux, drapeaux publicitaires (6), mâts, parasols,...est traditionnellement effectuée à l'aide de pieds lestés ou de larges pieds à croisillons, n'ayant qu'une résistance au vent modérée et proportionnelle à leur poids ou/et encombrement. Il est constitué de l'assemblage d'un tuyau rigide (1), et d'un tube rond (2) fixé parallèlement dans sa longueur. A l'intérieur du tuyau rigide sont collées des caoutchoucs(5), afin de préserver le support d'en ajuster le diamètre, et d'éviter le bruit métal contre métal. Le tuyau s'emboite sur son support, borne ou potelet sellé au sol, le mat ou drapeau s'incère dans le tube. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation : - Le tuyau rigide peut être en Inox 304, simple paroi, épaisseur 4/10ème, en acier inoxydable avec soudure continue au laser, aux bords repliés pour éviter tous risque de coupure et rigidifier le tuyau. - A l'intérieur sont collées des bandes Caoutchouc mousse cellulaire étanche Epdm de couleur noire, afin de préserver le support et d'en ajuster le diamètre. - Le tube peut être rond en Inox épaisseur 1 à 2 mm, 030 ou 33.7mm. - L'assemblage peut se faire à l'aide de Colliers simples isophonique en acier ou d'une soudure inox. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : - La figure 1 représente le dispositif complet - La figure 2 représente la partie centrale, le tuyau (1), du dispositif en situation En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif est composé d'un tuyau rigide en Inox 304, simple paroi, épaisseur 4/10ème, en acier inoxydable avec soudure continue au laser dont le diamètre sera défini en fonction du diamètre du support (7), borne ou potelet sur lequel il sera emboité. A l'intérieur sont collées des bandes adhésifs caoutchouc mousse cellulaire étanche Epdm de couleur noire (5), afin de préserver le support et d'en ajuster le diamètre. Sur ce tuyau est fixé dans la longueur un tube (2) rond en Inox, AISI 304, 33.7mm. Cette fixation (3) est réalisée à l'aide d'une soudure inox (3), destiné à recevoir le drapeau (6).
