La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour ramasser, sans se baisser et sans effort physique, cochonnets et autres petites balles ainsi que les boules de pétanque en acier. Ce dispositif a la particularité d'être droit comme une badine en restant très flexible pour pouvoir le courber facilement pour le porter sur soi sans être gêné pour jouer. Certains dispositifs de ramasse boules et cochonnets existent déjà, mais ils n'ont pas: soit la rigidité, facilitant avec précision et rapidité la prise de boules et également dans des endroits difficiles d'accès (ex : haies , ou sous des voitures ), soit un encombrement réduit et un port facile ne gênant pas le joueur en action, soit une utilisation simple, avec un minimum de geste. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet d'apporter un condensé d'avantages avec un seul outil. Il est constitué principalement d'un fil ressort métal dont les spires serrées qui se touchent les unes aux autres permettent de rigidifier l'ensemble en lui donnant l'aspect d'une badine ( 1 ). Sur une de ses extrémités les spires s'élargissent dans leur diamètre progressivement ( 8) mais toujours avec des spires serrées pour permettre d'y insérer un aimant ( 2 ) ( assez puissant pour soulever divers boules de pétanque ) et éventuellement de le fixer avec une colle forte. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation : - l'aimant peut être déjà emprisonné dans une autre pièce ( métallique, plastique...) et rapporté et fixé sur une des extrémité. Pour ramasser le cochonnet à l'aide du dispositif, on prend la "badine" du côté de l'aimant, et l'on appuie légèrement verticalement sur 35 le cochonnet qui est au sol. ( FIG.2 A) La dernière spire du bas ( 7 ) s'écarte et permet au cochonnet de rentrer dans la cage de fil ressort ( 6 ). Pour libérer le cochonnet, on appuie avec ses doigts ( 10 ) sur les dernières spires ( 6 ) pour compresser le ressort, ce qui libère le cochonnet ( 5 ) de sa cage de fil ressort. ( FIG.2.0 ) Cette dernière extrémité peut être gainée de caoutchouc ou matière souple ( 11 ), permettant une prise du cochonnet plus facile en évitant que le cochonnet glisse et s'échappe si il est sur un sol trop lisse. La pose d'un bouchon ( 12 ) à cette extrémité assure également une finition et une protection et protège d'éventuelles griffures. ( FIG.3 B ) La flexibilité de l'ensemble permet à l'outil de se refermer sur lui même à l'aide de l'aimant ( 2 ), facilitant le port autour du cou, sans gêner le joueur ( FIG.4 ). Il reprendra sa forme rigide initiale après avoir séparé l'aimant de la partie métallique situé à l'extrémité opposé de l'outil. ( 9 ) Le port peut être également en position rigide, suspendu à la ceinture, aimanté à une pièce métallique.( anneau portes clefs...) Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention.
