Claims (12)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Appareil de charge pour un véhicule à entraînement électrique, comprenant : - une station de base (1), comprenant un transformateur de courant CA/CC (3) servant à transformer une tension de réseau CA en une tension de chargement CC; - un mât de chargement (2), comprenant un système de liaison automatique servant à relier le véhicule à l'appareil de charge ; et - un appareil de commande de chargement (6) servant à commander 10 -- le cycle de chargement du véhicule ; -- l'orientation entre le système de liaison automatique et le véhicule ; -- une liaison du système de liaison automatique au véhicule ; et -- le convertisseur CA/CC servant au chargement du véhicule.
- 2. Appareil de charge selon la revendication 1, sachant que le système 15 de liaison automatique comprend les éléments qui suivent - un moteur (8) et un appareil de commande (8) ; - une antenne (7') et un récepteur-émetteur (7) servant à la communication sans fil avec le véhicule ; - une surface de contact (10), qui peut être déplacée par un bras de 20 robot (9) contre une surface de contact (11) du véhicule en présence d'une communication entre le récepteur-émetteur (7) de l'appareil de chargement et le récepteur-émetteur du véhicule.
- 3. Appareil de charge selon la revendication 2, sachant que la surface de contact (10) présente au moins quatre points de liaison, qui sont les 25 suivants : CC+, CC-, conducteur de protection (PE) et une commande pilote (CP), et sachant qu'une zone entre les points de contact (10) et un matériau, isolant est isolée.
- 4. Appareil de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que la station de base-1) comprend un dispositif de 30 refroidissement (4). 3037290 6
- 5. Appareil de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que le mât de chargement (2) est disposé au niveau d'un arrêt de véhicule et que la station de base (1) est disposée de manière éloignée de l'arrêt de véhicule.
- 6. Appareil de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que l'appareil de commande est disposé dans le mât de chargement (2).
- 7. Appareil de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que l'appareil de commande est disposé dans la station de base (1).
- 8. Appareil de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que le mât de chargement (2) et la station de base (1) sont reliés par un câble, qui comprend un CC- (13) un câble de communication (12).
- 9. Appareil de charge selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que la station de base (1) comprend un module de communication (5) destiné à être relié à un serveur exploitant.
- 10. Procédé servant à recharger un véhicule à entraînement électrique, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à: a. détecter l'orientation entre le système de liaison automatique et le véhicule ; b. relier le système de liaison automatique et le convertisseur CA/CC au véhicule afin de recharger le véhicule ; c. commander le cycle de chargement du véhicule.
- 11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, sachant que la détection de l'orientation entre le système de liaison automatique et le véhicule comprend une communication avec le véhicule au moyen d'une liaison de communication sans câble.
- 12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, sachant que la liaison du 30 système de liaison automatique au véhicule comprend un déplacement d'une surface de contact (10) par un bras de robot (9) contre une surface de contact (11) du véhicule.
