Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Palier comprenant une bague intérieure (14), une bague extérieure (16) et une bague d'usure (24) réalisée en matériau synthétique et fixée sur l'une desdites bagues (16), caractérisé en ce que la bague d'usure (24) est surmoulée sur au moins une face (26) de ladite bague, ladite face (26) comprenant au moins un moyen de retenue (28) recouvert par le matériau synthétique de la bague d'usure (24) et conformé pour permettre à la fois la retenue axiale et la retenue angulaire de la bague d'usure relativement à ladite bague par complémentarité de forme avec ladite bague d'usure.
- 2. Palier selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit moyen de retenue (28) comprend deux bords latéraux (28b, 28c) opposés pour la retenue angulaire de la bague d'usure et au moins une face frontale (28e) pour la retenue axiale de ladite bague d'usure, lesdits bords latéraux et ladite face frontale étant recouverts par le matériau synthétique de la bague d'usure (24).
- 3. Palier selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit moyen de retenue (28) est obtenu par déformation locale de matière de ladite bague.
- 4. Palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit moyen de retenue (28) comprend une nervure s'étendant en saillie par rapport à ladite face (26) de ladite bague et noyée à l'intérieur du matériau synthétique de ladite bague d'usure.
- 5. Palier selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la nervure s'étend radialement en saillie par rapport à ladite face (26) de ladite bague.
- 6. Palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit moyen de retenue (28) est ménagé sur une face externe (26) de ladite bague.
- 7. Palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite face (26) de ladite bague comprend en outre au moins une encoche (30) non débouchante s'étendant à partir 3034152 13 dudit moyen de retenue (28) et à l'intérieur de laquelle pénètre le matériau synthétique de la bague d'usure (24).
- 8. Palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite face (26) de ladite bague comprend une 5 gorge (32) annulaire à partir du fond de laquelle s'étend ledit moyen de retenue et à l'intérieur de laquelle pénètre le matériau synthétique de la bague d'usure (24).
- 9. Ensemble comprenant un palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et un élément de manoeuvre supportant le 10 palier.
- 10. Procédé de fabrication d'un palier du type comprenant une bague intérieure et une bague extérieure, dans lequel une bague d'usure est fixée sur l'une desdites bagues, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un moyen de retenue est formé localement sur une face de ladite 15 bague par repoussage local de matière, et en ce que la bague d'usure est surmoulée au moins sur ladite face de ladite bague de sorte à recouvrir entièrement ledit moyen de retenue.
