Abstract

Description
L'invention concerne un dispositif de recouvrement d'un plancher de compartiment à bagages de véhicule automobile. Il est connu de réaliser un dispositif de recouvrement d'un plancher de compartiment à bagages de véhicule automobile, ledit dispositif comprenant un volet arrière et un volet avant de recouvrement, le bord avant dudit volet arrière étant articulé par une charnière souple - notamment textile - au bord arrière dudit volet avant, de sorte que ledit volet arrière puisse être relevé par rotation depuis une position horizontale de recouvrement vers une position inclinée d'accès à un rangement, notamment de roue de secours. Lorsque la charnière présente une faible largeur, par exemple de l'ordre de 1 mm, et lorsque le volet arrière est pourvu d'une charge, se produit un fléchissement éventuel du volet arrière s'accompagnant d'une tension sur la charnière pouvant conduire à sa rupture. Un tel phénomène peut notamment se produire dans le cas où le volet arrière est pourvu de moyens de piètement latéraux destinés à prendre appui sur le sol du compartiment à bagages, la partie médiane dudit volet étant dépourvue - du fait d'une architecture de véhicule ne le permettant pas - de moyen de piètement. Dans une telle situation, le volet arrière peut être amené à fléchir en partie médiane, ce qui entraîne le risque de rupture de la charnière sus évoqué.The invention relates to a device for covering a floor of a luggage compartment of a motor vehicle. Selon la réalisation représentée, le dispositif 1 comprend en outre au moins un 15 moyen de rappel 8 élastique reliant les bords 4,6 entre eux, de manière à plaquer le volet avant 3 contre le volet arrière 2. Le dispositif 1 présente ainsi une esthétique optimale quelle que soit la position du volet arrière 2. 20 Comme représenté en figures 1 et 2, le volet arrière 2 est pourvu de moyens de piètement 9 latéraux destinés à prendre appui sur le sol du compartiment à bagages, la partie médiane dudit volet étant dépourvue de moyen de piètement. 25 Selon le mode de réalisation de la figure 3, les volets 2,3 sont pourvus d'une couche supérieure 10 de revêtement - notamment textile, par exemple sous forme d'aiguilleté - commune, la charnière 5 comprenant la portion de ladite couche se trouvant entre lesdits volets. 30 Les volets 2,3 sont pourvus en outre d'une couche inférieure 11 de revêtement - notamment textile, par exemple sous forme de non-tissé - commune, la charnière 5 comprenant en outre la portion de ladite couche se trouvant entre lesdits volets, ladite couche inférieure étant associée - notamment par collage - à la couche supérieure 10 au niveau de ladite charnière. On dispose ainsi d'une charnière 5 bicouche de solidité accrue. Selon une réalisation, la largeur 7 de la bande est supérieure ou égale à 10 mm. Selon la réalisation représentée un moyen de rappel 8 est formé par un ruban élastique. Le dispositif 1 comprend notamment une pluralité de moyens de rappel 8 disposés le long de la charnière 5. Le ruban est notamment fixé par des vis 20 montées en envers des volets 2,3 - 15 qui sont par exemple à base de polyuréthanne rigide renforcé par des fibres de verre.
