Abstract

Dispositif de fixation pour charge lourde adaptée aux cloisons sèches, carreaux de plâtre, et autres cloisons, avec possibilité de réglage pour différentes épaisseurs de cloisons. L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de supporter une lourde charge. Par son ergonomie, elle permet de supprimer le risque d'arrachement. Le dispositif est constitué de deux bouchons épaulés circulaires (n°1 et 2 Fig.1 Fig.2 D'une tige filetée et son écrou (i) et (p) Fig. 4. Description

La présente invention est un dispositif de fixation pour charge lourde adaptée aux cloisons sèches, carreaux de plâtre et autres cloisons avec possibilité de réglage pour différentes épaisseurs de cloison. Traditionnellement des chevilles de différentes sortes sont employées mais 5 celle-ci étant toujours de petit diamètre, le poids d'une charge lourde entraîne presque toujours l'arrachement. Ce dispositif par son ergonomie permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. Le dispositif se compose: de 2 bouchons épaulés circulaire(n°1et 2) 1 tige filetée 1 écrou, 2 fils nylon et l'entretoise correspondante à la cloison employée. 10 Fig.1) un bouchon (n°1) épaulé en plastique rigide moulé, formé d'un corps (a) et d'un épaulement (b).Le diamètre du corps(a) est égal au trou percé dans la cloison (k) pour recevoir le dispositif avec au centre du bouchon un trou taraudé (c) pour le montage et le serrage du dispositif. Côté intérieur le trou central (c) est fraisé (g) pour noyer la moitié de l'écrou (p). 15 L'épaulement (b) du bouchon (n°1) est échancré (d) sur deux côtés jusqu'au diamètre du corps (à), afin de rendre le passage possible derrière la cloison (k) lorsque celle-ci est déjà montée. Deux petits ergots (f) sur l'épaulement (b) intérieur pour le maintien lors du serrage. 20 Deux trous lisses (e) de 5/10 de m/m pour le passage des fils nylon (L)à l'opposé l'un de l'autre dans l'angle de l'épaulement (b). L'épaulement (b) du bouchon vient se plaquer contre la face arrière de la cloison (k). Fig. 2) un bouchon (n°2) de serrage en plastique rigide moulé formé d'un 25 corps (a) et d'un épaulement (b), le diamètre du corps (a) étant le même que le précédant bouchon (n°1). Au centre du bouchon (n°2) un trou taraudé (c) pour le montage du dispositif, un trou lisse (h) excentré pour le serrage. Côté intérieur, le trou central taraudé (c) est fraisé (g) pour noyer l'autre moitié 30 de l'écrou (p). Fig. 3) deux fils nylon (L) de 4/10° et 300 m/m de long à fermeture manuelle servent au maintien et à la mise en place du bouchon (1) derrière la cloison (k). Fig. 4) une tige filetée (i) et son écrou de réglage (p). 35 Fig. 5) une entretoise (j) compensatrice pour les différentes cloisons. Montage du dispositif Fermer les fils nylon (L), les passer dans les petits trous de 5/10°(e) de l'épaulement (b) du bouchon (n°1) en les pliants en deux. Fig. (6 ) faire un trou dans la cloison (k) avec une scie cloche correspondant au diamètre du corps des bouchons (n°1et 2). Fig.(4) Régler la tige filetée (i) et l'écrou (p) pour la cloison à équiper, serrer l'écrou (p) avec le bouchon (n°2). Fig. (6) En position verticale, passer le bouchon (n°1) échancré derrière la cloison (k) en le maintenant avec les fils nylon (L), mettre le bouchon (n°1) en place et visser le bouchon (n°2) sur le bouchon (n°1). Fig.(9)Pour le serrage final, se munir d'une clé BTR, introduire l'équerre de la clé dans le trou lisse excentré (h) du bouchon (n°2), serrer le dispositif modérément en appuyant la clé BTR contre la tige filetée (i).
