The invention relates to a retractable device loading / unloading vehicle, including utility. The loading / unloading devices for current vehicles essentially consist of devices called "tailgates".
These include, usually, a horizontal loading / unloading platform, movable and controlled between a low position, close to the ground, and a high position, flush with the loading platform of the vehicle, outside the latter. When the cargo loading / unloading operation has been executed, the loading / unloading platform can be lifted vertically against the rear wall of the vehicle, in order to reduce the overall bulk of the latter. Such devices are generally satisfactory, insofar as they make it possible to substantially eliminate the vertical human cargo handling, between the low position and the outcrop position of the loading / unloading platform, and to reduce, significantly , the difficulty of the interventions of the agents or agents in handling operations mentioned above. However, the unloading and handling operations to move the freight from the platform onto the vehicle bed, and then, conversely, handling and loading to move the freight from the vehicle bed to the platform, during the unloading, are maintained. Such a constraint affects the fluidity and flexibility of all handling operations and ultimately increases the length of the cargo loading / unloading cycle. Finally, such devices appear essentially reserved for vehicles of the utility type (heavy goods vehicles), since the raising and the maintenance of the loading / unloading platform in a vertical position, outside the vehicle and on the outer wall of the vehicle. the latter, prove to be incompatible with an application to personal vehicles and light commercial vehicles (LCVs). Also known are loading / unloading devices such as those described in particular in GB-2107671-A and WO-2012/14623-A. In the first document, there is described a device comprising a fixed plate of two arms which slide in two longitudinal members so as to lower and rotate: this device obviously can not handle heavy loads. In addition, as the tray is secured to both arms, this has the consequence of asking for room for the maneuver. As for the second document, it relates to a device comprising a mobile platform on a support itself mobile on two longitudinal members, and articulated arms on the support and slidable in it: the movement of these two arms along which the platform can lower and rise, is driven by that of the platform itself. But in use, it appeared disadvantages especially in terms of wear of certain parts. The present invention aims to overcome all the disadvantages of the various handling devices mentioned above. In particular, an object of the present invention is the implementation of a retractable loading / unloading device for a vehicle, by means of which all the cargo handling operations, from the loading / unloading platform to the platform of loading / unloading of the vehicle, or reciprocally, are substantially eliminated. Another object of the present invention is also the implementation of a fully retractable loading / unloading device in the useful loading / unloading zone of the vehicle, in order to allow the installation of these vehicles on any conventional series vehicle, including VUL. Another object of the present invention is finally the implementation of a loading / unloading device, which, because of the completely retractable nature mentioned above, may be installed either as a first-time vehicle during the construction of the vehicle or as a second mounted as auxiliary equipment reported, on any vehicle already in circulation, commercial or personal vehicle, provided in the rear part or a simple tailgate or doors to access the trunk and / or the useful volume of the vehicle. These objects, as well as others which will appear later, are achieved by a retractable vehicle loading / unloading device, which comprises at least one frame-shaped support frame comprising at least two parallel rails 30, a slider comprising, firstly, two branches each slidably engaged in one of the longitudinal members and interconnected by a vertical partition, in the second place, a loading platform and, thirdly, means for guiding and holding in substantially horizontal position of this platform according to a loading / unloading stroke comprised between, on the one hand, a rest position of the loading platform between the longitudinal members and the end of said support frame and, on the other hand, a position low loading / unloading, and which also comprises drive means extraction / withdrawal of the assembly formed by the slider and the platform loading / unloading according to the loading / unloading stroke, which device is characterized, according to the present invention, in that the drive means are constituted by a first set of drive means for the platform alone and by a second set driving means for the slider and the guide means.
Advantageously, each of the longitudinal members is formed by a U-shaped section, the opening of each U-shape being in facing relation to each other, the slide comprising two branches each engaged to slide by the intermediate of rollers in the opening of each U-shaped profile. Preferably, the means for guiding and holding in substantially horizontal position of the loading / unloading platform comprise at least: an articulated upper arm hinged to rotation at the slide; an articulated lower arm pivotally articulated at the slide, the point of articulation of each upper articulated arm being distant from the articulation point of the corresponding lower articulated arm, on the same branch of U, by a determined distance for after extraction of the assembly constituted by the slider and the loading / unloading platform, forming a parallelogram-shaped structure. Advantageously, the loading platform is slidably engaged by means of rollers in each of the lower and upper articulated arms and maintained in a substantially horizontal position by the latter, during the loading / unloading stroke, between the end of the chassis and the low position of loading / unloading. Preferably, the first set of drive means for the platform is constituted by a first electric motor secured to the platform and driving a shaft arranged transversely to the platform and provided at each end with a toothed wheel cooperating with a rack carried by the lower articulated arm.
As for the second set of drive means for the slide and the guide means, it comprises a first subassembly for manipulating the articulated arms and a second subassembly for horizontally moving the articulated support along the longitudinal members.
Advantageously, the first subassembly comprises a second motor cooperating with an end of at least one cable whose other end is fixed to the lower articulated arm, the cable passing over a return pulley disposed on a branch of the slide between the joints of both arms on this branch. As for the second subassembly, it comprises a third motor and a rack-and-pinion drive, the starting of the motor ensuring the displacement in horizontal translation of the slider and therefore of the loading / unloading platform. Preferably, the first, second and third electric motors are fed sequentially by the vehicle battery. The retractable vehicle loading / unloading device, which is the subject of the invention, finds application in the automobile industry, in particular the construction and equipment of vehicles as diverse as, for example, commercial vehicles, light commercial vehicles or LUVs, personal vehicles, medical assistance vehicles, ambulances, assistance to persons with disabilities or 20 others. The following description, which is in no way limiting, should be read with reference to the appended figures, in which: FIG. 1 represents, for purely illustrative purposes, a perspective view of the retractable loading / unloading device the invention when the platform is in the up position and before the guide means are deployed; - Figure 2 shows, for illustrative purposes, a perspective view of the device according to the invention according to Figure 1, when the loading / unloading platform is in the up position and the guide means deployed; and - Figure 3 shows, for illustrative purposes, a perspective view of the device according to the invention according to Figure 1, when the loading / unloading platform is substantially halfway in the guide means.
A more detailed description of the retractable vehicle loading / unloading device, in accordance with the subject of the present invention, will now be given with reference to FIG. 1. In general, it is indicated that the device forming the subject of the invention is symmetrically arranged with respect to a longitudinal plane of symmetry. Such an arrangement advantageously allows, for example, to place the entire device substantially in the plane of symmetry of the vehicle for which it is intended, for convenience. As will be seen in the aforementioned figure, the retractable loading / unloading device for a vehicle, according to the invention, comprises at least one support frame 1 in the form of a frame comprising at least two parallel longitudinal members la and 1b. It also comprises a slider 2 which comprises two branches 21 and 22 each slidably engaged in one of the longitudinal members 1a and 1b respectively and 20 interconnected by a vertical partition 20. In addition, the slider 2 comprises a loading platform 3 and an arrangement 4 for guiding and maintaining in a substantially horizontal position the loading / unloading platform 3, according to a loading / unloading stroke comprised between a rest position of this platform, between the longitudinal members 1 a and 1b, and a low loading / unloading position, such as a position close to the ground. As will be observed further in Figure 1, each of the longitudinal members 1a and 1b is formed by a U-shaped section, the opening of each U-shape of these profiles being vis-à-vis one from the other. The two longitudinal members 1a and 1b are connected between them, on the one hand, by two end crosspieces 1c and 1d according to the present embodiment, and on the other hand by the slider 2, in particular by the two branches 21 and 22 of the latter connected by the vertical partition 20 to form the support frame 1 previously mentioned. It is thus understood that the two branches 21 and 22 of the slider 2 are each slidably engaged by means of rollers in the opening of each U-shaped section. As can also be seen in FIG. the arrangement 4 for guiding and maintaining in substantially horizontal position of the platform 35 comprises at least, for each spar 1a and 1b, an articulated upper arm 4s1 and 4s2 rotatably articulated at the slider and in particular at the level of branches 21 and 22 of the latter. In addition, this arrangement 4 likewise comprises, for each of the longitudinal members 1a and 1b, a lower articulated arm 4i1 and 4i2 pivotally articulated at the slide. According to a remarkable aspect of the device according to the invention, the arrangement 4 is such that the articulation point 40s of each upper articulated arm, 4s1 and 4s2, is distant from the articulation point 40i of the corresponding lower articulated arm, 4i1 and 4i2, on the same branch 21 respectively 22, a distance determined to form, after extraction of the assembly constituted by the slider 2 and the platform 3 loading / unloading, a parallelogram-shaped structure for each of the longitudinal members 1a and 1b and corresponding branches 21 and 22. In FIG. 1, it will be possible to observe the two parallelogram structures thus formed, represented partially in the drawing, each upper articulated arm 4s1 and 4s2 being kept parallel to the articulated arm corresponding lower, 4i1 and 4i2, 20 through, on the one hand, the corresponding branches 21 and 22, and, on the other hand, articulated struts noted 4t. The retractable device according to the present invention also comprises drive means: a first set for the platform alone and a second set for the slider 2 and the guide means 4. Thus the first set of drive means comprises a first electric drive motor 5 of descent / rise of the loading / unloading platform 3 along the upper articulated arms 4s1 and 4s2 and lower 4i1, 4i2. This first electric motor is integral with the platform and drives a shaft arranged transversely and provided at each end with a toothed wheel respectively meshing with racks each placed on at least one of the lower articulated arms 4i1, 4i2 or where appropriate, higher than 4s1, 4s2, as for example described in document WO-2012/14623-A. As for the second set of drive means for the slider 2 and the guide means 4, it comprises a first subassembly for manipulating the articulated arms and a second subassembly for moving the slider along the longitudinal members. The first subassembly comprises a second electric motor 6 disposed on one side of the partition 20 and cooperating with the end of at least one cable 7a whose other end is fixed on the lower articulated arm 4i1 at a point 10a located between the articulation point 40i and the articulated spacer 4t. The cable 7a passes on a return pulley 8 located on a branch 21 of the slider 2 between the joints 40i and 40s of the two arms 40i1 and 40s1 on this branch 21. According to the embodiment, this second electric motor 6 drives a winch 9 which is wound on the cable 7a, located on the branch 21 of the slider 2. This first subassembly comprises symmetrically, according to the present embodiment, a cable 7b whose other end is fixed by one of its ends on the lower articulated arm 4i2 at a point between the hinge point and the articulated spacer 4t. The cable 7b passes over a pulley located on a branch 22 of the slider 2 between the joints of the two arms 40i2 and 40s2 on this branch 22. The other end of the cable 7b is attached to another winch driven by the second motor 6, or on another winch drum 9. The second subassembly comprises a third electric motor 11 disposed on one side of the transverse partition 20 and driving pinions which are arranged on the branches 21 and 22 of the slider 2 and which cooperate with racks located on the rails 1a and 1b. At rest, the slider 2 is completely located on the frame 1, the guide means being folded into the slider. The translation of the slider 2 along the longitudinal members 1a and 1b is obtained by the implementation of the third electric motor 11 25 which causes the movement of the pinions fixed on the branches 21 and 22 of the slider 2 along the racks located on the longitudinal members 1 a and 1 b. Arrived at the end of these, the third electric motor 11 stops and consequently the translation of the slider 2. In this translational phase, the upper articulated arms 4s1 and 4s2 and lower 4i1 and 4i2 remain attached to the one of the other. On arrival of the slider 2 at the end of the longitudinal members 1a and 1b, the upper articulated arms 4s1 and 4s2 and lower 4i1 and 4i2 are driven in extraction and deployed by gravity: the cables 7a and 7b take place therefore without any braking by the second electric motor 6.
As for the platform 3, it descends along the articulated arms by the start of the first electric motor by driving the pinions located under the platform 3 cooperating with the racks for example arranged on the lower articulated arms 4i1 and 4i2 : the descent of the platform being stopped when it comes into contact with the ground. The platform 3 is raised by reversing the direction of rotation of the first electric motor 5, which stops when the platform 3 is at the level of the slide 2. Then, the second electric motor 6 is triggered. causing the winch 8, will cause a winding of the cables 7a and 7b on the drums of the latter: by this winding, is caused a raising of the lower articulated arms 4i1 and 4i2 and consequently the upper arms 4s1 and 4s2, since these arm form a deformable parallelogram as described above. Once the articulated arms reassembled, the third motor 11 can then drive in translation the slider 2 to its rest position. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, each phase corresponds to an electric motor: translation (third motor 11), deployment / folding of the articulated arms (gravity / second electric motor), descent / ascent of the platform along the articulated arms (first electric motor). The device obviously includes contactors to ensure a smooth sequence. The first (5), the second (6) and the third (11) electric motor are powered sequentially by the vehicle battery. Thus described a retractable loading / unloading device that can be installed in any type of utility vehicle or standard equipment, this device, because of the great flexibility and flexibility of its use , which can be applied to vehicles as diverse as commercial vehicles, LCVs, ambulances, auxiliary medical vehicles enabling the movement of a disabled person and the easy handling of a wheelchair of the latter, or personal vehicles.
