FOLDING SUPERMARKET TROLLEY FOR CAR BOX. The invention relates to a trolley for the rapid transfer of goods in a vehicle trunk. Shopping at the supermarket is often done by means of a cart called caddy. This cart includes a kind. body at its base with a wheel base so as to place the body at a certain level above the ground. These trolleys belong to the supermarket and are not intended to be carried by customers. 10 Upon his arrival, the customer borrows a wagon, the load of his shopping, the discharge to go to cash, the recharge at the exit and finally the discharge in his trunk and then back to 'where he borrowed. These multiple operations are tedious. It is known to use his own cart, but it must like the cart (15 Trademark) be filled and emptied the number of times; moreover, these carriages are of low capacity. The invention aims to simplify the transfer. To this end, the invention relates to a carriage comprising a receptacle supported by a base whose base is equipped with wheels, this carriage being characterized in that the base is shaped to be able to engage an edge of the receptacle above a boot floor car then serving as a support plane and the base is associated with the receptacle by at least one hinge pin and allowing the pivoting of the base upwards to finish introducing the carriage into the trunk. The invention will be better understood from the following description given by way of nonlimiting example with reference to the drawing which shows schematically: FIG. 1: A carriage according to the invention in perspective FIG 2a: The carriage of FIG. Introductory course in a chest FIG2b: The carriage of Figure 2A introduced into the trunk. FIG 9a to 9d: another variant of the trolley with cinematic introduction into the trunk. Referring to the drawing, we see a cart 1 for shopping. This cart is equipped with 2.3 wheels. It comprises a receptacle 15 supported by a base 4 whose base is equipped with said wheels.
The base is shaped to be able to engage an edge 5 of the receptacle said support edge above a floor 6 car trunk then serving as a support plane and the base is associated with the receptacle by a hinge pin 7 and allowing the pivoting of the base upwards to finish introducing the trolley into the trunk. The hinge axis 7 is located near the edge of the aforementioned receptacle or substantially midway between the two faces 8,9 of the receptacle. The receptacle is cantilever to be engaged above the bumper. A first version is shown in Figure 1.The base 4 comprises, in use, on each side of the receptacle 15 a horizontal branch 4A whose one end is articulated on the receptacle, the other end is extended by a vertical branch 4B thus forming a square . The base of the bracket comprises a wheel 3. A second wheel 2 carried by a leg 10 can project said wheel substantially under the axis 7 of articulation of the receptacle on the bracket to give a seat to the carriage. When the receptacle is engaged above the bumper 2a so that the said support edge comes into contact with the floor of the trunk for a load recovery, it can then tilt upwards and towards the edge support, the base 4 which advantageously will have a size close to that of the side of the receptacle parallel to the square. In row position 2b, the base 4 is part of the surface of the side of the receptacle parallel to the displacement of said base, here the small side of the receptacle.
According to this representation, the carriage has its large side parallel to the rear edge of the vehicle. The wheels can rotate at least 90 ° around a vertical axis. During its movement in the store, the long sides of the carriage are parallel to the direction of movement of said carriage.
Advantageously, the base comprises a means 11 for adjusting the height of the receptacle. Support means taking up the load (spring or cylinder) can assist the raising movement of the receptacle. According to the solution shown in FIG. 1, the vertical leg 4B of the bracket is of variable length. Here, a first part slides in a second part. A lock is obviously provided. According to a variant not shown, the receptacle is associated with the base by means allowing said receptacle to slide on the horizontal arm of the square 4A so that it is possible to transfer a large part of the weight on the floor of the vehicle before turning the base. According to the second version Figure 3,4, the leg 10 is articulated on the vertical leg 4B and indirectly on the wheel 3 equipping the vertical leg by means of a rod 10A. Here, a parallelogram or other type of assembly 19 is provided to obtain the verticality of the branch 4B taking into account the possible rotation of the yoke of the wheel 2 about its axis 20. Instead of this system, it it may be substituted for a means for adjusting the inclination of the bottom of the carriage for example by raising the front edge of the carriage to facilitate the introduction of the carriage in the trunk. In this version of Figures 1 to 5, the axis of rotation of the base on the receptacle 20 is parallel to a large side of the receptacle but when moving the cart in the supermarket, the front axis is defined by the short sides of the receptacle. The wheels are connected to the base by a clevis with vertical axis. Figure 5a and 5b show that the receptacle 15 receives the base and is folded to reduce the size. More specifically, the base is folded along the two sides of the receptacle on which it is articulated. Figure 5a shows that the base 4 can be advantageously housed between two walls X, Y of the carriage forming a pocket. The base consists of two independent parts each of a dimension of the carriage. An example of folding is shown in Figures 5a and 5b. A large side 15A is folded 30 against the bottom 15C (arrow A), the large side plus bottom is then folded against the second large side 15B (arrow B). The small sides 15E, 15F are then folded (arrow C) . The long sides and the bottom will be roughly the same size while the small sides will occupy half of the surface of a large side.
In the version 6.7, 8, the base 4 is different but it is still articulated on an axis parallel to the said support edge 7 which this time is a small side. It consists of two legs 4C, 4D and 4E mechanism, here to rotate them together.
Here, there is shown a first leg 4C shaped seven articulated on the axis 7 near the support edge. On this first leg is articulated a second leg 4D, said legs being each provided with a wheel. A link 4E connects the receptacle to the second leg. The said support edge of the receptacle is also cantilevered so that it can engage above the bumper. In a stowed position, the base has a footprint close to that of the side of the receptacle that it frames. In the stowed position, the base can be visible or housed in a pocket. It can be provided that the second leg is articulated directly on the side wall 15 of the receptacle FIGS. 9a and following. This makes it necessary to take into account the displacement of the first leg. In Figure 7, there is shown the receptacle without the base. This allows to see a guide 13 for a piece that carries the first leg. This prevents that under the effect of the load, the leg deviates from the wall of the receptacle. It is also seen that the so-called end walls 15E, 15F are foldable inwards by means of a hinge 16 in order to limit the bulk. Before folding these end walls, we took care, for example, to raise the bottom to press against one of the large faces of the receptacle. It is also seen that wheels 17 or pads are provided at the bearing edge 25 to push the receptacle into the trunk. The receptacle consists of panels hinged together to temporarily reduce the volume when it is not necessary to use it. Figure 9a shows the carriage advancing towards the vehicle. Figure 9b shows the truck approaching the vehicle for load recovery from the front of the truck by the boot floor. Because the axis of rotation 7 is close to the front edge of the leg 4C has a stick shape that allows a sufficient engagement of the front edge of the carriage before raising the leg 4C .In this configuration figure 9C, the carriage is still supported not two points of support, one being the chest and the other the leg 4D.
Figure 9d shows the truck fully engaged. The carriage is carried by two legs each articulated on its own axis and each can be folded independently, one still serving as a fulcrum when the other is eclipsed.
This last trolley does not show means of regale in height but it could be equipped with it.
