Abstract

Description

GROUPE MOTOPROPULSEUR EQUIPANT UN VEHICULE AUTOMOBILE [0001] L'invention porte sur un groupe motopropulseur équipant un véhicule automobile, le groupe motopropulseur étant pourvu d'un carter sur lequel est rapportée une platine de protection par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation. L'invention porte également sur un véhicule automobile équipé d'un tel groupe motopropulseur. [0002] Le document FR 2,896,682 décrit un caisson de déformation conçu pour être interposé entre un support transversal de pare-chocs et un longeron d'un véhicule automobile. Le caisson de déformation comporte un tronçon de fixation qui pénètre le longeron et est relié au longeron par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un boulon traversant la paroi du longeron, s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale du longeron. Le tronçon de fixation est verrouillé en rotation avec une douille d'espacement qui comporte deux zones filetées à pas inverses, dans lesquelles sont vissées des vis de compensation de tolérances. Ces dernières sont dotées de pièces rotatives d'entraînement qui occupent des positions intérieures et qui, lors du vissage d'un boulon fileté traversant les vis de compensation et la douille, sont en prise avec un filetage extérieur dudit boulon. Le caisson de déformation est un caisson dans lequel les vis de compensation de tolérances viennent s'appliquer dans la position de montage, par rotation du boulon, contre les faces internes d'un longeron, tandis que ledit boulon s'engage dans un écrou implanté à l'extérieur du longeron, de telle sorte que ledit tronçon de fixation soit retenu sans jeu, sur le longeron, d'une part par l'intermédiaire d'une tête de boulon du boulon fileté et de la première vis de compensation de tolérances et, d'autre part, par l'intermédiaire de la seconde vis de compensation de tolérances et de l'écrou; et dans lequel la paroi du longeron est accouplée au tronçon de fixation dudit caisson de déformation, par concordance de formes, au moyen d'un élément d'arrêt. [0003] De telles dispositions méritent d'être améliorées pour assurer une sécurité à un utilisateur du véhicule automobile. Par ailleurs, de telles dispositions méritent aussi d'être améliorées pour être adaptées à la préservation d'un carter d'un groupe motopropulseur et éviter une casse du carter lors d'un choc subi par le véhicule automobile et préserver ainsi le groupe motopropulseur lui-même. [0004] Un but de la présentation est de proposer un groupe motopropulseur équipant un véhicule automobile, le groupe motopropulseur étant pourvu d'un carter sur lequel est rapportée une platine de protection par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation, le groupe motopropulseur étant agencé pour protéger un utilisateur du véhicule automobile d'une pénétration du groupe motopropulseur à l'intérieur d'un habitacle que comprend le véhicule automobile. Un autre but est de proposer un groupe motopropulseur agencé pour éviter une altération, voire une altération de ce dernier. [0005] Un groupe motopropulseur de la présente invention est un groupe motopropulseur équipant un véhicule automobile. Le groupe motopropulseur est pourvu d'un carter sur lequel est rapportée une platine de protection par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation. [0006] Selon la présente invention, les moyens de fixation comprennent au moins un couple de premières vis d'un premier diamètre et au moins un couple de deuxièmes vis d'un deuxième diamètre, le premier diamètre étant strictement supérieur au deuxième diamètre. [0007] De préférence, les premières vis et les deuxièmes vis sont disposées symétriquement les unes par rapport aux autres. [0008] Une première protubérance est avantageusement ménagée sur une face avant de la platine de protection. [0009] La première protubérance est par exemple disposée au centre de symétrie des moyens de fixation. [0010] Un véhicule automobile de la présente invention est principalement reconnaissable en ce que le véhicule automobile comprend un tel groupe motopropulseur et un berceau qui est pourvu d'une platine de côté équipée d'une deuxième protubérance. [0011] La platine de côté forme avantageusement un angle obtus avec une platine de fond que comprend le berceau. [0012] D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de la présente invention apparaîtront à la lecture de la description qui va en être faite d'exemples de réalisation, en relation avec les figures des planches annexées, dans lesquelles : - La figure 1 et la figure 2 sont des vues respectives d'un groupe motopropulseur de la présente invention respectivement avant et après un choc subi par un véhicule automobile équipé d'un tel groupe motopropulseur. - La figure 3 est une vue schématique en perspective du groupe motopropulseur représenté sur les figures précédentes. - La figure 4 est une vue schématique de côté du groupe motopropulseur représenté sur les figures précédentes. - La figure 5 est une vue schématique de trois-quarts du groupe motopropulseur représenté sur les figures précédentes. - La figure 6 est une vue schématique de face du groupe motopropulseur représenté sur les figures précédentes. [0013] Sur la figure 1 et la figure 2, un véhicule automobile est équipé d'un groupe motopropulseur 1 pour pourvoir au déplacement de ce dernier. Le groupe motopropulseur 1 comprend indifféremment un moteur à combustion interne, un moteur électrique ou analogue. Le groupe motopropulseur 1 est logé à l'intérieur d'un compartiment moteur 2 qui est situé à l'avant du véhicule automobile. [0014] En cas de choc frontal, voire latéral, du véhicule automobile, le groupe motopropulseur 1 est susceptible d'être altéré, voire détérioré ce qu'il est souhaitable d'éviter. Un tel choc comprend deux phases distinctes successives, dont une première phase de projection du groupe motopropulseur 1 vers l'avant Al du véhicule automobile, puis une deuxième phase de projection du groupe motopropulseur 1 vers l'arrière A2 du véhicule automobile, ces deux phases étant séparées l'une de l'autre par un rebond du groupe motopropulseur 1 par exemple contre un berceau 5 du véhicule automobile ou analogue. [0015] La présente invention propose de minimiser un risque de pénétration du groupe motopropulseur 1 à l'intérieur d'un compartiment habitacle du véhicule automobile, à partir d'une traversée de ce dernier d'un tablier séparant le compartiment moteur du compartiment habitacle. Une telle minimisation permet une sécurisation de l'utilisateur du véhicule automobile qui prend place à l'intérieur du compartiment habitacle. [0016] A cet effet, la présente invention propose qu'au moins une platine de protection 3 soit interposée entre un carter 4 solidaire du groupe motopropulseur 1 et le berceau 5 que comprend le véhicule automobile. Le berceau 5 comprend une platine de fond 6 formant un plancher du compartiment moteur 2 sur lequel repose le groupe motopropulseur 1. Le berceau 5 comprend également une platine de côté 7 constituant un rebord avant qui forme un angle obtus B avec la platine de fond 6. [0017] Sur la figure 3, la platine de protection 3 est rapportée sur le carter 4 par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation 8,8' qui comprennent préférentiellement au moins un couple de premières vis 8 d'un premier diamètre et au moins un couple de deuxièmes vis 8' d'un deuxième diamètre, le premier diamètre étant strictement supérieur au deuxième diamètre. [0018] Sur la figure 4, la platine de protection 3 comprend une face avant 9 qui est placée en vis-à-vis d'une face arrière 10 que comprend la platine de côté 7. La face avant 9 est pourvue d'une première protubérance 11 qui vient au contact d'une deuxième protubérance 12 ménagée sur la face arrière 10, lors d'un choc subi par le véhicule automobile. La face arrière 10 est sensiblement évasée vers le haut de telle sorte que le groupe motopropulseur 1 tend à glisser vers le haut lors du choc. Un tel glissement provoque un cisaillement des moyens de fixation 8,8' et une rupture préférentielle des deuxièmes vis 8' en raison de leur plus petite dimension par rapport aux premières vis 8. La platine de protection 3 est pourvue d'orifices 13,13' de réception des moyens de fixation 8,8' qui sont de dimensions respectivement adaptées aux premières vis 8 et aux deuxième vis 8'. [0020] A titre d'exemple de réalisation, le premier diamètre des premières vis 8 est par 20 exemple de 10 mm tandis que le deuxième diamètre des deuxièmes vis est de 6 mm. [0021] Ces dispositions sont telles qu'une rupture des deuxièmes vis 8' permet d'éviter une altération du carter 4 tandis que les premières vis 8 maintiennent le groupe motopropulseur 1 en position à partir d'une répartition des efforts sur ces dernières.
