Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for anchoring to a support, an assembly comprising such an anchoring device and its method of installation. The present invention relates to the field of construction. It is particularly intended for construction equipment, in particular anchoring devices intended to be fixed to a support, such as walls, walls or posts for maintaining any type of element, for example scaffolding or staircase elements. cables or parts for personnel safety or load, bracing, etc. 2. Prior t It is known to consolidate the structures of constructions on supports such as the walls of buildings comprising an inner and outer face for example by means of anchoring device. This anchoring device comprises a fixing member extending along a longitudinal axis and intended to engage in the support through a through hole between the inner and outer faces. The assembly is fixed in support on the outer and inner faces of the support. More specifically, the use of this type of device requires access on the one hand to the outer face of the support to create a first attachment point and on the other hand to tighten the entire side of the inner face of the support by means of nuts, bolts, etc. The mounting of such an anchoring device is long and tedious. It also requires a large number of parts, manipulations, and operators (one on each side of the bracket) to speed up the installation of the device. 3. OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION The invention particularly aims to overcome all or part of the disadvantages of the prior art. More specifically, an object of the invention is to provide an anchoring device for rapid attachment through a support without access to the outer face 10 of said support and a maintenance of elements of any kind. Another object of the present invention is to enable the rapid safety of people and equipment. Res of the invention These objectives are achieved by means of a support anchor device for the maintenance of elements such as a scaffolding, a shoring, a staircase the support having an inner face, an outer face, and a through-hole between the inner and outer faces, the device comprising a fixing member which extends along a longitudinal axis, which presents first and second ends and adapted to engage through said orifice from the inner face. The invention is remarkable in that the device comprises: - a locking means mounted towards the first end and pivoting about a pivot axis transverse to the fixing member, between: a first retracted position in which the locking means extends along the longitudinal axis of the fastener, to allow the engagement and withdrawal of the anchoring device through the orifice and o a second extended position in which the locking means s extends across the longitudinal axis to come, on one side, against the outer face of the support; and, a movable assembly means towards the second end, along the locking member lockably on said member. Thus, thanks to this device avoids the loss of time and unnecessary travel behind the support whose access is sometimes difficult or not existing to consolidate a set for example. The elements are set quickly to secure equipment and operators. According to an important characteristic, the fastener has towards the first end at least one light in which the locking means is retracted in its retracted position. In this way the locking means can pass from one position to another through this light. In the retracted position this allows the locking means to be hidden to avoid, for example, the presence of sharp edges that can injure or that the locking means 8 hanging clings to other elements during transport.
Advantageously, in the retracted position, the locking means rests on an abutment formed in the body of the fastener by the light. The stopper blocks the locking means in position to prevent unwanted rotation thereof through the light and holding in position in the retracted position. According to another important feature, the locking means is mounted so as to tilt under the effect of its weight to the retracted position or to the deployed position. In this way, under the action of a simple gesture the locking means is positioned so as to be pressed against the support and prevent removal of the support member.
For a simple and fast mounting, the fastener has towards its second end a thread along which moves the assembly means having a thread. It is expected that the assembly means or one of the elements is selected from the group comprising: nut; forest shoe; shoe rickshaw, platinum. The anchoring device is thus adapted to any type of element for its maintenance and / or fixing. The invention also relates to an assembly 20 comprising at least: an anchoring device having the same characteristics as mentioned above; a support to which the anchoring device is intended to be fixed, the support having an inner face, an outer face, and an orifice passing through the inner and outer faces; the device being intended to be engaged from the inner face of the support; at least one element to be held or fixed by the anchoring device on the support or in the vicinity thereof. The invention also relates to a method of installing an anchoring device to a support for holding items such as scaffolding, props, stairs. According to the method: - the locking means is placed in the second retracted position; the first end of the fastener is engaged in the orifice from the inner face of the support; the fastener is rotated at an angle of 1800 relative to the longitudinal axis so that the locking means is placed in the second extended position; the fixing member is pulled from the inner face until the side of the locking means is brought against the outer face of the support; - Place and move the assembly means on the fastener to block the locking means against the outer face of the support. According to this method, it is provided that in order to maintain said elements, they are mounted on the fastener or on the assembly means before mounting and locking the assembly means on the fastener. 5. List of Figures Other features and innovative advantages will become apparent from the following description, provided by way of indication and in no way limitative, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: - Figure 1 is a perspective view of the device; anchoring according to the invention; - Figures 2 and 3 are sectional views of the device in each of the positions; - Figures 4 and 5 each represent an anchoring device during its installation to a support; FIGS. 6 to 8 illustrate exemplary assemblies comprising the anchoring device attached to a support. - Figure 9 illustrates another embodiment of an assembly means. 6. Detailed Description The anchoring device 1 according to the invention is intended to be fixed to any support 2 having an inner face 3 and an outer face 4. Preferably, the support 2 is vertical or substantially vertical such that a wall, a pole, a metal plate, a wooden frame, etc. The anchoring device 1 is also able to hold elements 20 of any kind which must be mounted on the support 2 or in the vicinity of the latter, such as for example elements constituting a scaffolding, a shoring, a staircase or to maintain cables, etc. In general, the support 2 receiving the anchoring device 1 comprises a through-orifice 5 between the inner 3 and outer faces 4. In FIG. 1, the anchoring device 1 comprises a fixing member 7, a locking means 8 and an assembly means 9 described below. The fastener 7 has a body 10 which extends along a longitudinal axis 11, a first end 12 and a second end 13 opposite. The fastener 7 is intended to be engaged in the orifice 5 of the support 2 from the inner face 3 of the support 2. The body has a circular section. He can present another section of course. The locking means 8 is located towards the first end 12 of the anchoring device 1, more specifically of the fastening member 7. The locking means 8 is pivotally mounted about a pivot axis 14 transverse to the member 7 and is movable relative thereto between a first retracted position (see Figure 2) in which the locking means 8 extends along the longitudinal axis 11 of the fastener 7 to allow the engagement and removal of the device 1 (the fastener 7 and the locking means 8) through the orifice 5 of the support 2; and a second position (see Figure 3) deployed in which the locking means 8 extends across the longitudinal axis 11 to come on one side 15 against the outer face 3 of the support 2. More specifically, the locking means in the deployed position is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 11. For this purpose, it can be seen in FIGS. 1 to 3 that the fastener 7 has towards its first end 12 a slot 16 in which the blocking means 8 retracts into its retracted position. The light 16 passes through at least part of the body of the fastener. Toward the end 12 the surface of the body is smooth, it does not have threading. In a preferred variant of the present embodiment as illustrated in FIG. 3, the fastener 7 has two slots 16, 16 'situated on either side of the body 10 of the fastener 7 with at least one communicating portion. The pivot axis 14 is fixed on each side of the body 10 or branches 30, 30 'formed in the body 10 by the slots 16, 16' of the first end 12. A pin (not shown) forms a pivoting means . Towards the first end 12 of the fixing member 7, the light 16 'does not completely penetrate the body 10. A stop 31 (facing the light 16') is formed by a portion of the body 10 (by the light 16 non-through) so that the locking means 8 rests on it and remains in the retracted position. This stop 31 also has a bumper side 32 for locking in position the locking means 8 in its deployed position. This bumper side 32 prevents a complete rotation or pivoting of the locking means along the axis of pivoting 14. The locking means 8 here has a body 17 of parallelepipedal shape adapted to tilt or pivot through the or lights 16, 16 ' , here of substantially oblong shape.
The locking means 8 is mounted so as to tilt under the effect of its weight towards the retracted or extended position relative to the first end of the fastener 7. As can be seen, the pivot axis 14 is disposed about one-third of the length of the locking means 8 to promote its tilting. It is therefore understood that the portion constituting two-thirds of the locking means 8 causes the tilting under the effect of its weight. The assembly means 9 is mounted releasably movable towards the second end 13 of the fastener 7 and along it. This assembly means 9, preferably has a tapping 18 and moves along a thread 19 provided to the second end 13 of the fastener. This thread 19 may extend at least up to half the length of the fixing member 7. This assembly means 9 or one of the elements to be maintained is chosen from the group comprising: nuts, struts, rickshaws, etc. When the element or elements 20 to be maintained are shoes or others, a nut 21 tightens the assembly on the fixing member 7 and possibly against the support 2. A washer 22 is provided to be pressed against the inner face of the support or one of the faces of one of the elements to maintain (hooves, parts). Figures 6 to 8 show schematically the case of an assembly 20 comprising at least one anchoring device 1 having the characteristics as mentioned above. The assembly also comprises at least one support 2 on which the device is intended to be installed and fixed, the support 2 having the inner faces 3 and outer 4 and the orifice 5. 25 the anchoring device 1 is intended to be engaged from the inner face 3 without accessing the outer face. The assembly further comprises at least one element 20 such as scaffolding or cables to be maintained on or near the support 2 by means of the anchoring device 1.
In FIG. 6, the element to be assembled is a part 23 shaped to retain the tubular pieces such as the bars situated near the support 2. A nut 22 and a washer hold and tighten the assembly so that the side 15 of the blocking means 8 is always fixed or pressed against the outer face 4 of the support 2. In FIG. 7, the element 20 to be retained is a push-pull shoe 24 also tightened by a nut 22. One of the faces The shoe is pressed against the inner surface 3 of the support 2. In FIG. 8, it is a part 25 having an opening 26 through which a cable or carabiner can be passed to hold the cable. In FIG. 9 it is an example of assembly means 9 in the form of a pin 27 or of a bar intended to be housed in passages 28 formed along the second end 13. of the fastener 7. Of course, any other means of assembly (notch, etc.) can be envisaged. Figures 4 and 5 show schematically the different steps of the method of installing the anchoring device 1 to a support 2 for holding scaffolding elements, cables, etc. The support 2, here a wall comprises an inner face 3, an outer face 4, and an orifice 5 passing through the inner and outer faces. The operator first places the locking means in his second retracted position so that the locking means 8 and the fastener 7 extend along the longitudinal axis 11. He then engages the first end 12 of the fixing member in the through hole (arrow direction 29) from the inner face 3 of the support 2, until the portion comprising the end 12, the or the lights 16, 16 'and the locking means 8 is found on the outer side of the wall. Then the operator rotates the fastener 7 by a rotation of 1800 relative to the longitudinal axis 11 so that the locking means 8 is placed in its second extended position. To allow the passage towards the deployed position, the side 15 of the blocking means 8 is turned towards the ground and facing the light 16, without obstacle from the stop 31. In this position, the blocking means 8 flip under the effect of its weight, gravity. Once the locking means 8 in its deployed position, which extends transversely relative to the longitudinal axis 11 of the fastener, the operator pulls (direction of the arrow 6) on it to him from the inner face 3, to bring the side 15 of the locking means 7 against the outer face 4 of the support. It is thus found that the locking means 8 also extends substantially parallel to the outer surface 4 of the support 2, which avoids the removal of the member 7. The operator arranges or assembles the element or elements 20 to maintain on the fastener 7. The element 20 can be installed for example on the support 2 before the engagement of the fastener 7. Finally, the operator comes to place and move the assembly means 9 along of the fastener 7 to block the locking means 8 against the outer face 4 of the support. In this way the operator did not need to access the outer face 4 to fix the assembly. For the removal of the anchoring device 1 from the support 2, the steps are of course carried out in an inverse manner. The invention is described in the foregoing by way of example. It is understood that the skilled person is able to achieve different embodiments of the invention without departing from the scope of the invention.
