The present invention relates to a connection means interposed between the chassis of a motor vehicle and a particularly sliding door of this vehicle. This means of connection is provisional; it is mainly used when painting the vehicle; it allows the maintenance of the door in its closed state and the distance of this door relative to the vehicle chassis. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION This type of device is well known in the field of automobile bodywork. It is called false hinge or false hinge. At the same time, it can be used to paint the car body and the door that is temporarily attached to it before it can be slidably or pivotally mounted. But the final assembly can only be realized after painting; a definitive assembly prior to painting makes the door (especially sliding) an obstacle to the proper performance of the painting. In the case of hinged doors, false hinges are mainly used in the setting and adjustment phases of the assembly and painting line. These false hinges are arranged either between the frame and the door, or between the two frames of a spacer, one of these being mounted in the opening of the door and the other forming the support of the door. and levers arranged between them for their relative motion. Advantageously, two hinges are used between the hinged elements of the hinge (the hinges) so that no detritus or product enters the sphere and no blockage of the hinge is to be feared. Cleaning operations are virtually useless. The use of these spherical joints, however, has a disadvantage due to the degrees of freedom of the articulation: at the establishment, the hinge which is not secured to the frame tends to hang so that an operator is necessary to correctly present this hinge by straightening it to orient it correctly in front of the door which is generally brought by a robotic tool, to which it must be fixed. There would be an interest in that in this phase of assembly, the spherical joint has less degrees of freedom which would index the hinge in a position proper to its simple attachment or robotic door. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION Thus, the subject of the invention is a hinge member comprising a first piece or hinge provided with a hinge sphere and a fastening plate spaced from this sphere and a second piece. provided with a spherical hinge housing adapted to cap the sphere and a fixing plate spaced from this housing, characterized in that each piece has a support which can contact a support of the other from an angle determined opening between the two parts, so that when these supports are in contact, the degrees of freedom of the joint are limited. Thus, it is understood that if one of the supports is flat and that this plane is horizontal, for example, when the second part (hinge) is attached to a vehicle body, the above determined opening angle corresponding to the opening the door relative to the vehicle body (which may be between 80 and 150 degrees) necessary for mounting on the false hinge, the first part (hinge) can turn only around a vertical axis. The plane in question may be slightly inclined, in the case for example where the axis of articulation of the door to the frame, which passes through the centers of the two spherical hinges, is not vertical for particular, 35 allow a reminder by gravity of the door towards its closing position. As soon as a stop is provided end of rotation (end of opening or spacing of the door), the first part is then perfectly indexed in position in a reference that will be that of the robotic approach of the door. We will then achieve a very precise docking of the door and the joint which will require the operator only a fixing operation of the second room to the door (instead of having to additionally to carry out the manual support of the second room to complete the approach of the door). Obtaining precise indexing can also result from the cooperation of supports formed of a cylindrical surface carried by one of the parts and a V carried by the other. Other features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the description given below of an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
OF THE DRAWINGS Reference is made to the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 shows a hinge member according to the invention in a closed state, - Figure 2 is a view of this body while is open with a restriction of degrees of freedom of the spherical joint DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In these figures, there is shown the member according to the invention with a first piece or hinge Pl which comprises an arm 1 carrying at one of its ends a plate 2 on which is implanted an upwardly facing sphere, not visible in the figure and at its other end a fixing plate 3 by means of which the hinge is made integral with the body in the vicinity of the opening that must receive the door. A second piece or hinge P2 also has an arm 4, one end of which is provided with a casing 5 which covers the sphere of the other hinge P1 and consequently the cover. The other end of this arm is also equipped with a plate 6 for attachment to a door. Note the presence of a cylindrical sleeve 7 surrounding the end of the adjacent arm 4 of the housing 5. This sleeve is integral with the housing because it is the mounting means at the end of the arm 4. This sleeve can be provided with 7a also has a flattened wall 8 which defines an upper surface 8a on which the sleeve 7 slides when the the articulation is opened from the position shown in FIG. 1 to that shown in FIG. 2. At the end of this opening, when the sleeve 7 slides on the surface 8a, the hinges rotate around the X axis perpendicular to the plane P which contains this surface 8a. When the plate 3 is fixed to the body, the X axis can be substantially vertical and the plate 6 of the other hinge is properly supported against the effect of gravity that would tend to hang. It will be oriented vis-à-vis the door on which it must be fixed when the sleeve 7 will bear against a substantially vertical surface 8b of the wall 8. Thus the plate is indexed vis-à-vis the door that must to be fixed without the assistance of the operator. The flat portion 7a of the sleeve resting on the surface 8a also constitutes an indexing of the hinge around the axis of the sleeve 7 so that the relative position of the two hinges is perfectly determined in the reference of the bodywork and therefore of the door carried by an automat. This flat is not always necessary because there is usually a friction between sphere and housing that opposes a spontaneous rotation of the two hinges. If in some applications, the plane P is not horizontal, the sleeve 7 can be retained against its tendency to slip and escape the support surface 8a by a temporary stop not shown, in opposition to the surface 8b to wedge the sleeve between this surface 8b and the temporary abutment reported in a removable manner appropriate to the wall 8. In another embodiment, the supports are different from a flat surface and a sleeve with or without flats. It may for example be a cylindrical surface (the outer surface of the sleeve 7) and a positioning V of this sleeve formed above the wall 8 of the plate 2.
The plates 3 and 6 may have reliefs 9 on their attachment face so as to reduce the masked surfaces for the application of the paint.
