98804 8 1 "DISPOSITIF DE VERROUILLAGE REVERSIBLE D'UN DOSSIER DE SIEGE MOBILE A UNE STRUCTURE DE VEHICULE" [0001] L'invention concerne un dispositif de verrouillage réversible d'un dossier de siège mobile à une structure de véhicule, notamment un véhicule automobile. [0002] Dans le cadre de l'allègement des dossiers de sièges, en particulier des dossiers de banquette arrière d'un véhicule automobile, la tôle arrière complète est remplacée par des fils. De ce fait, les dossiers de sièges sans tôle arrière disposent uniquement d'un support verrou soudé sur un tube appelé cadre du dossier de siège. Cette disposition engendre des problèmes, notamment sur les rotations du verrou induites pour des sollicitations telles qu'une poussée au niveau de l'appuie-tête ou encore des chocs bagages contenus dans le coffre ou la malle arrière dont une paroi est réalisée par les dossiers des sièges formant la banquette arrière. En effet, le support verrou soudé sur le tube du cadre est une chape soudée sur ledit tube qui autorise, une fois en situation, quatre degrés de liberté sans limitation vis-à-vis des mouvements autorisés par ces degrés de liberté. Ceci a pour effet de provoquer, par exemple, une rotation du verrou autour du fil de gâche qu'il retient, d'une part, et, d'autre part, de permettre une éjection dudit fil de gâche du boîtier de verrou entourant le verrou : ceci est jugé rédhibitoire lors de l'homologation. De tels dispositifs de verrouillage réversible sont illustrés dans le document FR 2 944 486. [0003] Un but de l'invention est de fournir un dispositif de verrouillage réversible d'un dossier de siège mobile à une structure de véhicule qui permette l'homologation d'un dossier de siège sans tôle arrière. [0004] A cette fin, il est prévu, selon l'invention, un dispositif de verrouillage réversible d'un dossier de siège mobile à une structure de véhicule comprenant : - un premier élément de verrouillage lié au dossier de siège et - un deuxième élément de verrouillage lié à la structure de véhicule et destiné à sélectivement coopérer avec le premier élément de verrouillage dans une position de verrouillage du dispositif de verrouillage, et - des moyens de limitation d'un débattement du premier élément de verrouillage par rapport au deuxième élément de verrouillage lors de la position de verrouillage du dispositif de verrouillage [0005] Ainsi, en prévoyant des moyens de limitation d'un débattement entre les premier et deuxième éléments de verrouillage du dispositif de verrouillage, cela empêche une possible éjection suite à un désengagement des premier et deuxième éléments de verrouillage, et par conséquent cela permet l'homologation. [0006] Avantageusement, mais facultativement, le dispositif de verrouillage selon l'invention présente au moins l'une des caractéristiques techniques supplémentaires suivantes : - l'un parmi les premier et deuxième éléments de verrouillage comportant un fil de gâche ; - l'autre parmi les premier et deuxième éléments de verrouillage comprenant un crochet ; - les moyens de limitation d'un débattement comprennent une paroi comprenant un orifice traversant faisant office de meurtrière ; - la paroi est fixe par rapport à l'autre parmi les premier et deuxième éléments de verrouillage et l'orifice traversant reçoit l'un parmi les premier et deuxième éléments de verrouillage ; - le dispositif comporte en outre un boitier de verrou ; et, - le boitier de verrou est maintenu sur la paroi au moyen de doigts de verrou. [0007] II est aussi prévu, selon l'invention, un véhicule automobile comportant une structure de véhicule et au moins un dossier de siège mobile verrouillable réversiblement à la structure de véhicule au moyen d'au moins un dispositif de verrouillage présentant au moins l'une des caractéristiques techniques précédentes. [0008] D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention apparaitront lors de la description ci-après d'un mode de réalisation d'un dispositif de verrouillage réversible d'un dossier de siège mobile à une structure de véhicule selon l'invention. Aux dessins annexés: - la figure 1 est une vue schématique d'un dispositif de verrouillage réversible d'un dossier de siège mobile à une structure de véhicule selon l'art antérieur ; - la figure 2 est une vue schématique d'un dispositif de verrouillage réversible d'un dossier de siège mobile à une structure de véhicule selon l'invention ; et, - la figure 3 est une vue schématique du montage d'un boîtier de verrou du dispositif de verrouillage réversible de la figure 2. [0009] En référence à la figure 1, nous allons brièvement décrire un dispositif de verrouillage réversible classique. Ce dispositif de verrouillage réversible comporte un fil de gâche 10 formant un premier élément de verrouillage qui est lié à l'un parmi le dossier de siège et la structure de véhicule. D'autre part, le dispositif de verrouillage réversible comporte un crochet 20 formant un deuxième élément de verrouillage lié, quant à lui, à l'autre parmi le dossier de siège et la structure de véhicule. Le fil de gâche 10 et le crochet 20 sont destinés à coopérer l'un avec l'autre lorsque le dispositif de verrouillage réversible est dans une position de verrouillage telle qu'illustrée à la figure 1. Enfin, le dispositif de verrouillage réversible comporte un boîtier de verrou 30 permettant de recevoir le premier élément de verrouillage 10 ainsi que le deuxième élément de verrouillage 20. Parmi des débattements possibles entre le fil de gâche 10 et le crochet 20, un mouvement de rotation autour de l'axe de la partie de réception du crochet 20 du fil de gâche 10 est illustré et peut prendre un angle de débattement al qui peut, dans certaines situations, conduire à une éjection du fil de gâche 10 du crochet 20 et donc une éjection du fil de gâche 10 du boîtier de verrou 30 qui est rédhibitoire pour l'homologation. [0010] En référence à la figure 2, nous allons décrire un dispositif de verrouillage réversible d'un dossier de siège mobile à une structure de véhicule selon l'invention. Le dispositif de verrouillage réversible 1 selon l'invention comporte un premier élément de verrouillage 10, ici un fil de gâche ainsi qu'un deuxième élément de verrouillage 20, ici un crochet. En position de verrouillage telle qu'illustrée à la figure 2, le premier élément de verrouillage 10 coopère avec le deuxième élément de verrouillage 20 de manière sélective. Le dispositif de verrouillage réversible 1 selon l'invention comporte en outre un boîtier de verrou 30 recevant, en position de verrouillage, les premier 10 et deuxième 20 éléments de verrouillage. D'autre part, le dispositif de verrouillage réversible 1 selon l'invention comprend des moyens 40 de limitation d'un débattement a du premier élément de verrouillage 10 par rapport au deuxième élément de verrouillage 20 lorsque le dispositif de verrouillage réversible 1 selon l'invention est dans une position de verrouillage. Ici, les moyens de limitation d'un débattement comportent une paroi 40 formée d'une tôle présentant un orifice traversant 41. L'orifice traversant 41 fait ici office de meurtrière et est destiné à recevoir le premier élément de verrouillage 10. En effet, en position de verrouillage, le dispositif de verrouillage réversible 1 selon l'invention est agencé de sorte que le premier élément de verrouillage 10 coopère avec le deuxième élément de verrouillage 20 une fois que le premier élément de verrouillage 10 soit passé au travers l'orifice traversant 41 de la paroi 40 formant les moyens de limitation d'un débattement a. La limitation du débattement a s'effectue par l'appui du premier élément de verrouillage 10 sur une périphérie de l'orifice traversant 41, comme cela est illustré par exemple sur la figure 2. Ainsi, le débattement angulaire a du premier élément de verrouillage 10 autour du deuxième élément de verrouillage 20 est limité. [0011] Un tel dispositif permet une reprise d'effort sur le premier élément de verrouillage 10 du dispositif de verrouillage réversible 1 selon l'invention qui permet d'éviter, lors des essais d'homologation selon la réglementation ECE17, des déplacements angulaires a trop importants du dossier de siège mobile verrouillé à la structure de véhicule par le dispositif de verrouillage réversible 1 selon l'invention. Par conséquent, une telle disposition permet d'éviter une éventuelle éjection du boîtier de verrou 30 du premier élément de verrouillage 10 qui est rédhibitoire pour l'homologation selon cette réglementation ECE17. [0012] En référence à la figure 3, le boîtier de verrou 30 du dispositif de verrouillage réversible 1 selon l'invention comporte une série de doigts de verrou 31, 32 comportant chacun une tête 31 située à l'extrémité d'un cou 32 reliant la tête 31 au boîtier de verrou 30. La paroi 40 comporte en outre une série de réceptacles en creux 42 au milieu desquels un orifice 43 est réalisé. Lors du montage de la paroi 40 sur le boîtier de verrou 30, le cou 32 de chacun des doigts de verrou est reçu à travers un orifice 43 lui correspondant, la tête 31 du doigt de verrou venant s'insérer dans le réceptacle en creux 42 correspondant prévu sur la paroi 40. Un tel montage du boîtier de verrou 30 sur la paroi 40 permet de maintenir la boîte de verrou 30 sur la paroi 40 et d'éviter l'éjection, et donc la désolidarisation, dans une position verrouillée des premier et deuxième éléments de verrouillage du dispositif de verrouillage réversible 1 selon l'invention lors d'un choc de type choc d'un bagage contre le dossier de siège. [0013] L'utilisation d'un dispositif de verrouillage réversible 1 selon l'invention pour permettre le verrouillage sur une structure de véhicule d'un dossier de siège mobile permet de garantir, lors de l'homologation, la conformité réglementaire à la réglementation ECE17 vis-à-vis de la poussée d'appuie-tête et évite, de ce fait, de rajouter ou de prévoir, après coup, une tôle de dossier complète sur le dossier de siège en cas de non-conformité en cours de réalisation d'un projet de véhicule automobile. Une telle utilisation d'un dispositif de verrouillage réversible 1 selon l'invention permet de limiter les impacts économiques de remise en place d'une telle tôle de dossier intégrale et la modification du processus de fabrication associé durant le déroulement dudit projet. [0014] Bien entendu, il est possible d'apporter à l'invention de nombreuses modifications sans pour autant sortir du cadre de celle-ci.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Finally, the reversible locking device comprises a lock housing 30 for receiving the first locking element 10 and the second locking element 20.
