Abstract

Un fluide, par exemple un liquide nettoyant, est pulvérisé, sous un certain angle, sur une zone marginale (11) de la surface à nettoyer (7) du composant (5) avec une première unité à buses (8). Un écoulement constitué d'un média gazeux, par exemple de l'air, est produit au-dessus de la surface à nettoyer (7) avec une deuxième unité à buses (9). L'écoulement (17) de média gazeux produit par la deuxième unité à buses (9) est ajusté et réglé de manière à répartir le fluide uniquement au-dessus de la surface à nettoyer (7) pendant l'intervalle de nettoyage . Dans un intervalle de séchage suivant, le fluide est retiré du composant par l'écoulement avec les dépôts décollés de la surface à nettoyer (7) et le composant est séché.
