DEVICE FOR PREVENTING THE MAINTENANCE OF AN INSERTION NUT INSERTED IN A FIXING WELL OF A WORKPIECE BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE WORKPIECE. The present invention relates to a pre-holding device for a flange nut inserted in a well for fastening a workpiece before assembling it by screwing it. By "flange nut" is meant, in a conventional manner, a nut whose base consists of a collar providing a larger contact surface with the support piece. By "fixing well" of the part to be fixed, is meant, also in a conventional manner, a cavity of said part to be fixed, most often cylindrical, at the bottom of which is provided an orifice for the passage of a threaded element. , of the screw or stud type, intended to receive the flange nut for the screw connection of the part to be fixed. [0003] At present, for example, in automobile manufacturing, the nuts are supplied to the assembly station separately from the parts to be assembled. They are seized in line-side storage bins and then manually positioned by a mounting operator in the socket of a screw machine prior to the screw-in assembly operation. This organization of screwing nuts involves managing their supply at the edge of the assembly line and the need to provide a surface for their storage bins. In this organization, the risks of supply, reversal or nonconformity errors exist. Finally, this organization does not allow a quick fixation of the piece. We have already sought to change the nut assembly mode on an in-line mounting station 25, in particular by changing their positioning before screwing. Thus, for example, the document FR 1 444 639 discloses an inserted nut cage for use on supports accessible from one side, in particular for circular openings. The bottom of the cage is provided with tabs bent at right angles to the center of the cage. The tips of the tongues are folded after being engaged in holes in a flange constituting the underside of the nut. The ends of the tips of the tongues are bent outward or inward over the flange of the nut, in order to lock it. The tabs end with narrower points, on which the flange nut rests. In addition, the tabs are bent below the flange of the nut and their axial spacing is slightly greater than the diameter of the hole in the holder, so that the nut cage can engage elastically therein. The edge of the hole required for the passage of the screw is raised towards the nut in the center of the bottom, and this edge of the hole made in the bottom is cut into a star. Finally, the flange of the nut has a thickness such that it can bend over the loops formed by the tongues during tightening and grip these loops in the manner of stirrups. The object of the present invention is to provide a pre-holding device of a flange nut inserted in a well for fixing a workpiece to be fixed before the assembly by screwing thereof, which allows to realize the supply, storage and pre-assembly of the fastening nuts at the manufacturing site of the part to be fastened and not at the place of the assembly line at the final assembly plant. Another object of the present invention is to provide such a pre-holding device, which allows to free up the edge of the assembly line by removing including storage tanks nuts. Another object of the present invention is to provide such a pre-holding device, which allows more freedom in the choice of the characteristics of the nut, in particular the pitch, the diameter or the class of the nut, in particular. eliminating the risk of inversion with other nuts from the same station at the edge of the assembly line. Finally, it is another object of the present invention to provide such a pre-holding device, which is, in general, simple design and use, which is reliable and economical, in particular by reducing the time of put nuts. To achieve these objects, the present invention relates to a pre-holding device of a flange nut inserted into a well for fixing a workpiece to be fixed before assembly by screwing the latter, and new device is constituted by a holding member for maintaining in the mounting well, the nut in the screwing priming position. This holding part comprises, on the one hand, means for fixing the nut on the holding piece and, on the other hand, means for retaining the assembly constituted by the holding piece and the fixed nut. top in priming screwing position in the well for fixing the workpiece to be fixed. In addition, there is provided a shoulder in the mounting well, which shoulder 15 abutment shape on which is placed said assembly consisting of the holding member and the nut fixed above in screwing priming position. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fastening means of the nut on the holding part may be constituted by "clipping" tabs, elastic, directed towards the inside of the holding part and distributed on the inner periphery of said holding member, said tabs holding the base of the nut by simply "clipping". These "clipping" tabs may advantageously be formed of upper legs and lower legs alternate one by one, which hold the base of the nut by respectively pressing on the upper face (upper legs) and 25 on the lower face (lower legs) of the base of the nut. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention also, the retaining means of the holding part with the nut fixed above in screwing priming position in the well for fixing the part to be fixed can be constituted by flexible tongues distributed over the outer periphery of the holding part, these flexible tongues exerting, because of their flexibility, sufficient force on the wall of the well of fixation to maintain in position the holding part with the nut fixed on it in the fixing well. The mounting well may be cylindrical for a type of "circular hole" for the passage of a screw or a stud, and in this case the holding piece is an annular ring. The tabs "clipping" may be, for example, the number of six, namely six upper legs alternating one by one with six lower tabs, regularly distributed on the inner periphery of the holding part, while, for example also, the flexible tongues may be twelve in number and regularly distributed on the outer periphery of the holding part. As a variant of the "cylindrical hole" type fastening, the fixing well may be intended for an "oblong hole" type fastening with a quadrangular, square or rectangular shaped holding piece, for example, adapted to allow a lateral movement proper to the alignment of the flange nut on the corresponding threaded element of the assembly. [0018] Preferably, it can be provided at the bottom of the well for fixing the piece to fix a clearance, which allows the parts of the holding piece located under the nut to find a housing under the nut and not not be crushed by the latter when the screwing operation is completed. Also preferably, it can be provided an inlet chamfer of the fixing well. The device of the invention may advantageously be made of plastic material by an injection method for example. Alternatively, it can be made from a relatively thin steel plate or foam-type plastic. The present invention also relates to a method of assembly on a assembly line of a workpiece to be fixed by means of a flange nut intended to be screwed onto a threaded member of the screw or stud type, and this new process comprises the following steps, taken in combination: - the part to be fixed is prepared outside the assembly line by simply "clipping" the flange nut on the holding part of a pre-holding device compliant to that described above in its main lines, and engaging the assembly formed by said holding piece and the nut "clipped" on the latter in the well of fixing, abutting on the internal shoulder of said well of fixing, - is transferred on the assembly line the fastener thus prepared with its nut in position to assemble it by screwing on the threaded member, the retaining piece automatically realizing the centering of the nut in position d ' priming screwing, and - the nut is screwed by rotation of a screw machine sleeve positioned on the head of the nut, the sleeve then being removed at the end of the screwing and the remaining holding piece 20 held on the screwed nut. Other objects, advantages and features of the invention will appear in the following description of an exemplary embodiment, not limiting the object and scope of the present patent application, accompanied by drawings in which FIG. 1 is a diagrammatic perspective view of an example of a part to be fastened, which comprises a circular orifice fixing well; FIG. 2 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view of the preforming device; maintaining a nut according to the invention, the nut being in the pre-holding position on the device of the invention, - Figure 3 is a perspective view, in detail, of an embodiment of the holding part of the device of the invention in the form of an annular ring facing the flange nut "clipped" on said annular ring, - Figure 4 is a top view, schematic, of the embodiment of the ring ring of FIG. 3, FIGS. 5 to 7 are schematic longitudinal sectional views, which illustrate the assembly operation by screwing a nut pre-held by means of the device according to the invention, before insertion of the hex head of the nut in the socket of a screw machine (FIG. 5), after insertion of said nut head into the socket of the screw machine (FIG. 6) and at the end of screwing of the nut (FIG. 7), FIG. 8 is a view in perspective, schematic, which represents an alternative embodiment of the pre-holding device according to the invention, which is adapted to an "oblong hole" type fixing, and - Figure 9 illustrates another embodiment of the pre-holding device according to the invention, wherein the fixing well is replaced by a ring of tongues. With reference to the drawing of Figure 1, there is shown an example of a part to be fixed to which the present invention applies. This part, of general reference 10, comprises a well of fixing or well of screwing, of circular section and reference 12 at the bottom of which is provided a circular orifice 11 for the passage of a threaded rod, screw or dowel of fixing for example. Reference numeral 15 designates an entrance chamfer of the fixing well. The part to be fixed 10 is shown in position ready for assembly in the drawing of Figure 2, the threaded rod 21 having the function of ensuring with a nut 30 the assembly by screwing parts 10 and 20 according to the axis ZZ 'of connection by screwing. The nut 30 is nut type base, the base of the nut being designated by the reference 32, while the numeral 31 designates the head 6-sides of the nut. According to the very principle of the present invention, this nut 30 base 32 is maintained in screwing priming position on the workpiece 10, so as to allow the supply of parts 10 with pre-arranged nuts and pre positioned in front of the threaded rods 21 of the screws or studs. To allow such pre-positioning and pre-positioning of the nut 30, the invention uses a pre-holding device consisting of a ring-shaped retaining piece of general reference 40 which maintains the nut 30 in the fixing well in the screwing start position. This annular ring 40 comprises, on the one hand, means for fixing the nut 30 on the annular ring 40 and, on the other hand, means for retaining the assembly formed by the annular ring 40 and the nut 30 fixed in the threaded screwing position of the nut in the fixing well 12. [0028] With reference to the drawings of FIGS. 3 and 4, the means for fixing the nut 30 on the annular ring 40 are constituted by "clipping" tabs 41, 42, resilient, directed towards the inside of the annular ring 40 and distributed over the inner periphery 44 of the annular ring 40, which hold the base 32 of the nut 30 by simple "Clipping". These clipping lugs 41, 42 are formed by 25 upper lugs 41 and lower lower lugs 42 alternating one by one, which retain the base 32 of the nut 30 pressing respectively on the upper face 32A (upper lugs 41). ) and on the lower face 32B (lower tabs 42) of the base 32 of the nut 30. For example, the "clipping" tabs 41, 42 can be six in number, namely six upper legs 41 and six lower tabs 42 alternately one by one and evenly distributed over the inner periphery 44 of the annular ring 40. [0029] Also referring to the drawings of FIGS. 3 and 4, the retaining means of the assembly formed by the ring annular 40 and the nut 30 "clipped" above in the nut threading priming position are constituted by flexible tabs 46 distributed over the outer periphery 45 of the annular ring 40. These flexible tongues 46 exert, because of their soup a sufficient force on the wall of the fixing well 12 to hold the annular ring 40 in position with the nut 30 fixed on it in the fixing well 12. In addition, an internal shoulder 14 of the fixing well 12 forms a stop on which is placed the assembly consisting of the annular ring 40 and its nut 30 fixed on the screwing priming position. By way of non-limiting example of the object and scope of the present invention, the flexible tabs 46 may be twelve, evenly distributed over the outer periphery 45 of the annular ring 40. On the surface bottom of the well 12, there is provided an annular clearance 16 (Figure 2), which allows the housing of the portions of the annular ring 40 located under the nut 30, in particular the lower legs 42, so that these last 20 are not crushed by the nut 30 at the end of the screwing operation. It is further provided with a chamfer 15 at the inlet of the mounting well 12, to facilitate the insertion of the annular ring 40. The annular ring 40 is preferably made of plastic by an injection method for example. Alternatively, the annular ring 40 may be made from a relatively thin steel plate or a foam-type plastic. The pre-holding device according to the invention, described above, makes it possible to implement a new method of assembly on a assembly line of a part to be fixed by means of A flanged nut, and this new method of assembly, which is hereinafter described with reference to the drawings of FIGS. 5 to 7, comprises the following steps, taken in combination: the part to be fastened is prepared out of the assembly line mounting by simply "clipping" the nut 30 base 32 on the annular ring 40 described above, and engaging the assembly formed by the annular ring 40 and the nut 30 "clipped" above in the fixing well 12 of the part to be fixed 10, abutting on the internal shoulder 14 of said fixing well 12, is transferred onto the assembly line the workpiece 10 thus prepared with its nut 30 held in position for assemble it by screwing on the threaded rod 21 (FIG. 5), the annular ring re 40 automatically performing the centering of the nut 30 in the threading initiation position, and - the nut 30 is screwed in by rotating a bushing 100 of a screw machine positioned on the head 6- 31 of the nut 30 (Figures 6 and 7), the sleeve 100 of the screwdriver then being removed at the end of the screwing and the annular ring 40 remaining held on the nut 30. [0035] Referring to the drawing of the FIG. 8 is a schematic representation of an alternative embodiment of the invention. In this variant, the parts and parts of parts identical or similar to those of the embodiment of Figures 1 to 7 are designated by the same reference numerals. According to this variant of FIG. 8, the fixing well 12 is intended for an "oblong hole" type attachment and the holding piece 40 is no longer an annular ring but a quadrangular, square or rectangular piece adapted to allow lateral movement proper to the alignment of the nut 30 base 32 on the corresponding threaded rod 21 of the assembly. [0036] Another embodiment of the invention is shown, very schematically, in the drawing of FIG. 9, in which the holding part can be replaced by shapes of equivalent profile, for example by a crown of tabs 200 not described in detail. Note also that the pre-holding device may be, alternatively, adapted to the pre-maintenance of a screw or instead of a nut. [0038] The pre-holding device of the invention for positioning a flange nut in a well for fastening a workpiece before assembling it by screwing has a number of advantages, among which the following advantages: it makes it possible to supply, store and pre-mount the fixing nuts on the manufacturing site of the part to be fixed (site of the supplier of the part to be fixed) and not on the place of the assembly line in the final factory assembly, - it allows an economic gain, because the cost of installation of the nuts can be made inferior to the supplier of the parts to fix, and offsets the extra cost of the pre-maintenance part, 20 - it allows, no only to facilitate the assembly, but to reduce the time of assembly on line, on an automobile production line for example, - it makes it possible to free up space at the edge of the assembly line by notably eliminating storage bins of nuts, and - - it allows more freedom in the choice of nut characteristics (pitch, diameter, class ...) by eliminating the risk of inversion with other nuts at the same position at the edge of line.
