Claims (9)

  1. An anchor element (10) for fastening a plumbing fixture (40), the element comprising a base (12) having a first through hole (14), and an elastically deformable element (20) having a second through hole (24), the base (12) and the elastically deformable element (20) being assembled together so that the first and second holes (14, 24) are superposed at least in part in order to form an opening, the anchor element being characterized in that a smallest diameter of the opening is shorter than a smallest diameter of the first hole (14).
  2. An anchor element (10) according to claim 1, wherein the first through hole (14) enables a rod (30) to be inserted so that the rod (30) presents a reference angle of inclination (H) relative to the anchor element (10), the shape of the first hole (14) being configured to enable the angle of inclination of the rod (30) to be modified relative to the reference angle of inclination (H), the elastically deformable element (20) being configured to return the rod (30) towards the reference angle of inclination (H).
  3. An anchor element (10) according to claim 1 or claim 2, the anchor element (10) not having any hinged portion.
  4. An anchor element (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the elastically deformable element (20) is assembled with the base (12) in particular by adhesive, by overmolding, or by welding.
  5. A plumbing fastener assembly comprising a rod (30) and an anchor element (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
  6. A plumbing fastener assembly according to claim 5, wherein the diameter of the rod (30) is less than the smallest diameter of the first hole (14) and the diameter of the rod (30) is greater than the smallest diameter of the opening.
  7. A plumbing fastener assembly according to claim 5 or claim 6, further comprising a locking member (60) configured to co-operate with the rod (30).
  8. A plumbing fastener assembly according to claim 7, wherein the rod (30) is threaded and the locking member (60) is a nut, in particular a nut with tapping (62) configured to co-operate with the thread of the rod (30), and also having, extending from the tapping (62), a smooth portion (64) of diameter greater than the diameter of the rod (30).
  9. A method of using a plumbing fastener assembly according to any one of claims 5 to 8 for fastening a plumbing fixture (40) in an orifice (52) in a mounting plane (50), the method comprising the steps consisting in:
    - assembling the rod (30) to the plumbing fixture (40);
    - mounting the anchor element (10) on the rod (30);
    - inclining the anchor element (10) relative to the rod (30); and
    - engaging the anchor element (10) in the orifice (52) .
