The invention relates to a system for attaching a belt to a vehicle seat. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Generally speaking, a safety belt operating with a retractor, has a first fixed anchor end, secured to a bodywork element of said vehicle, and a second mobile anchor end, comprising a loop, and can be routinely handled by an occupant of the vehicle to hang on to a receiver attachment device, secured to the seat or placed in contact with it, or to get off the hook. The first anchor end is generally fixed irremovably to a vehicle body member, and can be dismantled with difficulty, by means of a long intervention and conducted with appropriate tools. The invention relates to an optimized fastening system of the first anchoring end of the belt on a bodywork element of the vehicle. Generally, the point of attachment of this first anchor end is located at a foot. However, this high positioning on the seat makes the belt cumbersome in the cabin, and especially does not always give satisfaction, to the extent that said belt does not effectively surround the occupant, and therefore can not prevent it from slipping forward in the case of a frontal impact. This attachment point has been moved downward, so that the belt offers a higher degree of safety vis-à-vis the occupant. The patent application US2007 / 0222272, describes an anchor point of this first end of the belt, located in the lower part of the seat structure, allowing the belt to have its two anchor ends fixed at the bottom of the seat. seat, and thus better maintain an occupant in his seat. The point of attachment of this first end of the belt being provided by means of at least one screw and a nut, it is not intended to be disassembled in routine, by means of an easy and fast operation. However, it may be necessary to be able to easily and quickly establish or undo this anchor point, during a specific maintenance or maintenance operation, or repeatedly along a vehicle assembly line. The fastening systems according to the invention make it possible to ensure easy and fast assembly or disassembly of this first end of belt anchorage, by means of a simple manipulation that does not require any specific tool. The invention relates to a system for fixing a seat belt on a vehicle seat, said seat comprising a seat and a slide, and said belt comprising a first anchor end fixed in the lower part of the seat, to level of an interface piece connecting the seat and the slide, and a second anchor end having a loop and being intended to be manipulated by an occupant to come attached to a fixing device or to be off. The main characteristic of a fastening system according to the invention is that the first anchor end terminates in a fastener piece intended to fit snap-fastening at said interface piece. In other words, the fixing of the first anchoring end of the belt at the seat is effected by means of a reversible interlocking between two parts, requiring no particular tools. This connection can be established or defeated at any time, to ensure a maintenance or maintenance operation.
Similarly, along an assembly line, it may be interesting to set up or undo this link for temporary and local interventions, related to the specific constraints of the assembly. The point of attachment of the first anchoring end of the belt is located on the outer part of the seat, so that said point is easily accessible from outside the vehicle, or simply opening the door. In this way, a person living outside the vehicle can quickly and easily separate the seat from the seat, the first anchor end of the belt. The concept of seat is general, and can cover both a seat or a seat with at least two seats. Similarly, the concept of "vehicle" is also general and refers to any type of land vehicle able to move on a solid ground, such as a motor vehicle. It is assumed that the interface piece is rigidly attached to both the slide rail and the seating structure of the seat. Preferably, the clipping engagement takes place in a horizontal plane in a transverse direction of the vehicle. In this way, the clipping engagement is easy to perform, since a simple horizontal thrust of the attachment piece is sufficient. This interlocking being made in a horizontal plane, it is therefore compact in a vertical direction by not creating any extra thickness. Similarly, the attachment piece of the first anchoring end of the belt being pushed under the seat towards the center of the vehicle to achieve said interlocking, the fastening system according to the invention is also compact in a transverse direction of said vehicle. According to a first preferred embodiment of a fastening system according to the invention, the fastener piece is engaged directly by clipping in the interface piece. This is the simplest embodiment because it does not involve any other part. For this configuration, the interface piece must be configured and sized to support both the seat, and the clipping connection of the first anchor end of the belt.
According to a second preferred embodiment of a fastening system according to the invention, the fastener piece is fitted into a receiving part fixed rigidly to the interface piece. For this configuration, an additional part intervenes in the fastening system, to ensure the connection by clipping, to design more simply the interface part. Preferably, the interface piece comprises two vertical and parallel walls, said walls each having an opening for receiving the receiving part. For this configuration, it is assumed that the openings are made inside each wall, and therefore have a closed contour. By this means, the attachment of the first anchoring end of the belt is solid because it is blocked at least vertically by said openings. Indeed, the point of attachment of the first end of the belt is highly stressed vertically, when the occupant exerts on it a tensile force, to come and place it around him and to hang the belt buckle in the device provided for this purpose. The interface piece therefore has a geometry that is particularly suitable for taking up the vertical forces, and preventing the point of attachment of the first anchoring end from eventually deflecting upwards over time, following repeated manipulation of the belt.
Advantageously, the two vertical walls of the interface piece are parallel to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle, the openings extending horizontally in said walls. Thus, the receiving part can be extended horizontally, so as to better distribute the forces on the interface piece when powering the belt caused by a person buckling his belt. This configuration thus reduces the risk of deformation of the interface piece and / or the receiving piece. Advantageously, the receiving piece is riveted to the interface piece. Since this receiving part participates directly in the implementation of the clipping link, it is therefore essential that it be firmly secured to the interface piece. It could also be soldered to the interface piece. Preferably, the interface piece has a flat wall secured to the slide. In order for the interface piece to be securely anchored between the seat cushion and the slide, it is important that said piece increases its contact surfaces with these two elements. Preferably, the first end terminates in a closed loop, the fastener being threaded into this loop. This particular configuration allows a solid connection of the fastener to the first anchoring end of the belt, limiting the risk of rupture between these two elements. Indeed, this closed loop is preferably performed with the material constituting the belt, which is a flexible synthetic material, and extremely resistant, unable to break or tear only under the effect of a malicious or intentional action. Preferably, the attachment piece and the receiving piece are made of plastic material. In this way, the connection between these two parts is strong, while involving lightweight parts having elastic deformation capabilities, and thus a favorable behavior to a clipping interaction. Advantageously, the attachment piece and the receiving piece each have a thin wall, said parts interacting at said walls to provide a resulting connection of reduced size. This configuration describes an optimized situation for which congestion reduction is further increased. Indeed, the compaction of the fastening system of the first anchoring end of the belt generated by an anchor located in the lower part of the seat, is added a small volume connection between two small parts. The fastening systems according to the invention have the advantage of being easy and quick to implement, by means of easy manual manipulation, requiring no specific tools or special precision. This results in appreciable time savings along a assembly line, during which the operation must be repeated multiple times, on a succession of vehicles. They also have the advantage of maintaining the seat belt fully effective, vis-à-vis the submarine phenomenon, while remaining of a small footprint in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. The following is a detailed description of a preferred embodiment of a fastening system according to the invention, with reference to Figures 1 to 4b. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a fastening system according to the invention, showing the manner in which the receiving part is positioned in an interface piece of the seat, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of FIG. fastening system of Figure 1, showing the manner in which the attachment piece of the first anchoring end of the belt is fixed to the receiving part, - Figure 3a is a perspective view of the part of interface of a fastening system according to the invention, and on which is fixed the receiving part, - Figure 3b is a perspective view of the interface part of Figure 3a, from another angle - Figure 4a is a perspective view showing the interaction between a fastener part and a receiving part of a fastening system according to the invention; - FIG. 4b is a perspective view of the interaction of FIG. 4a, under another angle To fully understand the orientation of the figures, he It should be noted that the X axis is a longitudinal axis of the vehicle, the Y axis is a transverse axis of said vehicle and the Z axis is a vertical axis. In other words, the orientation of the seat is to be considered as if it were placed in the vehicle. Referring to Figures 1 and 2, a fastening system according to the invention allows to fix an anchoring end of a safety belt 1 to an individual seat 2 of a motor vehicle. Generally, a safety belt 1 comprises a first anchoring end 3 fixed immovably to a bodywork element 2 of the vehicle, and a second anchoring end consisting of a metal buckle intended to be attached to a device fastener placed in said seat 2 or in contact therewith. This second anchor end is handled regularly and repeatedly by an occupant of the motor vehicle to be attached to or detach from said device, whenever he wants to move into or out of the vehicle. The seat 2 comprises conventionally, a seat 5 and a slideway 6, and the first anchoring end 3 is fixed directly on the outer side of the frame 4 of the seat 2, between said seat 5 and said slideway 6. For a seat 2 individual, the outer side is located near the side doors of the motor vehicle, while the inner side of said seat 2 is rather located in the vicinity of the central longitudinal axis of said vehicle. The point of attachment of the first anchoring end 3 of the belt 1 is therefore found in the lower part of the seat 2, thus making it possible to limit the probabilities of occurrence of the submarine phenomenon, corresponding to a sudden slip towards the before the occupant on his seat 2, in the case of a frontal impact of the vehicle against an external obstacle. When the occupant thus slides on the seat 2, the safety belt 1 is no longer of any use. By means of a fastening system according to the invention, the two anchoring ends 3 of the belt 1 are fixed at two low points of the seat 2, allowing, in the event of an impact, to keep the occupant clad. against said seat 2, reducing the possibility of sliding. An interface piece 7, in the form of a square, connects the structure of the seat 5 of the seat 2 to the slide 6. With reference to FIGS. 3a and 3b, the interface piece 7 is in the form of a square. form of a part having two vertical walls 9,22 and a substantially horizontal wall 8 connected to the slide 6 by welding, one of the two vertical walls being secured to the structure of the seat 5 by screwing. The longitudinal axis of this piece 7 is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the slideway 6 to which it is secured. This interface piece 7 has at one of its two ends 10, taken along its longitudinal axis, two openings 11,23 each made in a vertical wall 9,22 of said interface piece 7, said openings 11,23 being designed to receive a receiving part 12 intended to make a connection by clipping with the first end 3 anchoring of the safety belt 1. These openings 9.22 extend horizontally and can therefore receive a horizontally extended part. Referring to Figures 4a and 4b, the receiving part 12 is in the form of a bracket, consisting of a first flat wall 13 intended to be housed in the openings 11,23 of the interface part 7 and a second plane wall 14 perpendicular to the first wall 13, and intended to bear against the interface piece 7, once the first wall 13 has completely passed through said interface piece 7. In this way the second wall 14 of the receiving piece 12 is in contact with a vertical wall 9 of the interface piece 7, and said receiving piece 12 is riveted to said interface piece 7 by means of a rivet passing through said walls 9, 14 in contact with each other. Referring to FIG. 2, once the receiving piece 12 is riveted to the interface piece 7, the end 15 of the first wall 13 of said receiving piece 12 emerges from the interface piece 7. The first anchoring end 3 of the safety belt 1 terminates in a loop 16, made with said belt 1, and thus made of a synthetic material, flexible and very resistant. A fastening piece 17 is threaded into this loop 16, to cooperate with the receiving part 12 secured to the interface piece 7, in order to achieve the final fixing of the first anchoring end 3 of the safety belt 1 2. With reference to FIGS. 4a and 4b, the fastener part 17 has two parts 18, 19 forming an angle close to 90.degree. between them, a first part 18 which can be likened to a ring and which is threaded on. in the buckle of the first anchoring end 3 of the safety belt 1, and a second part 19 having two advanced projections 20, and adapted to cooperate with the receiving part 12 fixed in the interface piece 7. The FIGS. 4a and 4b show the interaction by clipping between the fastening piece 17 and said receiving piece 12, this interaction taking place more precisely between the two tip projections 20 of the fastening piece 17 and the first wall 13 of the a receiving part 12, whose end 15 emerges from the interface part 7.
En se référant à la figure 2, la flèche 21 montre la direction que doit emprunter la pièce d'attache 17 pour venir se clipser sur la pièce de réception 12 fixée à la pièce d'interface 7. 10 15 20 Referring to FIG. 2, the arrow 21 shows the direction to be taken by the attachment piece 17 to snap onto the receiving piece 12 attached to the interface piece 7.
