Claims (4)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Outillage portatif (100) d'usinage d'une partie basse d'un caisson (1) d'atterrisseur d'aéronef comportant plusieurs orifices, caractérisé en ce que l'outillage portatif comporte un collier (10) de positionnement sur la partie basse du caisson, au moins un organe d'indexage (12) pour indexer angulairement le collier sur le caisson et l'immobiliser sur celui-ci, un support (13) rapporté de façon amovible sur collier et équipé d'une broche d'usinage (15) motorisée qui porte un outil (17) monté mobile sur le support selon une direction (X) convergente avec le caisson pour usiner un orifice s'étendant en regard de l'outil (17), le collier étant agencé de façon à pouvoir recevoir le support selon plusieurs positions angulaires dans chacune desquelles l'outil (17) s'étend en regard d'un des orifices à usiner.
- 2. Outillage portatif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le support (13) comporte un chariot (14) monté mobile sur le support (13), le chariot recevant la broche d'alésage qui se déplace en bloc avec le chariot.
- 3. Outillage portatif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le collier comporte une pluralité de guides qui s'étendent chacun en regard d'un des orifices du caisson, et servant soit à recevoir un organe d'indexage soit à guider l'outil lors de l'usinage de l'orifice.
- 4. Procédé d'utilisation d'un outillage portatif selon la revendication 1, comportant les étapes de : a) rapporter le collier (10) sur la partie basse du caisson et, l'immobiliser sur celui-ci en l'indexant ; b) rapporter le support (13) sur le collier (10) de sorte que l'outil s'étende en regard d'un orifice à usiner ; c) usiner l'orifice ; 5d) démonter le support (13) et le support sur le collier (10) de sorte que l'outil s'étende en regard d'un des autres orifices à usiner. e) usiner cet autre orifice ; f) recommencer les étapes d) et e) en tant que de besoin.
