Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于加工飞机起落架撑杆底部的便携式工具。
背景技术
起落架一般地包括腿部,该腿部呈具有可滑动地安装在其中的杆的撑杆形式。杆的底部承载起落架的轮子。
撑杆具有在其底部内的轴承,用以导向该杆在撑杆内部的滑动。该轴承啮合在撑杆的端部孔内,并由销钉保持。
业已发现,撑杆的某些部分,尤其是延伸通过撑杆底部的孔,在某些情况下易于快速地腐蚀,由此需要采取纠正措施,一般地是取下该撑杆,以使该撑杆可被送到修理车间,由修理车间实施颇为麻烦的操作。
发明内容
本发明寻求提供一种装置,该装置能够在起落架撑杆上采取措施,同时撑杆仍留在飞机的位置上。
为了达到该目的,本发明提供用于加工飞机起落架撑杆底部的便携式工具,该工具包括:用于将其定位在撑杆底部上的轴环;至少一个指示构件,用以角向地指示撑杆上的轴环并防止轴环移动;可拆卸地配装在轴环上的支承件,该支承件配装有电动机驱动的加工心轴,该加工心轴承载工具,该工具被安装以沿着汇聚在撑杆上的方向在支承件上移动,以便加工与工具对齐延伸的孔,轴环布置成能够在多个角度位置接纳支承件,在每个位置中,工具与待加工的诸孔之一对齐延伸。
因此,加工工具能够将所要执行的拆卸操作限制在起落架上,并在飞机下直接采取行动。为了对已经遭受腐蚀的孔重新镗孔,只要通过放空其中的油而使起落架的减震器减压就足够了,然后从撑杆中取出杆,以便能够取出其底部轴承,连同安装在撑杆底部周围的旋转套筒一起取出,以便接纳操纵剪刀连杆的诸臂之一。然后可以看见和触及需要修理的孔,为了将工具放置到撑杆底部上的位置中,只需呈现工具的轴环就足够了。然后指示轴环并将支承件配装到轴环,以使铰刀于是对齐于待镗孔的诸孔之一延伸。然后,只要致动加工心轴并将继续加工该孔就足够了。
此后,支承件在轴环上移动到另一角向位置,以便加工另一个孔,如此类推。
一旦该操作已经完成,便移去工具,或合适的话围绕撑杆转动工具,以继续重镗另一个孔。
在本发明的一个特定方面,轴环具有一系列导向件,它们与每个孔对齐延伸,用以加工,并用来接纳用以指示撑杆上的轴环的指示构件,或用来导向该工具,同时与孔对齐地加工该孔。

具体实施方式
本发明工具在本实例中用来重镗起落架撑杆1内的孔。撑杆可仍然安装在飞机上,只是移除滑动杆。撑杆也可与飞机分离,以便在储存飞机的飞机修理库内或在附近的车间内进行修理。
图1示出其位置在飞机下的撑杆,滑动杆已被移去。
撑杆1具有轴线为Z的大致圆柱形的底部,其呈现圆柱形的外表面2,该外表面通常接纳形成用于操纵起落架轮子的操纵构件的一部分的旋转套筒。套筒已被移去,因此具有接纳操纵致动器的若干板,这些操纵致动器作用在套筒上以使套筒转动。
此外,撑杆1在其底部具有圆柱形内表面3,该内表面通常接纳用于杆的滑动轴承,该杆安装成在撑杆内可伸缩地滑动。在该实例中,杆已被移去。
在该实例中,孔4沿径向方向刺入在撑杆1底部的壁5内。这些孔4用于接纳轴承的指示销钉或用于紧固轴承的构件的销钉。这些孔4处于变得被腐蚀的危险中,为了消除任何表面腐蚀,重要的是要能够重镗这些孔。
为此,本发明提出了包括轴环10的便携式加工工具100,该轴环10适于配装在撑杆1底部的周围。
轴环10具有指示指形物12(例如,可膨胀的销钉),用于穿入撑杆诸孔4中的相应孔内,以围绕撑杆1的纵向轴线角向地指示轴环10并将工具保持于其上。在该实例中有三个指示指形物12,将它们插入到轴环10内的导向件19,导向件19面向诸孔延伸而制成在撑杆内。各导向件19之一保留为自由的。
支承件13可释放地配装在轴环10上。支承件13具有沿着方向X可移动的滑架14,方向X朝向撑杆汇聚并与保留为自由的那个导向件19的轴线相一致。滑架14承载铰刀心轴15,该铰刀心轴15具有驱动铰刀17旋转的电动机16,铰刀17终止于导向件端块18。铰刀心轴15安装成沿着方向X在支承件13上移动。铰刀17面向撑杆内诸孔之一延伸。只要接通铰刀心轴15的电动机并使用手柄20来移动滑架14就足够了,从而与孔对齐地重镗孔4,铰刀心轴15与滑架14一起移动,铰刀由导向件19导向。
为了重镗另一个孔4,支承件13与轴环10分离开。指示指形物12放置在导向件19和重镗过的孔内,并从其它导向件19之一内抽出指示指形物12。支承件13放回到轴环10上,以使铰刀17面向以这种方式已经自由的导向件19延伸。然后,重镗该面对的孔。重复该操作以重镗所有的孔,每次相对于轴环10移动支承件13。
为了使本发明的便携式工具更易于操作,设置在支承件13任一侧上延伸的环圈,使手柄22紧固到轴环10的底部。
下面参照图1和3详细地描述支承件13在轴环10上的紧固。呈现在轴环10上的每个导向件19具有两个圆柱形定位销柱23,它们位于导向件19的任一侧上,并在垂直于指示指形物12的轴线和撑杆1的轴线Z的平面内延伸。每个销柱23与固定到支承件13的钩子24的弧形部分协作,以使支承件通过这两个钩子24相对于轴环固定就位。在该实例中,每个钩子24纳入在矩形板25内,矩形板25用螺栓固定到支承件13的侧面。通过沿平行于撑杆1的轴线Z的方向平移支承件13,直到钩子24已经与销柱23脱开啮合,便移走支承件13。然后,该支承件可与新的孔对齐以便进行加工。这产生具有紧固装置的轴环,该紧固装置用来将加工支承件13紧固在多个不同的部位内,每个部位与待加工的孔之一对齐。
自然,本发明并不局限于重镗作业。例如,可将钻头配装在心轴上,用于扩孔操作的目的。
Claims (4)
1.用于加工飞机起落架撑杆(1)底部的便携式工具(100),该撑杆(1)具有多个孔,便携式工具的特征在于,包括:用于将其定位在撑杆底部上的轴环(10);至少一个指示构件(12),用以角向地指示撑杆上的轴环并防止轴环移动;可拆卸地配装在轴环上的支承件(13),该支承件配装有电动机驱动的加工心轴(15),该加工心轴承载工具(17),该工具(17)被安装以沿着汇聚在撑杆上的方向(X)在支承件上移动,以便加工与工具(17)对齐延伸的孔,轴环布置成能够在多个角度位置接纳支承件,在每个位置中,工具(17)与待加工的诸孔之一对齐延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的便携式工具,其特征在于,支承件(13)包括可移动地安装在该支承件(13)上的滑架(14),滑架接纳与该滑架一起移动的铰刀心轴。
3.如权利要求1所述的便携式工具,其特征在于,轴环具有多个导向件,每个导向件与撑杆内的诸孔之一对齐延伸,并用来在加工孔的过程中接纳指示构件或导向该工具。
4.一种使用如权利要求1所述的便携式工具的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a)将轴环(10)配装在撑杆底部上,并通过指示该轴环来阻止所述轴环在所述撑杆上移动;
b)以如下方式将支承件(13)配装在轴环(10)上:该工具与用以加工的孔对齐延伸;
c)加工该孔;
d)移去支承件(13),并将支承件(13)重新安装在轴环(10)上,以使该工具与待加工的其它孔之一对齐延伸;
e)加工该其它孔;以及
f)按照需要的频度重复步骤d)和e)。
