1 FACADE EQUIPEE DE PASTILLES REFLECHISSANTES ET SON PROCEDE DE FABRICATION 1 FACADE EQUIPPED WITH REFLECTIVE PADS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to the field of buildings having walls of medium or large areas without windows, the use of reflective elements in the construction of such facades and the reflection elements used in the construction of the latter. . PRIOR ART AND PROBLEM POSE In the context of the construction of some 15 massive and non-windowed buildings on at least a large part of the surface of the facades, it has proved desirable to try to integrate at best type of building in the landscape where it must be implanted. This implies some reflections on the architectural aspects of such buildings vis-à-vis the environment and, possibly, certain standards in force. The object of the invention is therefore to answer this question in the creation of a building with facades with little or no windows. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION To this end, a first object of the invention is a concrete panel, intended to 2 constitute at least a portion of the facade of a building. According to the invention, this panel has on its outer surface a plurality of reflecting elements embedded in the concrete. In the main embodiment of this facade according to the invention, the reflective elements are reflective pellets having a bare reflective surface of the outer surface of the panel. The second main object of the invention is a method of manufacturing a concrete panel as defined above, the panel being cast beforehand into a formwork. According to the invention, it comprises the following consecutive main steps: - fixing a plurality of reflective pellets on the bottom of the formwork by their respective reflecting surfaces; pouring at least one layer of concrete into the formwork; and - stripping of the panel thus formed. It is very interesting that the positioning of the reflective pellets is effected by means of a glue between the bottom of the formwork and the reflective surface of the reflective pellets so that they do not move during the pouring of the concrete. Preferably, a reflecting film surmounted by a bonding film is placed on the reflective surface of the reflective pellets 3. To facilitate their fixing in concrete, the reflective pellets have anchoring means in the concrete. It is envisaged to pour a second layer of ordinary concrete over the first layer, this first layer being colored and intended to constitute the outer surface of the panel.
Preferably, the panel is dried after pouring and before stripping. A cleaning operation of this surface is envisaged to rid the reflective pellets of the protective film and of what remains of the bonding film after stripping. The process is advantageously completed by a sandblasting phase of the outer surface of the panel, before the cleaning phase, in order to rid the outer surface of the possible surplus of concrete cover, especially around and on the reflective pellets. Preferably, the positioning of the reflective pellets on the bottom of the formwork is performed using at least one laser beam specifying the precise positioning of each reflective patch. The third main object of the invention is a reflective patch intended to be integrated with the external surface of a facade panel. According to the invention, the pellet comprises, not only a reflective surface, but also anchoring means. These anchoring means consist of at least two anchoring tabs, fixed on a surface opposite to the reflecting surface, and being inclined relative to the perpendicular to the surface opposite to the reflecting surface. In the preferred embodiment of the pellet according to the invention, at each distal end of each anchoring tab are two lateral pawns projecting in opposite manner, for the purpose of blocking in the concrete the reflective pellet with respect to all its degrees. of freedom.
LIST OF FIGURES The invention and its various technical characteristics will be better understood on reading the following description accompanied by several figures respectively representing: FIG. 1, a building facade to which the invention is applied; FIG. 2, a main phase of the method according to the invention, and FIG. 3, a detail of the phase shown in FIG. 2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION FIG. a corner, a building of rather monolithic structure, for example consisting of a parallelepiped of a height of at least ten meters, and having no window, at least on a large part of these facades. Here, there is shown a end 2 of building 1 constituting a corner thereof. This end 2, over its entire height, is covered with a plurality of reflective pellets 10, placed in a predetermined pattern according to a pattern or drawing. The reflective surface of each pellet 10 is at the same level as the external surface of the concrete constituting this end 2. The latter is possibly constituted by several panels juxtaposed or superimposed. Thus, the reflective effect of the reflective pellets 10 allows the building 1 to change its appearance depending on the brightness and therefore the meteorological time prevailing at each moment around the building 1. The latter can therefore change its appearance at any time. This breaks the monotony of a building being, as in most cases, of a color and aspect that do not change. Referring to Figure 2, the method according to the invention begins with the formation of a formwork 3 to cast a panel intended to enter the constitution of a facade according to the invention. Of course, the dimensions of the formwork 3, in particular its cavity 4, corresponds to the shape of the panel to obtain. On the bottom 5 of the formwork 3 are placed and fixed a multitude of reflective pellets 10. 6 Their placement is predetermined according to a model drawn in advance. Referring to Figure 3, showing a detail of this phase, we see the hand 8 of an operator placed a reflective patch 10 at a specific location of the bottom 5 of the formwork 3. The reflecting surface 14 is placed against the surface of the In contrast, in the present embodiment, it is covered with two unrepresented films which are a protective film placed directly against the reflecting surface 14 of the reflecting pellet 10 and a bonding film, placed on top of it. the protective film and intended to come into direct contact with the bottom surface 5 of the formwork 3. It is intended to use an adhesive to place the reflective pads 10, each at a specific location. The glue used to glue the reflective pellets 10 on the bottom 5 of the formwork 3 is powerful enough that the reflective pellets 10 do not move during the pouring of the outer layer of concrete, but are not too powerful to allow the take-off of the whole of the facade element thus cast, in particular of the bottom surface 5 of the formwork 3.
This positioning at specific locations of all the reflective pellets 10 can be implemented and facilitated by the use of one or more laser beams indicating directly to the operator the precise place where he must put the reflective patch that he holds. In this embodiment, it is noted that each reflecting pellet 10 has two anchoring tabs 11A and 11B placed on the opposite surface 15 of the reflecting surface 14, inclined with respect to a straight line perpendicular to this opposite surface 15. more, each anchor lug 11A and 11B has at its distal end two lateral pins 12 and 13 protruding on either side of each anchor lug 11A and 11B. These pins 12 and 13 have the function of ensuring the complete immobility of the reflective patch 10 when it is taken in the concrete which will be cast in the following phases. The reflective surface 14 of the reflective patch 10 is chromed to give it reliable durability over time. The structure of each pellet 10 is preferably made of stainless steel to, among other things, withstand the attack of bad weather, especially water. The following phase of the method according to the invention consists, in known manner, of placing a reinforced concrete metal reinforcement in the space of the formwork 3, above all the reflective pellets 10. The following phase then consists in casting a first covering concrete layer covering all the reflective pellets 10, at least in large part. The thickness of this first layer may be of the order of 8 cm and the concrete used may be colored because it will be the visible face of the future facade. In this case, a second layer of ordinary concrete filling, for example gray concrete completes the internal volume of the formwork 3 to form the facade panel.
A drying phase of the panel for at least half a day is then necessary for the concrete to dry. The next phase is to disassemble the panel thus obtained in particular by tilting on a slice constituting one of its longitudinal sides. On this occasion, we can hang the panel by side anchors and lift, for example by means of an overhead crane. This stripping causes at least partial detachment of the bonding film.
A phase useful in the method of the invention then consists of sandblasting the entire surface of the panel comprising the reflective surfaces 14 of the reflective pellets 10 and this by sand spraying. This phase has the function of removing the asperities constituted in large part by the first concrete cover that could, somehow, overflow on the reflective surface 14 of the reflective pellets 10. In other words, we seek, by this Sandblasting operation, to make completely flat the outer surface of the panel, but also to homogenize its appearance. The process ends with a water jet cleaning phase whose main function is to remove what is left of the first film used for bonding and remove the entire protective film. Thus, the reflective surface 14 of all 9 reflective pellets 10 is discovered and cleaned. A jet of water at high pressure makes it possible to obtain such a cleaning. The panel can thus be delivered after a possible additional drying phase. It is understood that building facades with large vertical surfaces without windows can be covered or be made of such material. The purpose of such a facade is to allow the at least partial reflection of the environment surrounding the building concerned, thanks to the reflective pellets 10, in the eyes of the observers located outside the building. The advantages of aesthetics, or even of originality, are easily understood by the design of such panels provided with a multitude of reflective pellets 10, arranged in specific patterns, whose reflective surface 14 is on the same plane. that the outer surface of the concrete 20 constituting the outer portion of the panel.
