The other active part of the former joint is formed by a tilted leg extending starting from a base of the former part. The latter joint is made of a compressible alveolar material.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a set of joints adapted to ensure sealing between two partially overlapping photovoltaic panel frames. . The invention also relates to a photovoltaic panel frame equipped with such a set of joints. When setting up several photovoltaic panels provided with a frame on a supporting surface, it is possible to arrange the panels in partial overlap, in the manner of covering the tiles on a roof. The partial overlap of the panels makes it possible to improve the tightness of the covered surface, while preserving the visual appearance of the surface thus covered. Such an arrangement of the photovoltaic panels may relate to a horizontal, inclined or vertical bearing surface. In other words, here the expression "carrying surface" must be understood as designating a roof, a wall or an easel for receiving photovoltaic panels. The overlap of the two photovoltaic panels may be more or less important. It can be close to twenty centimeters. Even in the case where the overlapping surface is important, it is advantageous to have at least one seal between the panel frames. Such a seal makes it possible, on the one hand, to optimize the tightness and, on the other hand, to limit upwelling of liquids, either of rainwater or of slush, by capillarity. Moreover, the presence of a joint between two frames improves the damping between the two frames.

The invention proposes a set of seals making it possible to improve the damping between two panels and to optimize the sealing by preventing any rise of liquid by capillarity and by favoring the evacuation of the condensation formed between the two frames. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a set of seals adapted to ensure the seal between two partially overlapping photovoltaic panel frames, characterized in that it comprises at least a first airtight and airtight seal. water and a second seal, waterproof and not airtight, the joints each being provided with an active part adapted to deform by crushing. With the flexible part of the seals, the damping is improved during the contact between the frames and a barrier is formed to any rise of liquid, while allowing the evacuation of the condensation. According to advantageous but non-mandatory aspects of the invention, such joints may incorporate one or more of the following features:

The first seal comprises a securing portion of the seal adapted to be fixed on a first photovoltaic panel frame, a first active portion located above the fixing portion, intended to bear against a face of a second frame and - a second active part able to form a barrier to water. the first active part of the first seal is configured as a half-moon. - The second active portion of the first seal is formed by an inclined lug extending from the base of the first portion, towards the surface intended to abut against the seal. The length and the orientation of the second active part are such that the end of the inclined lug extends with respect to a portion for fixing the seal on one face of the first frame to a height greater than that of the first part relative to this part fixing the seal. - The first and second active parts of the first seal are made of the same material. - The attachment part of the seal is made of a material different from that used by the first and second active parts. - The first active part is hollow. - The second seal is made of a compressible cellular material. - The first and second seals are arranged in the vicinity of two opposite sides. - The first and second seals are arranged on two opposite sides of a frame. - The first and second seals are arranged on the same face of a frame.

The invention also relates to a photovoltaic panel frame equipped with at least one set of joints according to at least one of the preceding characteristics. The invention will be better understood and other advantages thereof will appear more clearly in the light of the following description of a set of seals, given solely by way of example and with reference to the accompanying drawings in FIG. which: - Figure 1 is a general perspective view of a first seal according to the invention, - Figure 2 is a side view, on a larger scale, of the seal shown in Figure 1 and - Figure 3 is a side view, on a different scale, of a set of joints according to the invention in place, between two photovoltaic panel frames overlapping, the frames being partially illustrated. The seal assembly includes at least first and second seals. Alternatively, the number of joints is greater than two. The first seal 1 is an elongated member whose length is adapted to the dimensions of the frame C on which it must be mounted. The seal 1 is manufactured by techniques known per se, for example by extrusion. The seal is made of a material insensitive to climatic conditions, preferably a polymer such as rubber. Alternatively, it is made of at least two materials. In the example, the seal 1 is made of two different materials, one for the seal fixing part and another for the active parts. This is for example thermoplastic elastomer and polypropylene. In another embodiment, the gasket 1 comprises a portion of attachment of the gasket which is reinforced, for example by means of mineral or metal parts. The seal 1 shown in FIG. 1 comprises a fastening part 2, that is, looking at FIGS. 1 and 2, the lower part of the seal 1. In this description, the seal is considered in its configuration of FIG. "High" or "upper" if it is turned upwards in this figure or arranged in the upper part. Conversely, a part is called "low" or "lower" if it is turned downwards in this figure or arranged in the lower part. The fixing portion 2 is integral with the base 200 of the active parts of the seal. This base 200 comprises a face 3 intended to be opposite a surface of the frame C on which is fixed the seal 1. Two lugs 4, 5 configured in L, extend outwardly of the seal. The large branch 6,7 of each leg 4, respectively 5, is parallel to the face 3. Between the legs 4, 5, the fixing portion 2 has an extra thickness to stiffen the connection between the legs 4, 5. The face 3 defines with the tabs 4, 5 two U flat bottom funds 8.9 are opposite one another. The space defined by the branches of each U is adapted to form a receiving housing for elements of complementary shape, adapted to ensure the attachment of the seal 1 on a frame C. These elements are, for example, the lips of a slide in which one assembles and dismounts the seal 1 by sliding it. Alternatively, the seal is permanently fixed on the frame. Above the base 200 extends a first active portion 10 which, in this case, is hollow. Alternatively it is full.

This active part is generally configured, in section, in half-moon. One of the edges 11 of the base 200, at its junction with the half-moon portion 10, is rectilinear and flat. The upper end 12, looking at FIG. 2, of this edge 11 protrudes slightly above the connection zone with the half-moon 10. This end 12 forms an additional point of contact limiting the passage of water from the edge 11. A second active portion 13, in this case solid, is in the same material as that of the half-moon 10. This second portion 13 is formed by a flat tab. The free end 14 of the tab 13 is of a smaller width than the opposite end 15, by which it is connected to the base 2. As a variant not shown, the lug 13 has a constant section along its length. The end 15 is fixed on the base 2, at the junction zone between the half-moon 10 and the edge 110 of the base 200 opposite the edge 11. The lug 13 extends over the entire length of the seal 1 The length L and the orientation of this tab 13 are such that its free end 14 extends, relative to the attachment portion 2 of the seal 1 on a frame C at a height H13 greater than the height H16 between the sleeves. 6, 7 of the fixing portion 2 and the highest point 16 of the half-moon 10. In this case the point 16 corresponds to the horizontal tangent point. The tab 13 is inclined relative to the main plane P of the face 3 by an angle α close to 35 °. Thus, when a photovoltaic panel frame C is equipped with at least one seal 1, the establishment of a second frame C 'partially covering the frame C induced by the weight of the other element and the dimensions respective of the two parts 10, 13, a contact of the surface S of the frame C ', first with the end 14 of the tab 13. The latter tilts towards the branch 7 in the direction of the arrow F in FIG. 2, under the weight of the element having the surface S, while keeping its free end 14 in permanent contact with the surface S. The inclination of the tab 13 takes place by deformation of the tab 13 in itself. even. The inclination of the tab 13 is facilitated by the flexible nature of the material constituting the tab 13 and the fact that the active part 10 is hollow. The inclination of the tab 13 is limited by the resistance of the half moon 10 to its crushing by the surface S which bears on the seal 1. In effect, the surface S is first in contact with the end 14 of the leg 13 and, during the inclination of the latter, with the high point 16 of the half moon 10. The half-moon 10, by its flexibility, crashes more or less, flattening, according to the weight of the element whose surface S bears on the gasket 1.

Thus, when the first frame C equipped with the seal 1 is partially covered by a second frame C ', damping of this connection is achieved while improving the distribution of the weight of the frame C' on the frame C. It is also formed, thanks to the tab 13, a sealed barrier to the passage, for example by capillarity, of liquid between the frames This C '. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the seal 1 is mounted on a face 17 of the frame C so that the rigid active portion 13 is located in a position proximal to the low point of the zone covered by the frame C, when the latter is fixed on an inclined surface. Thus, in the case of several frames C fixed on a sloping roof, the joints 1 are mounted on the part of each frame located closest to the foot of the roof. Alternatively, not shown, it is possible to produce a seal having a plurality of lugs 13 arranged in parallel on the active portion 10. The second seal 18 is an elongate member of rectangular cross section. Alternatively, it is square section. This seal 18 is made by techniques known per se, a compressible cellular material. It is, for example, polyurethane foam impregnated with synthetic resin, such as an acrylic resin. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the joints 1 and 18 are arranged in the vicinity of two opposite sides A, B of the frames C and C ', respectively. In this case, they are located, for the seal 1, on a face 17 of the frame C and, for the seal 18, on a face 19 of the frame C '. In other words, a frame C or C 'is advantageously equipped on two opposite faces 17 and 19, in the vicinity of two opposite sides A and B, of two joints 1 and 18. In a variant that is not shown, the seal 18 can be fixed on the face 19 of the frame C or C 'receiving the seal 1. The face 19 is the one receiving the photovoltaic cells. When two frames C, C 'are fixed on a bearing surface by a device comprising at the same time fasteners 20 integral with the bearing surface and fastening members 21, 22 integral respectively with the frames C and C', the edges A and B frames C and C 'are parallel and define between them an overlap area E. It should avoid any rise in liquid in this area while allowing the condensation to escape. This condensation comes in particular from the heat generated by the photovoltaic cells located on the face 17 of the frame C. When the frames C and C 'overlap, the seals 1 and 18 are crushed between the faces 17 and 19. The seal 18 is positioned in the lower part of the inclined surface covered with panels. It forms a barrier to water while allowing the exit of the air present in the zone E. It thus allows the exit of the water of condensation by authorizing the ventilation of zone E.

Pour éviter toute remontée d'eau au-delà du joint 18, ce dernier de par sa nature alvéolaire pouvant laisser passer une certaine quantité d'eau, le joint 1 est positionné à l'autre extrémité de la zone E. Ainsi, aucun passage de l'eau n'est possible au-delà du côté A du cadre C. To prevent upwelling beyond the seal 18, the latter by its alveolar nature can pass a certain amount of water, the seal 1 is positioned at the other end of the zone E. Thus, no passage water is not possible beyond side A of frame C.

La souplesse des parties 10 et 13 du joint 1 et du joint 18 assure un amortissement optimal lors du montage du cadre C' sur un cadre C.10 The flexibility of the parts 10 and 13 of the seal 1 and the seal 18 ensures optimum damping when mounting the frame C 'on a frame C.10
