Abstract

The assembly has a threshold part, a thermal break part (4), and a flexible PVC joint (3) is co-extruded or extruded on a post part (2) that is compressed by a hammer of a workpiece (1). The hammer is projected, and a surface of the hammer compresses the flexible joint during a setting process. The hammer is deformed in the workpiece. Description

L'invention concerne l'étanchéité de l'assemblage de deux parties constituant une pièce appelée seuil, destinée à la réalisation des parties basses des menuiseries extérieures type portes, porte-fenêtres ou similaire. Le domaine de l'invention est celui du bâtiment plus particulièrement celui des 5 menuiseries extérieures telles que portes ou porte-fenêtres ou similaire. Dans ce domaine, un seuil se présente bien souvent sous la forme d'un profilé en matière imputrescible de type métallique ou plastique voir des deux matières assemblées ensemble. Le seuil à notamment pour fonction de récupérer les eaux de pluie et de les évacuer vers l'extérieur des habitations. 10 Plus particulièrement, deux types de seuils sont connus, à savoir le seuil mono matière ou le seuil bi matières dit à rupture de pont thermique. L'inconvénient des seuils mono composant, le plus souvent en aluminium, est la forte conductibilité thermique qui occasionne de la condensation à l'intérieur des habitations. 15 L'inconvénient quant à lui des seuils bi matières, composés le plus souvent d'une partie extérieure habitation en aluminium et d'une partie intérieure côté habitation en PVC, est la mauvaise étanchéité à l'eau, très souvent constatée au niveau de l'assemblage des deux parties. Cette mauvaise étanchéité occasionne des infiltrations d'eau dans la maçonnerie. 20 Le but de la présente innovation est de palier les inconvénients précités tout en gardant les avantages des deux systèmes à savoir l'excellente étanchéité du seuil mono composant et la rupture thermique du seuil bi composants, par l'assemblage mécanique d'une partie en aluminium et d'une partie en PVC, composée d'un corps en PVC rigide et d'un joint en PVC souple coextrudé ou post extrudé. 25 Ce joint en PVC souple attenant à la partie en PVC rigide, réalise mécaniquement par sa compression systématique lors du sertissage ou toutes autres techniques d'assemblage, l'étanchéité entre les deux composants. D'autres buts et avantages de la présente invention apparaîtront au cours de la description qui va suivre qui n'est donnée qu'à titre indicatif et qui n'a pas pour but de la 30 limiter. Aussi, l'invention concerne l'assemblage de deux parties constituant une pièce appelée seuil à rupture de pont thermique réalisant l'étanchéité, en parties basses, des menuiseries extérieures de type portes, porte fenêtres ou similaire. Selon l'invention, un joint coextrudé ou post extrudé est comprimé lors du 35 sertissage par une partie appelée marteau, ou toutes autres techniques d'assemblage. L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description suivante accompagnée des dessins en annexe parmi lesquels : La figure 1 est une vue des deux éléments avant assemblage. La figure 2 est une vue des deux éléments assemblés avant sertissage, ou toutes autres techniques d'assemblage. - La figure 3 est une vue des deux éléments assemblés après, sertissage ou toutes autres techniques d'assemblage, appelé seuil à rupture de pont thermique. - La figure 4 est le détail A tel qu'illustré à la figure 2 représentant le marteau levé ainsi que le joint non comprimé avant sertissage, ou toutes autres techniques d'assemblage. - La figure 5 est le détail B tel qu'illustré à la figure 3 représentant le marteau abaissé ainsi que le joint comprimé après sertissage, ou toutes autres techniques d'assemblage. Aussi, l'invention concerne l'assemblage de deux parties constituant une pièce appelé seuil à rupture de pont thermique réalisant l'étanchéité, en parties basses, des menuiseries de type portes, porte fenêtres ou similaire. - La pièce 2 est assemblée à la pièce 1 dans une rainure 13 par une queue d'aronde 22 ou similaire. L'étanchéité réalisée conforme à l'invention se distingue notamment de l'état de la technique : - Par une partie 3 appelée joint en matière souple coextrudé ou post extrudé sur une partie 2 et d'une partie 11 de la pièce 1 appelé marteau. Avantageusement cet assemblage permet d'éliminer les infiltrations d'eau pouvant intervenir entre les deux éléments sertis. Tel qu'illustré, notamment selon les exemples de réalisations des figures 1 / 2 / 3 une partie male 22 en saillie sur la pièce 2. Cette partie male 22 tel qu'un assemblage prismatique engage à l'embouchure de la pièce 1 dans le volume interne 13 (voir figure 1). Tel qu'illustré figures 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 la pièce 1 présente en saillie une partie 11 appelée marteau. Tel qu'illustré figures 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 la pièce 2 présente sur la surface 21 un 30 élément coextrudé ou post extrudé en matière souple appelé joint 3. Tel qu'illustré figures 3 / 5 après déformation du marteau 11 de la pièce 1, la surface 12 du marteau 11 de la pièce 1 vient comprimer le joint souple 3 lors du sertissage, ou toutes autres techniques d'assemblage, des pièces 1 et 2. La déformation 31 du joint souple 3 par la surface 12 du marteau 11 de la pièce 1 assure une étanchéité 35 parfaite entre les deux pièces 1 et 2.
