i La présente invention concerne un dispositif d' operculage étanche de contenants, notamment de barquettes plastiques, permettant de sceller par soudure thermique un film sur un rebord d'operculage desdits contenants, en vue notamment de l'emballage sous vide ou sous atmosphère modifiée de produits alimentaires. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un dispositif d'operculage avec un système de changement de plaques support pour adapter le dispositif à différents formats de contenants.
