Claims (6)
- Door for the single-face station of a machine that produces corrugated cardboard; and particularly a rear door (15) fitted on rails (8) and closing the inner volume (V) of the single-face station (10) in such a way that the said inner volume (V) may be set under pneumatic pressure; characterized by the fact that it includes a panel (16) with outer dimensions slightly smaller than the inner ones of a framework (18) in which this panel (16) has to engage, the periphery of the section of this panel (16) having a thickness different from the one of the framework (18) and being provided with a peripherical tightening seal (72, 74, 76) resting on the inner periphery of the framework (18), by the fact that it includes rails (8) which are permanently fitted on the panel (16) no the inner side of which they are fitted by means of square-pieces (14), the rails (8) being arranged so as to slide in the runners arranged in the stand (53) of a frame (11) of the station (10) and provided at one of their ends with a stopping piece (51) destined to limit the backward motion of the door (15) when they get in contact with the stops (52), the said rails (8) supporting a gluing unit (20) of the station (10) that is able to slide on the latter rails by means of rollers (2), and by the fact that it comprises interlocking means including at least a hook (30) fitted perpendicularly on the inner side of the panel (16) of the door (15), this hook (30) being liftable, if required, in a vertical plane by means of a device for engaging the hook (30) on an interlocking axle (32) permanently fitted on the framework (18), the front part of the inner notch (33) of the hook having a curvature directed towards the side of the pannel (16).
- Door according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that its tightening seal consists of brushes (72, 74, 76) fitted on the periphery of the door in such a way that the bristles of these brushes (72, 74, 76) will protrude from the section of the door.
- Door according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the hook (30) has a lower front part (31) orientated obliquely downward in order to be lifted automatically by the interlocking axle (32) before its fall and its engagement on the interlocking axle (32) during the shuting process of the door (15), the curvature of the inner notch (33) of the hook (30) associated with the interlocking axle (32) rendering impossible any lifting of the hook (30) as long as a pneumatic pressure exists in the inner volume (V) of the single-fare station.
- Door according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that it includes at least a hook (30) on either side and a device for lifting the hooks (30) comprising a horizontal axle (40) fitted rotatable on the inner side of the panel (16) of the door (15) into bearings (38), this horizontal axle (40) being connected on either end to one of the hooks (30) enabling thus to impart to them an upward rotary movement.
- Door according to claim 4, characterized by the fact that it includes a vertical pair of hooks (30) on either side, the lower and upper hooks of a lateral pair being connected by means of a vertical bar (34), and the horizontal axle (40) of the device for lifting the hooks being completed at each end with an arm (36) almost horizontal whose end is connected to the corresponding vertical bar (34) in such a way that the rotary movement of the horizontal axle (40) will be transmitted to each of the hooks (30).
- Door according to claim 5, characterized by the fact that the horizontal axle (40) of the device for lifting the hooks (30) comprises a central arm (42) almost vertical and permanently fitted on the horizontal axle (40) at one of its ends whereas its other end is rotarily connected to a horizontal control lever (44) intercrossing the door (15), this control lever (44) effectuating only a lengthwise translational movement.
