Abstract

La présente invention est relative à un catalyseur enzymatique hétérogène constitué d'un monolithe de silice macroporeux incorporant une enzyme immobilisée par l'intermédiaire d'un agent de couplage, à un procédé de préparation de ce catalyseur enzymatique, à l'utilisation de ce catalyseur pour la réalisation de réactions chimiques par catalyse enzymatique hétérogène en flux continu et à un procédé de catalyse enzymatique hétérogène en flux continu mettant en œuvre ledit catalyseur.
