Claims (4)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé d'extraction par Pulvérisation et Tamisage différentiel Contrôlé (PTC - d'évael) caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la succession des étapes suivantes : _ La dessiccation (El) qui conduit à un produit sec par élimination de l'eau ou tout autre fluide des corps ou organes naturels pour en faciliter la pulvérisation. ; La pulvérisation (E2) qui permet d'individualiser les constituants du produit sec sous forme de miro/nanoparticules ; _ La dispersion (E3) qui permet d'obtenir un nuage de poussière à partir du micro ou des 10 nanoparticules ; _ Le tamisage différentiel contrôlé (E4) qui permet de séparer les micro/nanoparticules du nuage de poussière en fonction de leur taille granulométriques ; _ La récupération (ES) progressive des actifs/constituants piégés entre deux tamis par aspiration, centrifugation ou par chute des particules sous l'effet de la pesanteur. 15
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extraction/la séparation des principes actifs naturels des plantes et d'une façon générale des constituants d'un corps composé est effectuée sans utilisation de solvant organique.
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la mise en mouvement des particules à travers les tamis est obtenue par un passage forcé du nuage particulaire à l'aide des 20 cyclones ou par compression.
- 4. Utilisation du procédé selon la revendication 1 pour l'obtention des produits qui se prêtent à des applications en chimie analytique et dans les domaines agricoles, alimentaires, neutraceutiques, cosmétiques, et pharmaceutiques.
