Abstract

Un chariot de distribution (10) de plateaux repas (11) comprend une cuve (14) délimitant intérieurement une enceinte fermée (15), au moins une porte d'accès (16) à l'enceinte (15) pour la mise en place des plateaux repas (11), des moyens (18, 19) pour maintenir les plateaux (11) dans l'enceinte (15) selon une répartition par étages de chargement superposés, et des plaques chauffantes (19) servant d'appui aux parties chaudes (13) des plateaux repas (11). Le chariot (10) comporte un groupe embarqué de génération d'air froid ventilé et des moyens pour assurer une circulation en circuit fermé, à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (15), de l'air généré par ledit groupe avec une répartition par étage. Le procédé de conditionnement consiste à faire circuler en circuit fermé de l'air froid ventilé à chaque étage au moins au-dessus de la partie froide (12) de chaque plateau repas (11).
