Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé d'impression par jet d'encre d'un motif fonctionnel sur un support, le procédé comprenant successivement les étapes suivantes : dépôt d'une première couche photo-polymérisable (31) sur le support (30) par jet d'encre, exposition de la première couche à une source de rayonnement ultraviolet (44), dépôt d'une deuxième couche (34) fonctionnelle sur la première couche par jet d'encre, la deuxième couche étant 10 conformée selon le motif fonctionnel.
- 2. Procédé d'impression selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la première couche (31) a un lissé Bekk supérieur à 400 s, de préférence supérieur à 500 s.
- 3. Procédé d'impression selon la revendication 1 ou 2, 15 dans lequel la première couche a une viscosité comprise entre 1 et 40 mPa.s, de préférence entre 10 et 30 mPa.s.
- 4. Procédé d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première couche a une épaisseur comprise entre 5 et 15 µm, de préférence entre 8 et 20 12 µm.
- 5. Procédé d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première couche comprend un photo-amorceur et au moins un monomère polyfonctionnalisé. 25
- 6. Procédé d'impression selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le photo-amorceur de la première couche est choisi dans la famille des carbonyles aromatiques, des cétones aromatiques ou des sels d'onium.
- 7. Procédé d'impression selon la revendication 5 ou 6, 30 dans lequel chacun des monomères polyfonctionnalisés est choisi dans la famille des acrylates, des époxydes ou des éthers vinyliques.
- 8. Procédé d'impression selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'intervalle de tempsB9787 11 entre l'étape d'exposition de la première couche à la source de rayonnement ultraviolet et l'étape de dépôt de la deuxième couche est inférieur ou égal à 1 s.
- 9. Procédé d'impression selon l'une quelconque des 5 revendications précédentes, dans lequel le motif fonctionnel est une couche conductrice, par exemple une antenne RFID.
- 10. Installation d'impression par jet d'encre comprenant : un premier module d'impression par jet d'encre (42), 10 adapté à déposer une première couche photo-polymérisable sur un support, au moins une source de rayonnement ultraviolet (44), adaptée à irradier la première couche déposée, un deuxième module d'impression par jet d'encre (46), 15 adapté à déposer une deuxième couche fonctionnelle sur la première couche, la deuxième couche étant conformée selon un motif fonctionnel.
