Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'orientation ou de positionnement de la spire des ressorts (rep5) (voir fig1). Il est constitué d'une tige d'indexage (rep1) permettant de mettre en contact le début de la spire du ressort (rep5) sur cette tige (rep1). Cette tige (rep1) est éclipsable de façon à éviter toute interférence avec le véhicule lors de la pose du ressort (voir fig2).

MOYEN DE POSITIONNEMENT ANGULAIRE DES RESSORTS SUR VEHICULES DIVERS DOMAINE D'ACTIVITE :
-Atelier de montage de l'automobile et autres. 5 ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUE ANTERIEURE :
Un support de ressorts est actuellement installé sur le bord de chaîne permettant le positionnement angulaire de ressorts à poser. Inconvénient, retour de l'opérateur dédié à cette tâche à chaque pose d'un ressort.
10 L'invention a pour but de réduire le temps de déplacement de l'opérateur puisqu'il peut grâce à l'invention emmener les différents ressorts à poser en même temps que l'outil de pose.
DESCRIPTIF DE L'INVENTION :
Ensemble destiné à positionner ou indexer le départ de la spire d'un ressort 15 (reps) hélicoïdal lors de la mise en place de celui-ci dans un outillage (rep4) prévu pour la pose des ressorts sur les véhicules. (voir figl)
Cet ensemble est constitué d'une tige coulissante (repl) mue par un actionneur linéaire, cette tige permet de positionner le début de la spire du ressort (reps) par contact sur la tige (repl). (voir figl)
20 L'actionneur linéaire a pour fonction de rétracter ou éclipser cette tige (repl) après le positionnement du ressort (rep5) afin de libérer l'espace autour du début de la spire évitant toute interférence avec le véhicule. (voir fig2)
L'ensemble tige de position angulaire du ressort et actionneur linéaire est maintenu et guidé par un bloc fixé (rep3) sur l'outillage (rep4) de pose des 25 ressorts sur véhicule.

Claims (3)

REVENDICATIONS:
1)Dispositif pour positionner ou indexer le début de la spire d'un ressort (reps) caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, une tige coulissante (repl) mue par un actionneur linéaire (rep2) maintenu et guidé par un bloc 30 fixe(rep3) sur l'outillage (rep4) prévu pour la pose des ressorts sur véhicule.
2)Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la tige (repl) permettre de positionner le début de la spire par contact sur celle-ci.
3)Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la tige (repl) s'éclipse pour libérer l'espace du début de la spire du ressort à poser, évitant 35 tout interférence avec le véhicule. -2-
