Abstract

La présente invention concerne une chaîne de déchargement de palettes (1) transportant des caisses (2) de produits alimentaires, notamment du raisin (3), comprenant un convoyeur (5) entraîné selon un sens de déplacement par au moins un rouleaux (6) mis en rotation et acheminant lesdites caisses (2) vers un poste de retournement (8) au dessus d'un pressoir (4), caractérisée en ce que ledit poste de retournement (8) comprend au niveau de l'extrémité d'arrivée (10) dudit convoyeur (5) un guide de retournement de chaque caisse (2) se présentant sous la forme d'un arc de cercle (11) s'étendant, depuis une entrée (12), en vis-à-vis de ladite extrémité (10) et de manière à recevoir ladite caisse (2) dans la continuité du déplacement et sous l'action du convoyeur (5), vers une sortie (13), renvoyant ladite caisse (2) en sens inverse de déplacement dudit convoyeur (5) et sous ce dernier, entre ladite entrée (12) et ladite sortie (13), ledit arc (11) permettant la mise en rotation de chaque caisse (2) et son vidage au dessus dudit pressoir (4).
