Claims (11)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Composition composite pour propergol solide renfermant une charge oxydante, un polymère polyol liquide, un catalyseur de combustion consistant en un dérivé ferrocénique, et une charge d'aluminium, caractérisée en ce que ladite charge d'aluminium a un diamètre médian inférieur à 1 pm. 10
- 2. Composition selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite charge d'aluminium a un diamètre médian compris entre 800 nm et 50 nm, avantageusement entre 400 nm et 80 nm.
- 3. Composition selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce 15 qu'elle comprend : - de 60 à 80% en masse de ladite charge oxydante, - de 5 à 15 % en masse dudit polymère polyol liquide, - de 1% à 5% en masse dudit dérivé ferrocénique ; - de 5 à 25% en masse de ladite charge d'aluminium, et 20 - pour moins de 5 % de sa masse : + un agent de réticulation liquide dudit polymère polyol liquide en une quantité telle que le rapport de pontage NCO/OH soit compris entre 0,8 et 1,1, soit avantageusement de 1, + au moins un plastifiant, et 25 + au moins un additif ; en ce qu'elle comprend avantageusement : - de 60 à 70% en masse de ladite charge oxydante, - de 6 à 10% en masse dudit polymère polyol liquide, - de 2% à 4% en masse dudit dérivé ferrocénique, - de 15 à 20% en masse de ladite charge d'aluminium, - pour moins de 5 % de sa masse :+ un agent de réticulation liquide dudit polymère polyol liquide en une quantité telle que le rapport de pontage NCO/OH soit compris entre 0,8 et 1,1, avantageusement 1, + au moins un plastifiant, et + au moins un additif.
- 4. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit dérivé ferrocénique est choisi parmi le ferrocène, le n-butylferrocène, le di n-butylferrocène, le 10 2,2-biséthylferrocénylpropane.
- 5. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit dérivé ferrocénique est greffé sur une fraction dudit polymère polyol liquide.
- 6. Composition selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit dérivé ferrocénique est présent sous la forme de groupements silylmétallocène. 20
- 7. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite charge oxydante comprend, voire consiste en, du perchlorate d'ammonium.
- 8. Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en 25 ce que ledit polymère polyol liquide est un polybutadiène hydronftéléchélique.
- 9. Composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle se présente sous forme d'une pâte ou sous la forme d'un solide.
- 10. Propergol pâteux ou solide, caractérisé en ce qu'il est au moins en partie constitué d'une composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15 35
- 11. Chargement de propergol solide, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient au moins un propergol solide selon la revendication 10.
