Abstract

The wall has a flexible trellis (2) fixed on a tight rope (4) passing through drill holes (5, 6) crossing through circular shaped tubular columns (3). An axis of the drill holes realized in each column is shifted with respect to a vertical median plane (M) of the column to be in a plane (P) closest to the trellis. A support surface of the rope is larger than that of the drill holes along the vertical median plane of the column. The axis of the holes is defined based on diameter of the holes such that the holes are close to tangent at an inner face of the column.

Description

TRELLIS MOUNTED ON TENSILE CABLES. The invention relates to a lattice wall fixed on tensioned cables. For the realization of fences, balloons or handrails especially in the sports field etc, it is known to use a generally flexible mesh attached to tensioned cables, this mesh is often called mesh mesh. It is not sufficient to hang the flexible mesh or grid only at the posts, so tense cables are used. These cables are stretched between two extreme uprights and very often intermediate poles are used to support the tensioned cables. If the distance between the two extreme uprights is too great, the cables should be regularly supported by poles. The distance between two poles is of the order of two to three meters. The laying principle is as follows: The posts are fixed in the ground, each cable is fixed to each post, the cables are tensioned and the mesh is fixed to the cables by means of closed clips, for example with a clip FR 2447782. The trellis is placed in front and is itself stretched. Each cable must be associated with each pole so that it can resume efforts. The posts used are very often tubular and have a circular section in sports applications. For the connection of the cable to the posts, certainly the ligature exists but it is not very often used. Sometimes used a flange fixed by a rivet through the wall of the post. Sometimes the poles have a welded ring on the outer face, this welded ring serving as a wire guide. 25, This requires a welding operation that consumes energy. It is also known to pierce the pole from one side to the other. Due to the circular shape, the drilling is centered in the vertical median plane of the post. The cable goes through the posts and is stretched. The set of cables is then in the vertical median plane of each post.

Cela a plusieurs conséquences. FIG 2 : Une portion de paroi montée selon l'invention. It is understood that the mesh being laid down on the posts, it should extend in a plane parallel to the plane defined by the cables. But the split rings are small sizes (size less than the half-diameter of the post) and therefore when hanging the wire mesh, these rings tend to get closer to the wire mesh. This deviates therefore the cable and / or the trellis. Two to three staples are placed per meter and the closest to the post is about twenty centimeters. This has several consequences. The first consequence is that at the exit of the bore, the cable is diverted towards the trellis, w he then leans on a sharp edge. When this lattice is struck by a balloon, it vibrates and these vibrations make the cable work as on a knife which limits the life of the cables. Another consequence is that in the vicinity of the post, the cable is sufficiently far from the trellis to serve as a support zone for a foot thus helping a person to cross the fence. A third consequence is that it deforms the lattice which makes bumps at the posts because the cable is tighter than the lattice which is detrimental to the aesthetics. The invention relates to a wall formed of a flexible mesh laid down on tubular posts of circular cross-section, said mesh being fixed on tensioned cables 20 passing through holes through said posts, this wall being characterized in that The axis of the drilling made in each post is offset relative to the vertical median plane of said post to be in a plane closer to the lattice. The invention will be better understood using the following description given by way of non-limiting example with reference to the drawing which shows schematically: FIG 1A: vertical section showing the state of the art. FIG. 1B: Horizontal section showing the state of the art. FIG 2: A wall portion mounted according to the invention. FIG 3 is a detail of FIG. 2 enlarged FIG. 4: a vertical section of the invention to be compared with FIG. 1A. FIG. 5: a horizontal section of the invention to be compared with FIG. 1B FIG. 6: Horizontal section of a pole according to the invention passing through the holes

FIGS. 1A and 1B show the state of the art and very precisely the position of the piercing axis 8 of the post and that of the trellis which is here a flexible mesh with diamond meshes. Referring to the drawing, there is shown a wall 1 formed of a flexible mesh 2 laid down on tubular posts 3 of circular section and said lattice is fixed on cables 4 stretched through holes 5,6 through said posts . The lattice 2 is also stretched. The tension in the lattice is lower than that exerted on the cables. The tensioning means are not represented.

Staples 7 closed to each form a ring fix the mesh on the cables. The staple closest to the post is about twenty centimeters. For the rest it was considered that all the posts are aligned along an axis. Figure 1A shows the position of the holes according to the state of the art, that is to say centered.

Il pourra être tangent ( figure 6) ou légèrement écarté ( un à cinq millimètres pour un diamètre de poteau de soixante millimètres). 30 En procédant de la sorte, on diminue fortement le phénomène de cisaillement et le câble vient en appui sur une surface 10 beaucoup plus étendue que si on avait percé Figure 1B shows a top view of a wall according to the state of the art and clearly shows the deviation of the lattice and the space between the cable and the lattice can serve as a fulcrum to cross the wall. Figures 2 and following show the innovation. Advantageously, the axis 8 of the holes, 5.6 made in each post is shifted 2C) relative to the vertical median plane M of said post to be in a plane P closer to the lattice. As a result, the plane P is brought closer to the plane Z in which the mesh extends before anchoring on the cables. Thus, the introduction of the staples will no longer tend to move the lattice towards the cable as much. Advantageously, the axis 8 of the bores is defined according to the diameter of the bore so that said holes are very close to the tangent T to the inner face of the tubular post. It may be tangent (Figure 6) or slightly spaced (one to five millimeters for a post diameter of sixty millimeters). By proceeding in this way, the shearing phenomenon is greatly reduced and the cable bears on a much larger surface than if it had been pierced.

Indeed when drilling a circular tubular pole, the bore being centered on the vertical median plane, the contact surface is almost that of the wall thickness of the pole against against when moving the drilling axis to the outside, this contact surface is increased. Frictions are spread over a larger area. This results from the circular shape of the post. Then, because the cable is almost no longer deflected, there is much less shearing effect. The cable is very close to the trellis, it is no longer, in addition, a point of support to put his foot to cross the wall. It is sufficient to compare FIG. 1B and FIG. 5. This assembly is applicable to any sporting wall or not, such as a balloon, handrail, etc, using a flexible mesh or mesh to be fixed on tensioned wires passing through tubular poles. . To achieve this drilling, traditional tools can be used, but a laser will be more appropriate. The opening hole of the orifices 5, 6 is the intersection of a circle and a curved face, it is of elliptical shape.
