Abstract
L'invention propose un procédé de traitement d'une image numérique défocalisée, obtenue par l'éclairement d'une zone (ZN) pendant un temps donné (Te), comprenant une détermination (5) de l'erreur de phase de ladite image numérique défocalisée, ladite détermination comprenant :- une formation (51 ) à partir de ladite image numérique défocalisée, de N imagettes, N étant un entier, chaque imagette ayant une résolution N fois inférieure à celle de l'image numérique une fois traitée, et- un calcul (55) de ladite erreur de phase de l'image numérique défocalisée.Le nombre N d'imagettes formées est fonction de la résolution de ladite image numérique défocalisée.
